高二上学期已经过去一半了，对于这次期中考试来说，出现了一些问题，我觉得有必要在这里总结一下。总体看来，这次考试我的成绩一般，总成绩是649分，比高一下学期期末考试要低11分。名次也仅仅是第20，比上次又退步了3个名次，比高一下学期期末考试的名次低13个名次。而且令我意想不到的是，数学竟然成为拖我后退的罪魁祸首，仅考了119分。对于这次的数学成绩，我觉得十分的不满意。这次的数学题难度不大，要考140分以上没有太大问题，但我却在最不应该丢分的地方丢分了。比如选择题第二题：问“a>1”是“a>3”的什么条件?“a>3”是可以推出“a>1”的，但反过来却不行，所以应该是必要不充分条件。

但是当时的我不知道脑子里是怎么想的，竟然仅仅因为“a>1”包含“a>3”而“a>3”不包含“a>1”就认为是充分不必要条件，也就是说判断充分条件或必要条件的方法没有在我的脑子里扎根。还有选择题第四题：直线的方向向量为a(0，0，1)，平面的法向量为u(0，0，-3)，问直线与平面的位置关系。很明显两向量平行，所以直线垂直于平面。但是我却没看出两向量是平行的，竟然选择了直线是平面的一条斜线。这两个选择题根本没有理由出错，结果我白白丢了8分。最后一题也让我很苦恼，因为他并不难，但是我却得了个零分。实际上这个题我原本可以拿下全部14分，但是仅仅是因为我把第一小题的距离比写反了，导致第二小题我不可能做对。还白白浪费了大量时间，也许我只要尽早放弃最后一题去检查前面的题目，还可以把损失弥补回来。这次数学考试给了我很多教训。简单的题说不定是最容易出错的题，所以千万不能想当然地去做，一定要把题目看清，字句落实到位，谨慎作答。还有就是题做的不多，没有积累足够多的错误原因和做题经验。简单题出错也暴露出基础知识不牢固这一普遍通病。

马上就是学业水平考试之前的语数外必修复习了，对于基础知识，一定要不惜一切代价彻底巩固住，做到该拿的分不会丢，能拿的分尽量拿，毕竟学业水平考试和高考差不多，偏易题占大多数。还有最后那道题，第二问的时候我已经意识到第一问可能出错了，但我太想拿下这14分了，怕检查第一问会浪费时间，结果却适得其反，真的不该贪心这些可望不可即的分数啊，应该稳一些比较好。这次的语文成绩还算可以，考了124分，全级最高分是134分，只差10分。但是我觉得这不是我的最佳状态，124分还可以提高。比如文言翻译题，由于我复习不全面，这个题扣了2分。选择题本可以全对，但我却在一道做过的题目上出错了，扣了3分。这提醒我在接下来的学习中，一定要夯实基础知识，东西既然学了，那就要学的扎扎实实。60分的作文我得了49分，一般一般。作文是语文的重头戏，作文要是不加以提高，会直接影响语文成绩。所以我觉得我应该在课余时间，多读一些高考作文，闲暇的时候写一点日记，或者直接写作文，练练笔，这应该多多少少会有些帮助。对于英语，这一直是我的薄弱学科。还好这两次考试的成绩比较稳定，这次考了120分。小学的时候我一直害怕英语，初中有所转变，现在是冷淡。我现在既不讨厌他，也对他不感兴趣，所以成绩总是“比上不足，比下有余”。

现在恐怕我要转变思想了，你看那些高考状元们，英语基本没有低于135分的，有的甚至145以上，可以说，要想高考成功，英语必须要搞上去。这次考试中，基础知识掌握不牢固在英语中格外明显。单项选择题基本上都是做过的题，但还是错了两个。二卷的单词拼写题第八十二题perform很明显应该用过去式，但我却写成了进行式。“好像”asif，“很可能”the chances are that这些重点短语都出错了。其实这些错误都可以很轻松的避免，就是因为基础知识的原因，白送的分没拿到，我认为这是我在英语学习过程中浮躁的心理惹的祸。所以以后，对于学案上的内容，一定要百分之百地掌握。另外我还有一个缺点，这在我的学习过程中会起到很大的阻碍作用，那就是不好问老师问题。也许是从小性格孤僻，我不大善于与人交流，即使是面对自己的老师。现在看来，现实要求我必须改掉这个缺点。要知道将来我可能要参加自主招生，但是自主招生不仅仅是一个单纯的考试，除笔试之外还有面试，面试的题目刁钻古怪，甚至会让你说大学里应该培养专才还是全才，或讨论一下《无极》《一个馒头引发的血案》给网络生活带来的启示等。如果现在我任由这种性格自由发展下去，恐怕很难应付面试。还有这次英语的听力和完形填空也扣了不少分，这两种题也是最困扰我的。经我分析，我觉得还是没有做足够多的题。

当然，我不会傻乎乎地去用题海战术，那样太消耗精力。多听英语可以培养英语口语语感，有了语感在做听力的时候就不会那么茫然了。完形考查的是词汇的运用和文章的理解，比较综合，分值也很大，有时会有很多新词汇，容易扣分。备战这种题的技巧还是多做题，俗话说“见多识广”，多做题能从中学到很多课堂上学不到的结构和词汇，而且能培养英语阅读语感，这样即使不会也可能拿到分。其他的地方比如写作都没有大量失分，而且对于写作，只要多用一些简单句和自己很有把握的短语、结构，再加上一点点学以致用，想拿高分绝对没有问题。理综这次一共考了286分，但我并不满意，我觉得我能考290分以上。生物考了93分，理综之中这是我最不满意的一科，因为这是我从初中以来最强的一科，现在却成了理化生中最差的一科。主要原因是在选择题上，50道题错了4道，全是因为粗心，但是现在回想一下，恐怕是因为我太自信了，基本没有进行考前复习。物理考了96分，错了一道选择题，不过我觉得不是十分可惜，因为那道题是知识性错误，是我没有理解清楚电源内电势的跃升也是电流从低电势流向高电势的过程，从而被扣了4分。化学考了97分，因为复习的时候没有复习全面，化学反应的方向那一节没有复习到，结果从这一节出的一道选择题遗憾丢分了。理综虽然是我的强项，但是既然出现了一些很难过问题，那我也必须总结一下。

在以后的学习中，对于理综的学习绝对不可以放松，不仅要把每一个题做对，还要做精，分析透彻，做到精益求精。不仅如此，还要做到从一个题目发散出去，联想到其他知识，以达到边做题边复习的境地。另外不可以浮躁，浮躁是学习的大敌，也是大忌，即使是强项，也万万不可眼高手低，否则就会出现无谓的失误，如果是高考的话，更将会遗憾终生。对于文科，只能是尽可能提高上课的效率，在有限的时间内记住尽可能多的知识，毕竟下学期的学业水平考试也考文科，拿不到A就考不到好大学。总而言之，语文、数学、英语、理综所暴露出的共同问题，首先就是基础知识的问题，对此必须牢牢掌握，偏易的基础题是最容易拿到的分。高考中偏易题占八成，拿下他就是600分，211和985就近在咫尺了。多做题，做到“见多识广”，多么刁钻的题目都不在话下。还有，“胜不骄，败不馁”，用一颗平常心对待自己的考试成绩，毕竟不是高考，用不着大喜大悲。

这学期我报名了全国物理竞赛，这是通往高校的一条难得又难走的道路。我们班只有我一个入围全级这十五个名额的人，我一定要好好珍惜这次宝贵的机会，努力备战，不辜负老师们对我的期望，争取拿到一个好成绩，让爸妈欣慰，让学校、老师、同学们为我而自豪。语数外学业水平考试就在眼前了，这也是我的高考第一战，一定要调整心态，积极备战，合理安排竞赛辅导与文化课复习的时间，努力避免这次考试的失误，争取拿下3A。加油!加油!加油!

时间过得可真快，转眼间高中生涯即将结束，说起来总有点恋恋不舍，岁月不饶人啊。高中是一个人学习的关键时期，高中学的知识不管是为以后念大学还是走进社会都是很重要的。高中知识是基础，俗话说的好啊，只有有了基础才能有上层建筑。高中是比较累的，既是身体上的，也有心理上的压力，毕竟面临考大学，竞争是很残酷的，有多少学子就是因为几分甚至一分的差距而与大学或比较理想的学校失之交臂。那么怎么才能让自己不留下遗憾呢?平时的学习和积累是很必要的，巧妇难做无米之璀，只有你学到考试才能发挥出来。不要自侍聪明就投机取巧，机遇总是垂青有准备的人，考试中偶然因素占的比率是很小的。

总而言之，在高中勤奋是制胜的法宝。当然学习的方法也是很关键的，方法好的话就可以事半功倍。

学习的方法是因人而异的，不要一味去模仿别人的学习方法，有些人总是认为高考状元的方法就是的，人家说怎么学就怎么做，鲁迅不写过一篇拿来主义嘛!学习上也一样，取其精华，取其糟粕。我觉得勤奋不等于不休息，有些人晚上睡很晚，中午还不睡觉，说不瞌睡，那是假的，虽然你上课确实没睡着，其实思维跟本跟不上，从生物角度说吧，神经已经部分在休眠。有个理论叫7大于8，就是说你学习小时休息一小时比你学八小时效率高。我是比较相信的，我在高中从来不熬夜的。

还有一个现象比较普遍，题海战术，很多人认为题做的多了知识自然就学会了，到也不是没有一点道理，俗话说书读百遍其意还自现呢，如果同一种类型的题做一百道也应该能掌握，是这样的，不过问题也出现在这里，你这样做有那么多时间吗?可能一种类型的题做次再出来你还是不会，可能有点夸张，学习上最重要的就是举一反三，这就是课本经典的地方。

学习上要擅于总结的嘛!还有就是学习时间的安排，合理的学习时间是很重要的，在不同的时间段学不同的科目，要根据自己的情况制定一个合理的学习时间。

一分钟的自我介绍，犹如商品广告，在短短60秒内，针对“客户”的需要，将自己最美好的一面，毫无保留地表现出来，不但要令对方留下深刻的印象，还要即时引发起“购买欲”。

自我认识想一矢中的，首先必须知道你能带给公司什么好处。当然不能空口讲白话，必须有事实加以证明。

身体语言不管内容如何精彩绝伦，若没有美丽的包装，还是不成的。所以在自我介绍当中，必须留意自己在各方面的表现，尤其是声线。切忌以背诵朗读的口吻介绍自己。最好事前找些朋友作练习对象，尽量令声线听来流畅自然，充满自信。

身体语言也是重要的一环，尤其是眼神接触。这不但令听众专心，也可表现自信。

曾有一项报告指出，日常的沟通，非语言性的占了70%。所以，若想面试成功，便应紧记注意一下你的身体语言。

我成为了一名教师已经有三年时间了，在这三年时间当中，通过自己的实践，我对教师这一行业有了全新的认识，如果说教师是阳光下最伟大的职业，那么，作为一名教师，除了要教给学生课业知识外，对学生人生观、道德观、价值观的培养也是起着至关重要的作用，这就要求我们教师特别要注意师德修养，能否拥有一颗爱心，将自己的全部热情奉献给教育事业，是评价一名教师合格与否的基本准则，每一名教师都希望培养出德、智、体全面发展的人才，德育是其核心，古人云：其身正，不令而行;其身不正，虽令不行，对学生施以德育，教师必须具备师德，所谓师德，是教师进行教育教学工作，处理各种关系应遵守的道德准则和行为规范，包括教师的道德品质、理想信念，对事业的态度和感情以及有关的行为习惯等，教师是学生的榜样，一言一行都会影响学生的成长，必须言传身教相结合。在具体的教学实践中，我始终把师德放在第一位，对学生热心、耐心、贴心，不歧视学生，对学生一视同仁，发现学生进步之后，及时表扬，激发学生的荣誉感，并且严格约束自己的言行，因为我深知“身教重于言教”，“为人师表”是多么重要。

做为班主任，我对班里的每一名学生特点都掌握得十分清楚，对于他们不同特点，制订个别教育计划，使他们得到不同程度的改善和提高，在教学工作中将原来的灌输式教育转化为针对不同学生的引导式教育，使学生更乐于接受，激发他们的学习兴趣，使他们不再对相对枯燥的教学内容产生厌烦心理。

以往的教学工作中，我们一直沿用的是全国弱智教育教材，由于教育教学的发展，这套教材针对性不强的弱点越来越明显，已经不能适应现代教学的需要，为此，教改实践势在必行，从新生入学开始，我们班就被列为教改实验班，为了做好教学改革，必须早充分了解学生特点的基础上，编写出有针对性的教材，我利用工作和业余时间充分接触和了解学生，为教学改革提供了第一手材料，作为教改实验的实施者，在实施过程中，遇到特殊情况，及时总结，寻找解决的办法，在以后的教学工作中推陈出新。

特殊教师由于教训面相对较窄，加上社会上的一些不客观的评价，会导致教师产生一种心理上的压力，为了这份事业，我忠爱的教育事业，我会摒除杂念，把所有的热情，所有的爱倾注于学生身上，依法从教，严谨治学，廉洁从教，尊重家长，不愧于“人民教师”这个光荣的称号!
