二、在教学方面

我以课堂教学为核心，课前，认真的钻研教材，对教学内容做到心中有数。着重进行单元备课，掌握每一部分知识在单元中、在整册书中的地位、作用。和同组的老师共同探讨教材中出现的难点，共同解决课堂中出现的教学问题。在教学中，每一节课，我都应用PP制作课件或利用学校的教学网络，给学生创设各种情境，激发学生学习兴趣。
