现在全国卫生系统正在开展”服务好、质量好、医德好、群众满意”的”三好一满意”活动，我们要不断的提升服务水平，加强护患沟通，持续改进护理质量，大力弘扬高尚医德，争创人民满意医院。

古希腊著名医生希波克拉底曾说过，医生有两种东西能治病，一是药物，二是语言。护士也是一样，护理工作的对象是有思想、有情感的人，与患者沟通的基础是尊重患者，要抓住、抓准机会，对不同文化层次的患者寻找并把握不同的沟通契机，推行人性化服务，使护患沟通从礼节性的沟通逐渐上升到更高层次的沟通，从而提高护理质量。通过有效沟通与护理，将患者对患病的痛苦经历减轻到最小，帮助其在痊愈后建立一种健康的生活模式以及形成良好的心态。

人为本，全心全意地为病人服务，.一位年过花甲的老奶奶因白内障食物模糊不清住院了，老人孤苦，老伴早已过世，孩子都在外地，白天有亲戚来看护，夜里只能是当班的护士格外留心。一日清晨，老奶奶内急，由于行动不便就想着等亲戚来了再去方便，可是岁数大了往往力不从心，老人无奈大便在床上了，当日值班的正是四星级护士李萍姐姐，她发现后二话没说一边安慰老人，一边帮老人换下脏了的衣服，换上干净的床单被褥，又打来热水给老人擦洗了身子，冲洗地板……渐渐地天亮了，看着忙忙碌碌进进出出的萍姐老人落泪了，自责又欣慰的说：”人老不中用了，姑娘啊给你添麻烦了，你态度真是太好了，我女儿也做不到你这么仔细啊，我老太太谢谢你。”萍姐轻轻的拭去老人的泪水，温暖的说：”奶奶没事，您啊别往心里去，这就是我的工作，是我应该做的，在这里您就当我是您的女儿吧。”是啊病人家属不在病人身边的时候，更要显示出我们医护人员的责任和职业道德。要让病人感觉并不孤独，家属不在，但我们在。我们要比病人家属更耐心更专业的去照顾病人。我们的工作每天重复着平凡，我们的话语亦是朴实无华，但是每一位病人康复的喜悦，每一面写着感恩的锦旗都是我们工作的意义和价值的体现。

做为一名护士，每天清晨我们都以最乐观、最饱满的心情开始一天忙碌的工作。每天工作结束时，记得用一分钟的时间自省：今天我执行‘三查七对’制度了吗?今天我微笑了吗?

做为一名护士，我们就要为病人创造一个温馨、温暖、安静的环境，温声细语，步履轻盈，用关怀的微笑、鼓励的眼神和有力的双手搀扶病人走过心灵的沼泽地，带给患者战胜疾病的勇气，让缕缕阳光将希望照射到病人的心里。

在那片异乡的天空，你还习惯吗?下定决心给你写这封信，就是要对你说声“对不起”。

还记得放寒假是我最后一次去你家吧?我们玩的多尽兴哪!正在我们画画的当儿，你妈妈把你叫了出去，我撂下笔，在房间里东张西望，看看有什么新鲜玩意儿。忽然，我的目光落在了你的小书架上——那儿有一本淡红色的笔记本。出于好奇，我把它拿了下来，翻开扉页，是你娟丽的字迹：“从今往后，不管有什么事儿，我都会写在上面。”“哇!我可以看看吧!看一会儿就行!”我迫不及待地往后翻，你的一切——高兴、失忆、烦恼、兴奋……全都在上面，还有一张你与你已逝世爷爷的合影……

正当我看得津津有味的时候，门外传来了你轻快的脚步声，我急忙抬起头，合上笔记本，胡乱往书架上一塞……“泠!”你蹦蹦跳跳地走了进来，说来也巧，我过头，正好碰上了你的目光。忽然间，我觉得好羞愧……你往书架上一瞥，我抬头一看——天哪!日记本的位置竟然与原来的位置有五六本书之隔，而且本子被我匆忙之间倒了过来!良久，我们俩站在那里一动不动，我窘极了…… 谁知那下个学期你就学了……

我知道我每次都错的很离谱，像之前挑选防盗门的时候，我们在建材市场跑了两天，最开始我们俩同时看上了一个，你说要不要买下来，我说再挑挑，结果我看着看着，可挑选的余地就变成了好几个，我要你帮着给意见，你说都差不多，随我喜欢，结果我当场就发飙了，说你从来不用脑子为家里的事情考虑，什么事情都要我考虑着。然后就黑着脸开车走了，害的你倒了好几趟车才很累的回到家，回到家后还主动哄着我。其实事后我就知道是我的脾气太坏了，本来根本就没什么事情，而且最后发现那几个门样式结构，包括颜色都差不多，就品牌不一样，最后我们还是买了最初我们一起看中的那个。 后来选瓷砖的时候又出现了类似的问题，虽然事后我跟你道歉了，你说要我改改小也很的受了你的批评，可是今天又犯了，你说在网上看中了一套浴室三件套，原装玛卡我啥都还没了解就冲你发火了，说你不动脑子想一下，网上的东西都不可信。虽然你一再给我强调是什么团购，有质量保证，可是我继续飚着我的怒火，而且还嘲笑你的幼稚。你气不过的直接带着我去建材超市，说让我看看去。秘鲁玛卡一看我就喜欢上了，回来我认真的翻看了你给我的网页上面的内容，我知道我又错了，老公的眼光最好了，这一下又给我们省下了1000多块钱，老婆的臭毛病又犯了，老婆知道错了。
