可是，直到今天，我认真的回顾这段时间我们发生的事，我才发现，妈妈犯了个致命的错误，我让快乐、让理解、让和谐、让宽容、让这一切离我们渐渐走远了，这一个多月以来，我很少看到宝贝发自内心的笑，很少看到你那双明亮清澈带有笑意的黑眼眸，很少再听到你回家给我说班里的事-----这些微妙的变化都是妈妈造成的，我只顾强调自己辛苦，却忘记你比我更辛苦;我只顾强调自己心急，却忘记你的内心其实因为月考的失误比我还要心急;我只顾强调你的分数和成绩，却忘记你内心对自己的分数和成绩早已充满了自责;妈妈太自私了，忽视了你每天学习辛苦了一天，还要写那些堆的如小山一样的作业到深夜;而我却不知道心疼你，不顾忌你的心情好坏，不顾忌你学习带来的压力，不顾忌你多么需要一个轻松的家庭环境，不顾忌你的喜怒哀乐，在你悲伤的时候没有当一个好的听众，在你最需要鼓励的时候，没有给你安慰，没有给你力量，却残忍的将你推下了万丈深渊，让你一个人独自承受考试后带来的压力和伤心，妈妈觉得好惭愧-----。

对不起，亲爱的宝，妈妈怎么可以这么狠心，变得对你如此苛刻，我不是个好妈妈，不是个合格的妈妈!

宝贝，让我们再回到过去，好吗?妈妈想和你聊天，想和你交流，想听你说搞笑的事，想继续听你叫我的大名，更想让你抬高脚尖搂着我，假装居高临下的与我说话的样子，每当那个时候，我好幸福，好欣慰----。

宝贝，你知道吗?在我的内心深处，我想告诉你:你一直是一个聪明、乖巧、听话、好学、上进的好孩子，从你来到这个世上起，到现在你一直都是妈妈的骄傲，是妈妈心中的天使。

只是最近妈妈的思想走火入魔了，看不惯你所做的一切，总是在挑你的刺，数落你的不是，我今天反省了一整天，我这么可爱的宝贝女儿，我怎么就看不到她的优点了呢?我怎么就容不下她偷一点点懒，怎么就不允许她有一丝差错失误呢?我怎么就变得这么不可理喻了?你知道吗，谢宝，我想对你说，用妈妈脸上的皱纹换取你的成长，妈妈的心感到无比的欣慰。

用妈妈的白发换取你的健康、平安，妈妈觉得此生无悔。

能看着你快乐的学习，开心的笑，才是妈妈最大的心愿。

妈妈不再要求你非得考上什么一中、兵二等重点中学，只要你尽自己最大的努力去拼搏，不要轻易放弃，不要后悔，其他什么都不重要了，真的，不重要!

妈妈有很多地方做的不好，现在想想，只要你是快乐的，是健康的，是平安的，只要能让我再看到你阳光般的笑脸，让我感受到你发自内的开心，我就够了。

你们好!

从20xx年5月1日的第一家店到今天的8家店，一路走来似乎成绩斐然，但是很多问题都像这被忽略的博客一样一直存在却一直被我选择性的遗忘着。我曾经对你们说过：我们销售的不仅仅是一杯酸奶，我们销售的是一种健康的理念;我们做的不仅仅是一门生意，我们是要成就一个品牌，为了这个目标我不断的开店，不断的招人，每天奔忙应付各种人和事，可我偏偏忽略了把我说过的这句话落实到你们每个人的心里。

当店里出现问题的时候我埋怨过你们不动脑子，训斥过你们不长记性。可是冷静下来想一想，作为一个管理者，我是不是真的尽到了自己的责任?我有没有告诉你们正确的产品知识，我有没有教会你们正确的销售技巧?即便有，是不是已经足够?经过对自己的反问，我发现，我的员工们真的是很可爱。

因为开店的速度太快，你们没有谁真正得到过系统的培训，就被分配到各个店去上班了，只凭着我写过的一点可怜的产品知识去开展自己的工作，甚至在自己还没有成长的时候就肩负起了带新员工的责任。而在这个过程中我没有关心过你们心里的压力和困惑甚至恐惧，只是一味的提着我认为合理的要求我潜意识里认为都是成年人了，该有自己的思维了，这么简单的工作看都应该看会了。

殊不知任何简单的事情都有不简单的内涵，这个道理我是懂的，却没有记住。所以在这里我向你们道歉我是一个不称职的老板，我一直在督促你们战斗，却没在你们上战场之前发给武器，跟没有在你们受伤的时候真正安慰过你们，这是我的错误。

我曾经为这个错误找过无数的理由，比如忙，没有资金，没有合适的人选等等。但是我弟弟说的好：有些事，不管做的多与少总强过没有去做。所以我在这里借这篇博文向广大的员工致歉，同时呼吁大家积极参与到公司即将开展的员工培活动里来，把内心的困惑提出来，把平日的经验讲出来，让我们的集体温暖起来。让你们终有一天不再舍得离开这个家园。

××，1983年1月24日上午11时15分出生于山东省无棣县小泊头镇卫生院。从小与土地亲近，与自然感情之久毋庸置疑。读书生涯以母亲的《中药学》和父亲的《储粮害虫》发端，与生物学结缘也始于此。

接受了正统的十二年中国基础教育，十二年寒窗乏善可陈。初中两次参加中学生物奥林匹克竞赛，分别取得省区一等奖和特等奖。高中三年，平心而论只拼了半年，用减肥八千克换了一张总分623的高考成绩单。怀着对生物学的一腔热情，力排众议报考了山东大学生命科学学院，并被录取。

进入大学，发现理想中之自由开放的象牙塔仍遥不可及，但对我来说已经是“如鳅得泥”。虽然与中学相比，课程的负担不止增加了倍余，但我更喜欢这种忙碌。基础课的教学，应该不能算得上理想，我想这是国内多数大学的通病。不过，课程本身的吸引力，远远大于我对教学方式的不满。虽然没有在拿到全部的优秀，但也算是顺利通过。英语轻松拿下四级六级，也似小马过河，不是一件异常恐怖的事情。

在顺利完成学习任务之余，课外阅读成了我的最大爱好，三年间省下了别人喝咖啡的钱全部买了书。2019年北京，2019年上海，每次都把钱包里的钱换成了更加充实的书包里的书。至今，床头的三层书架全部塞满了各种生物学读物，被同学戏称为山大图书馆生物学分馆。为了及时了解科技界特别是生物学界的动态，各种杂志成了我最大的涉猎品，《SCIENCE》《NATURE》千金难求，《SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN》的中文版三年来一期不缺。

在学校，最大的乐土莫过于实验室，即使基础实验成了理工科学生最为诟病的孱头。虽然无法完全掌控实验，但我力争求变，看到自己的思想被证实或被否定，实在是一件乐事。儿时与土地的亲近和十几年“住院”(live in THE hospital)生活让我对实验操作本身颇有体会。特别是动物实验，被同学叫去在扎满耳孔的兔子耳朵上寻找“立针之地”的往往是我。三年来，十几门实验课，门门都是优秀，每每成为实验同伴偷懒的理由，这也是大学时光里的一个美好的回忆。

闲暇之余，背上帐篷和睡袋，深入济南南部的山山水水中，虽然没有云南风光旖旎，还是能寻找到一份城市中失落已久的难得清静。带上地质锤和放大镜，张夏、山旺，都是好去处。和奥陶纪、寒武纪、第四纪的生灵们打个招呼。虽然还上升不到分子的水平，也算是对进化的小小研究了。

说到进化，2019年的春天，非典疑云笼罩京城之际，我和几个朋友受邀到中央电视台科教频道与南京大学、天津大学的朋友一起参加关于恐龙灭绝的话题的讨论。我们提出的复原恐龙生殖生态模型的观点得到了著名古生物学家董枝明和甄朔南的一致肯定。从北京赶回济南后五天，非典隔离开始。同样因为非典，中央台的节目录制陷入停顿，我们的节目“有幸”被重播四次之多，希望我们的观点能够得到更多人的认可。

不过，比之讨论恐龙灭绝，我更喜欢探讨生命的诞生。在这里，进化不仅仅是一个生物学课题，更是一个哲学命题。我对进化生物学及进化基因组学的认识将在下面的一篇小文中展开，在此就不加赘述了。

最后，三年大学生活行将结束，未来的研究生生活即将展开。对我来说，中科院系统始终是我的唯一选择，我需要的是一个纯粹的研究氛围。昆明动物所正是这样一个地方。不管是我目前主攻的动物发育方向，还是我的兴趣所在--进化生物学方向，昆明所都有国内顶尖的教授和实验条件。如果能有幸成为昆明所的

一员，在如此优秀的研究条件下工作，还有什么可以说的呢。

今天，吃晚饭的时候，妈妈突然说到一句：“等你长大以后，妈妈要你给我20__块，你会给吗?”

我想都没想，就随口说了一句，“你当我是开银行的吗?”然后笑笑，我以为妈妈跟以前一样，在跟我开玩笑，我就没有太在意。知道妈妈在吃晚饭后，找我谈话，说：“你知不知道你刚才说的话有多么让我伤心，你看，你身上的校服，鞋子，袜子，口袋里的钱，跳绳毽子，哪一个不是妈妈给你的?妈妈只问你要了这些钱的万分之一，你都舍不得。”

我瘪瘪嘴，不以为然的说：“我就是随口说了一句吗，不要那么在意。”

“随口?”妈妈立即说了，“这种话使你能够随口说的?”

看着妈妈认真又严肃的表情，委屈的说：“我只是随便说说，又怎么了?”

妈妈好像是避开了这个话题，说道：“今年你上初一了，再过一年就要过五四青年节了，你也应该懂事了。”

我破口而出说了一句话：“妈妈，你总是又说我大又说我小，我都不知道我是大人，还是小孩。”因为内心的委屈，声音带了一丝的沙哑。

“你看，你从向你侄子这样，长到现在，个子在慢慢的长高，知识懂得的越来越多，也应该越来越懂事，妈妈那么辛辛苦苦是为了谁?妈妈每次都尽量满足你的需求，上学早饭前给你准备好，每次要交钱的时候，妈妈给你准备好，位的就是不让你有心里的负担，每天都有着一个包袱去上学。”

“可是我还是小孩子嘛!”虽然嘴上这么说，心中早已注满了愧疚。

等到妈妈说了最后一句的时候，我悄悄地说了一句：“对不起，不是故意的。”

但是，妈妈可能听不到了吧!

现在是石港幼儿园大班的一名教师。在十余年的幼教生涯中，我始终以“捧者一颗心来，不带半根草去”的精神和“热爱幼儿、热爱幼教事业”的高尚师德为准则，做到敬业、爱业、精业、教书育人，为人师表。我把对孩子的爱，融入了我日常工作的一举一动、一颦一笑之中。有时我像他们的朋友，和他们一起嬉笑、玩耍;有时我像他们的大姐姐，教他们唱歌、跳舞;有时我更像他们的母亲，对他们循循善诱，孩子们喜欢我，我也深深爱着他们当中的每一个。作为一名青年教师我在幼教路上慢慢成长、力求创新，从而走向成熟，成为幼儿园的骨干教师，从去年开始我担任了幼儿园的教研组长，为我园的教育教学及教科研工作贡献力量。

一、教育教学工作

1、备好课。在备课中,我认真研究教材，力求准确把握难重点，在新《纲要》的指引下，我园实施了新课程《幼儿园渗透式领域课程活动》。我首先抓紧时间仔细阅读新的教材。了解教材的纲领、结构、内容和形式。接着，加紧设计教学活动、布置相应的区域活动环境。我注重参阅各种杂志，制定符合幼儿认知规律的教学方法及教学形式。注意弱化难点、强调重点，并不断归纳总结提高教学水平。

2、上好课。上课时注重幼儿主动性的发挥，发散幼儿的思维,注重综合能力的培养,有意识的培养幼儿思维的严谨性及逻辑性,在教学中提高幼儿的思维素质，保证教学质量。课后写好反思，力求在以后的教学中取得进步，工作总结《教师年终工作总结》。每年的家长开放课我都会仔细斟酌，磨了又磨，不但是为了让我们家长看到我园教师的素质，对自己也是一次锻炼和提高。

3、听好课。我珍惜每一次园内、园外的教学观摩，听课时，我认真记，听课后，我认真评，并进行角色互换，想一想这堂课我会怎么上，看到别人的优点与缺点，学习其他教师的教学经验,努力探索适合自己的教学模式。

4、注重教育理论的学习。把一些先进的理论应用到教学中,同时积极撰写教育论文、案例，我撰写的论文《谈一谈小班几何形体教学》获南通市二等奖，科学教育案例《颜色变变变》获区教研室二等奖。

5、坚定终身教育的思想。我利用业余时间参加学前教育专升本的自学考试，希望用更新、更强的专业知识武装自己。

6、拓展业余空间，做个多才多艺的老师。利用休息日，我参加了二胡培训班，把荒废的技能重拾起来。我还学习京剧方面的知识，为我园京剧特色教育积蓄能量。

在工作中我要求自己要有一股钻劲儿，我相信只有“钻”的人才能向上。

二、教科研组工作

在自身学习发展的同时，我也努力做好教研组的工作，带领全体教研组教师一起学习新《纲要》、新课程的要求和精神。在每一次教研活动中，大家提出自己在教学中面临的一些困惑，发表自己的不同见解。在课程研讨中，大家都能根据自己的特点，互相帮助着设计教学形式，分析教材特点。我在协助园长抓好幼儿园教育教学工作的同时，还努力做好我园的教科研工作，我园的“音乐活动中幼儿自我表达能力的培养研究”课题已圆满结题，我被评为先进个人，撰写的有关论文在区课题论文中获奖，在 课题推广期间，我协助园长完成新课题的筛选、申报，在课题“农村幼儿爱心培养研究”的开展过程中，我带领全体教研组的教师学习行动研究如何行动，共同探讨了课题的实效开展及成果积累。

三、班级管理工作

这些年，我一直工作在幼教的第一线，在工作中，我和搭班老师互相配合、互相协助一起管理好班级，让幼儿在班级中感到平等、尊重、安全、愉悦，为幼儿营造宽松精神和心理环境，培养幼儿关心集体为集体为同伴服务，做到自己事情自己做，别人事情帮着做，小朋友之间团结友好，互相谦让礼貌待人。以创省优质园的日日夜夜里，在区环境创设比赛的备战时刻，我和搭班老师与幼儿一起布置、更换、丰富主题墙饰，展示幼儿作品，开放多个区角并投放丰富的材料，让环境与幼儿对话，让幼儿在游戏中学习、成长。

“努力成为孩子们喜欢的老师”是我的工作目标。有这样一句名言：“教育者没有情感，没有爱，如同池塘里没有水一样。”实际工作中，我努力为孩子们创设一个充满爱的“池塘”。当孩子有困难时，我会随时关注给予帮助。尤其对有特殊情况的孩子，我更是给予格外的爱护，帮助每一位孩子树立起自信心，教会他们尊重别人，培养他们良好的生活和学习习惯，教会他们自己动手寻找答案。这些对于他们来说，一辈子都是受益的。

四、家园共育工作

幼儿园的生存，班级工作的开展，离不开家长们的支持和配合。在与家长沟通时，我不高高在上，但也不卑躬屈膝，始终坚持“以诚相待”。我利用家长接送时间与他们作简短的交流，使家长了解自己孩子在园的情况，同时了解幼儿在家的情况，使我能有针对性对孩子进行教育。我利用家长园地、主题活动、半日开放活动让家长了解我们的工作，从而得到家长的信任。

夜晚宁静的时候，我爱一个人剖析我自己，回忆一天的工作、生活，想想哪些地方自己作对了，哪些地方自己做错了，明天我要怎样做好。

岁月在指缝间悄无声息的滑走，漫漫幼教路，悠悠寸草心，在这看似平凡的工作岗位上，我成功过、失落过，我有无尽的快乐也有挥不去烦恼，但始终如一的是我对幼教事业的爱，我相信有爱就有收
