忙忙碌碌的一学期工作就这样结束了，即便是反思起来，也是那样琐碎繁杂，高二上学期个人工作总结。作为一名教师，在学校中也承担着多种角色，我总是说，是什么角色就承担什么责任，我不妨就从角色入手来总结自己的工作。

一、作为党员。虽然我只是一名普通的党员，但我始终向优秀的党员看齐。不论是身边的还是国家知名的优秀党员，他们都是尽心竭力、一心为公的好榜样。通过党员学习，我更加明确了自己努力的方向，并结合“科学发展观“的学习查找了自身的不足。尽管自己还有许多需要完善的地方，但我想正直的人格、积极的心态、坚定的信念，踏实的工作，必将帮助我攀登新的高峰。

二、作为班主任。六七年的班主任工作给了我一些经验，也使得我成为了“老班任“。在本学期工作中，我依然是满怀热情地对待我的工作和学生。由于跟班紧，探视勤，我能更为细致的了解学生，并减少了他们浪费时间的机会。多数同学学习积极性都很高，课堂气氛活跃，课堂教学效果明显，深得各位科任老师的好评。在期中考试中，我们班的平均分名列学年第二，学年前100名和前200名的同学，人数有所增加。在家长会上，我结合高一时的四次考试成绩，全面的分析了学生的状态，帮助家长明确教育目标和方法。在期中考试后，我加强了对作业的监督，每次抽查都记录结果，并及时批评教育。每天中午我12点半到班级，监督学生的到校时间和午睡质量。休息好才能学习好，抓紧时间才能提高成绩，这些都是需要细心与恒心才能完成的工作。在抓学习的同时，我不忘对学生进行人格教育。培养他们的道德品质、心理素质，争取培养更多的优秀人才。因为有德无才的人是半成品，有才无德的人是危险品，只有德才兼备的人才祖国的栋梁。我利用板报、学习园地等班级文化建设手段，让学生认识自我，教育自我，完善自我。当然，我的工作中还存在诸多问题，还很缺乏工作的艺术性与高效性。今后我将多读论著，多加请教，让班主任工作再等新台阶。

三、作为语文老师。我担任两个班级的语文教师，其中还有一个理科实验班，我自知身上责任的重大。而学生对语文的学习态度与繁重的作业负担，决定了他们不可能在课下花费自己的时间去延展阅读，或深入研究。为获得最大的教学效果，我从“抓自身“和“抓学生“两方面入手。“抓自身“就是调高自己的备课质量，只有备课充分才能让课堂更为高效。本学期要完成两本书的教学，一本是必修5，一本是古代诗歌散文选修，还要迎接学业水平测试，可谓时间紧任务重。古代诗歌散文对学生来说很有难度，其实对老师来说也是一个挑战，书中涉及了太多的作者及作品。如果只限于讲书上选的一首诗，那学生就无法全面感知这个作者的人生经历与作品内涵、风格。于是我在课下阅读大量的有关作者的介绍，研读许多的作品，并从中选出具有代表性的作品，上课讲给学生听。

如果时间太紧，来不及讲解，就打印出来，粘贴在班级的后边，以便学生随时阅读。由于担任班主任工作，白天常被琐碎事务打扰，还要批改作业，备课之事就常常挪到下班后做，熬到十一二点钟也是平常事了。比如讲纳兰性德的《长相思》一词，我花了周末两整天时间查找资料，制作课件，加上后期的调整，与同事的交流，所花的时间又何止两天?一位不凡的词人要在一两节课上展现给学生，靠的就是老师课下的全心付出与精心安排。这是语文老师独有的苦也是语文老师独有的乐，因为在教学过程中，我也增长了见识，提高了素养。语文教学中还有一件大事，就是作文教学。本学期写了六篇大作文，都是认真批改认真讲解的。为了提高学生的写作兴趣与课堂教学效果，我坚持把优秀作文(有全文有片段)打出来，上课时借助多媒体让所有学生阅读、评价。不仅大作文如此，周记也是如此，只有及时反馈及时指导，才能让学生有所收获。“抓学生“就是指抓学生的课上状态和课下的作业质量。对于每个班的语文后进生，我都给予特别的照顾，做到堂堂课提问，堂堂课点拨，这也是为了提醒学生增强自觉性，同时还能给他展现自己的机会，帮助他树立信心。

课下单独给他们留任务，并督促检查，力争在高二一年最大限度的提高他们的成绩。在我的关心照顾下，有些同学已经取得了明显的进步，尤其是本学期刚刚进入实验班的同学。对于作业，我既要求数量又要求质量，不给懒惰的学生以放纵的机会，只有这样，才能提高课堂效果。在下学期中教学中，我还要继续培养学生的自觉性和自学能力，让学生具备良好的学习习惯，受益终身。新课改的教材内容丰富，对学生来说是件好事，可教学负担更重了，每一学期都是忙忙碌碌，有时只能蜻蜓点水，很是遗憾。由于教学繁忙，本学期很少有时间阅读专业书籍提高业务，也少于总结形成文字，只能将这项工作留在假期，以便下学期游刃有余地开展教学。

四、作为高二语文备课组长。说实话，备课组长是很多人不愿意做的工作，自己的教学就已经很忙碌了，还要组织、安排整个学年的教学，真的是需要良心和耐心的工作啊!本学期的几件大事是两次月考、两次大考(期中、期末)，每一次都组织同事们认真出题、批卷。其次是作文教学，我都是自己查找资料，选择适合学生的作文材料供学年使用，在大家批改完作文后，还要与同事交流研讨，挑选出学年的优秀作文，校对打印，让全学年的同学人手一份，以便课上课下阅读学习。而平时的备课更不必说，提前安排人员，力争在短暂的备课时间里完成最多的工作，切实地指导一周的教学工作。另外还要筛选习题，印刷试卷，让学生少练多得，提高教学实效。

总之，作为备课组长，我做到凡事走在前头，能自己做的就自己做。虽不能以最高的水平带动全组，也要以最饱满的热情团结全组。幸运的是我们的组员男女各半，各具特长，也都听从指挥，大家和谐相处，其乐融融。

五、作为高二学年组长。能担任高二学年组长也是学校对我的信任，我义不容辞的接受任务。虽然经过高一的一年工作积累了用一些经验，可最重要的是需要付出自己的时间。不论是帮助主任布置学年工作还是帮助班任管理学生，我都多想多做，不辜负领导的信任与同事的期待。有时时间紧任务急，我不得不花费中午和晚上的业余时间，只要能完满地完成任务，我无怨无悔。我是学校众多教职员工中的一员，我深知“校荣我荣“的道理，我也深爱我的职业，深爱我的学生。呕心流血、无私奉献，是我工作的原则。在未来的旅程中，我将一如既往，以求桃李满天下，谱写新华章。

时间过得好快，转眼高二年级就又过去一半了，想起下学期完事就高三了，心里有些紧张。

这次期末考试，坚总体进步很多，年级第96名，也算是高中以来最好成绩了。最可喜的是语文，这次考了123分，年级组第二;其次是英语，以前总是拖后腿到300名的英语，这次竟然考了年级组第46名，另外化学考得也比较好，年级第49名。生物也进步很多，从原来的400多名，到现在的114名。这次考得最不好的是数学，是356名，糟糕透了，物理也不太理想。总体来说，这次进步跟以往不同的是，有3科成绩都进入前50了，所以，应该还很有潜力，最起码，年级前70的目标还是很有希望的。

回想坚的这学期，也是跌跌撞撞。开学测试，名次将近400名了，开学后的第一次月考排名到200多，然后是期中考试，排名133，看起来似乎可喜，因为一直在进步，但是上学期的期中考试，他的成绩是96名，期末是192名，所以总体来说，真的是很不稳定，纵使进步了，感觉也是喜忧参半。

他的这次成绩，很大程度归功于现在的班主任，现在的班主任是教英语的，坚的英语进步跟她有直接的关系。倒是我，一直对他比较放松。

期末家长会，是坚爸去的，我的工作太忙，顾不上他了。老师说了，已经该高二下学期了，不要玩电脑看电视了，还有一年半，该努力学习了，不要再想累不累了，累是必然的，也是应该的。可他这两天还是玩，玩就玩两天吧，24日开始，进步学习状态吧!
