我是**中学的一名应届毕业生。我性格开朗、办事稳重、善于思考、自学能力强，易于接受新事物。我的基础知识扎实、实验操作技能强。作为即将踏入大学旅程的莘莘学子，我满怀热情与追求，期待成功。高中三年来，思考、书籍和社会实践使我不断走向成熟，对知识的渴望，对理想的追求，人际关系的扩展，思维方式的变更，造就了我日趋成熟的思想，培养了我务实进取、认真负责的工作作风和良好的团队精神。

★ 在社会工作方面：我历任班长管等职务，长期为同学们服务，参与组织了各项有益活动，培养了较强的策划、组织、协调、管理和创新能力以及吃苦耐劳的精神。

★ 在业余方面：我充分发挥在音乐方面的个性特长，积极参加了校园各项文艺活动，活跃在校内的各种文艺舞台上。

After I have worked in business area for eight years, I feel that I need to continue my education by pursuing a Master degree in business administration. I have practiced my professional expertise in accounting, demonstrated my leadership abilities and perfected my communication skills. But I have yet to become an entrepreneur in my own right, and to fully master the art of modern business. I want to be trained more vigorously in scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. There are a lot of opportunities and challenges in China that I do not yet fell fully confident to seize. My business career has so far benefited mostly the companies that I worked for, but a good business education in your university will probably become a new era for me.

Your university is well known for its excellence in China’s business education. I am sure that, with my extensive business experience, I can be a worthy student of yours. I am anxious to benefit from your seasoned guidance and take advantage of your research facilities.

本学期担任高二(25)、(29)、(34)班政治教育工作，我一直把工作态度与责任意识放在首位，端正态度，不断强化责任意识，以高度负责的态度做好本职工作，本学期个人工作总结如下：

一、努力实践上饶中学政治教学理念我们在组长的引领，积极主动地实践上饶中学政治教学理念：

(1)以学生为本，以育人为本，立足学生的现实生活经验，设置情景，以问题导入，引领学生走进生活，与教材对话，让学生在思考、探究、体验、感悟中实现世界观、人生观、价值观的自主构建;

(2)教学宗旨：以人为本，关注生命，快乐探究，幸福成长(政从正出，治由志来);

(3)教学过程：以学定教，学教互动，问题引导，自主探究，形成“创设问题情境--呈现发现问题--引导学生探究--教师归纳点评”的模式;

(4)教学原则：激趣启智，乐学明理(礼);

(5)教学境界：感染、感悟、感恩。

二、不断加强学习，提高自身素质，适应变化的形势需要主要表现在四个方面：

(1)加强了对教材本身的学习与研究。只有吃透教材，把握教学重点，才能高质量完成教学任务;

(2)加强了对教育理论的学习与研究，通过对教育心理学以及青少年心理学等方面的学习，让自己理解适应并能够针对学生心理特征制定相应的教学方案;

(3)加强了对时政要闻的分析与研究。充分关心时政，分析研究并把时政融合到教学内容中，才能变枯燥为趣味，调动学生的积极性;

(4)加强了对计算机与网络的学习与研究，收集大量的时政资料与信息来完善授课内容，能够熟练使用计算机与互联网查找信息，为做好教学工作提供了有力的信息支持。

三、在实际教学工作中，重点把握五个环节即“备、教、辅、改、考”，它们环环相扣，相辅相成，成为有机的整体。

1、“备”是指备课。备课是做好教学工作的前提条件。一个良好的开始是事情成功的一半，所以备课是很重要的一个环节。政治和别的科目不同，它有很强的时政性，这就要求教师在准备材料时高度关注时政热点，并且和课本上的原理、知识点相结合。

2、“教”是指讲授新课。讲授新课是做好教学工作的核心内容。首先，我不断提高教学基本功，主要在表现在板书，组织语言等方面，调动学生这一主体的积极性、主动性和创造性，提高驾驭课堂的能力。使课堂氛围具有整体性和协调性，给学生营造积极向上的课堂环境。

3、“辅”是指辅导。辅导是做好教学工作的有益补充。这一环节的重点在于查缺补漏，对于某些边缘生的进步和整个班级的水平的提高有着不可替代的作用。辅导工作主要是在自习课上做，常用的方法是先在整个班级布置自习任务，让学生有自习内容和具体目标，能高效利用自习时间，然后根据自己掌握的个别学生的学生情况进行某些章节和知识点的辅导，在这一环节中，最重要的是针对性。

4、“改”是指批改作业。批改作业是做好教学工作的必要环节。批改作业是师生互动的形式之一，通过作业，可以检查一堂课的授课效果;同学们通过作业的批改情况，可以了解自己的优点和不足，所以一定要好好运用这一形式。作业是考试的序曲，考试的规范要求作业的规范，作业的规范来自学生对自己的要求和教师对学生的要求。必要的时候，应该给同学有针对性的写一些评语，或鼓励，或疑问，或建议，或提示，给同学们以知识或情感上的启发。

5、“考”是指考试。考试是做好教学工作的重要手段。考试是手段，其目的是查缺补漏，检验阶段性教学效果的，也是教学工作的目的之一，对教学工作的下一步开展有着承前启后，承上启下的作用。

(1)命题。命题不能偏和怪，要注意难、中、易三种题目在一套试题中占的比例，尽量能使考试成绩拉开梯度。

(2)阅卷。同学科教师应该流水线作业，这样会使标准统一，有利于班级间的横向比较。

(3)评卷。考试就是为了发现问题的，发现问题是为了解决问题的，解决问题的目的在于以后不再犯类似的错误，要把这一原则给同学们讲清，减少学生的骄傲或失落情绪，把注意力放在做完一套题自己在做题方法和学习态度的收获上，并且亡羊补牢，回归课本，引导同学做好考试总结。最后，贯穿整个教学工作的有一条主线，这就是情感。有句话说的好，有的老师蘸着墨水写教案，有的老师蘸着汗水写教案，有的老师蘸着心血写教案。我认为，一个合格的政治老师，还应该蘸着爱写教案。没有最好，只有更好，我取得的一点经验，与各位同行分享，共同提高，相互交流，更上一层楼!

我叫,今年xx岁，爱好是听歌和看电影，这或许和大多数同龄人的爱好相同，但或许的只是爱好，我认为我比周围的同龄人更加会用心做事，用心对待自己想要到达的目标。

我没有帅气的外表，也没有富足的家庭，我想正是因为这样培养了我凡事用心的习惯。我很喜欢这样的我自己，也很爱我的家庭。记得前不久曾看过一本书，书的大概内容就是说20几岁决定人的一生，虽然我的年龄还不到20，但我想应该为了这个充满挑战和冒险的20岁做准备，我的人生不想在碌碌无为的景象中度过，我想每一天都有不一样的色彩，每一天都是充满挑战和希望的。我现在能做的，就是不断提高和完善自己的内涵和头脑，为了将来而不懈努力。

这就是我，平凡的我，带着大大的梦想，拥有一颗善良执着的心，喜欢不断挑战和超越自己追求的梦想。
