年华流逝，丰裕多彩的三年高中生存即将完成，这三年是我人生中最重要的一段里程，它将永世牢记在我的脑海里。

我衷心称赞中国共产党的率领，酷爱蒸蒸日上、迈着革新步调进展的社会主义祖国，用建筑有中国特色的社会主义表面武装自己，主动加入党章学习小组，逐步升高自己的政治思维觉悟，并向党组织递交了入党申请书。作为班长，我能以身作则，严于律己，在同砚中树立了好模范，并能联合好班委，处置好班级的全部事件，是老师的得力助手。高二年我们班被评为市优良班级，这是全班同砚群策群力的完结，我为能生存在这样一个班级而自豪。三年来，我在组织才能、语言表达才能有了长足的前进。97年被评为市优良高足干部，高三年被评为校三好生。

在初中的一年来，我发生了许多改变，岁月的逝去将我带入成年，我成熟了许多，也获得了许多。在学习上我一丝不苟，认认真真，爱好看书，总能从所做的事情中总结出经验教训。在生活中，乐于助人，与同学、室友关系十分融洽。

在学习方面，学习是一个学生的基本，我知道一个初中生最起码的就是要学习好，所以，我始终都把学习摆在第一位，努力扎实自己的文化功底，坚决做到不旷课不早退不迟到，基本上好每一堂课。

在课余时间方面，我却没有充分利用自己身边有限的资源，巩固自己新学的知识，回家后没有做到及时预习复习。但在老师的辅导和帮助下，我的学习有很大的提高。

在纪律方面，在纪律方面，我可以做到：尊重教师，同学之间可以真诚相待；基本能遵守学校各项纪律，遵守公共秩序，遵守社会公德；不迟到、不早退、不旷课；上学穿校服；举止文明等。

纪律是学习的保证。没有纪律，何谈学习，下学期，我会再接再厉，争取在纪律方面做得更好。但我身上还有各种各样的问题，如：有时上课会开小差，不认真听讲，大课间时会与同学交头接耳等缺点，但我会牢记班级与学校的纪律，时时刻刻想着班级与学校的纪律，努力改正这些缺点。

在卫生方面，我做到了认真干值日，不乱扔垃圾，作为一个值日组长，我认真领导组员干好每一次值日。

在集体荣誉方面，我做得并不太好，所以我会努力改正，积极参加班级活动，为班级做贡献。

展望新学期，我会扬长避短，认真总结经验，虚心向老师请教，争取有更大的进步。

一、当好“协助员”。协助经理做好主管的助手，带领本班人员按质按量完成上级交办的各项任务。

二、当好“服务员”。餐饮部的领班，除了为领导和同事们服务，更重要的是为顾客服务，提升餐饮部的接待能力.当好“协调员”。餐饮部工作分工细，环节多，一项工作的完成有赖于各部门之间的协调合作。餐饮部领班就是这个“协调员”。一是与厨房做好沟通联系，协调酒店服务与厨房之间的联系，调解进餐中各种矛盾和纠纷。二是做好与服务员的沟通联系，充分发挥一个集体，一个团队的重要因素。

三、是做好与顾客的沟通联系，认真听取顾客意见，不断改进服务工作，

四、当好“管理员”。酒店现场管理是首要工作。首先注重企业文化内涵，与其说客人到酒店是去住宿、吃饭，还不如说去寻求一种精神上的享受。所以在管理过程中注入更多的情感要素，并通过“身教”强化管理效果。我想，当好管理员，首先应管理好自己，只有这样，才会树立坚定的工作信念，形成良好的工作风格，同时，也才会更好地有利于自身的成长。作为这次竞聘的积极参与者，我渴望在竞聘中成功，是我绝不会回避失败，不管最后结果如何，我都将“堂堂正正做人，兢兢业业做事”。
