得分理由：在开学初，我根据自己的实际情况拟了一份学习计划。每逢周末，我都去校图书馆看书、自习，有时也和同学去市图书馆学习，大一借阅图书共计三十余册。认真上好每一节课，从不旷课，有时间时还去听知识讲座。随后，在解剖教研室杨方玖教授的带领下，我参加了我校大学生创新性实验项目，研究脑瘫患儿小腿肌痉挛肉毒毒素治疗的解剖定位这一课题，预计在20xx年6月完成。可我的期末考试成绩全年下来平均分只有七十多，在校只位于中上等水平，仍需更加努力。

概念：是指以身体练习为基本手段，以增强人的体质，促进人的全面发展，丰富社会文化生活和促进精神为目的的一种有意识、有组织的社会活动。它是社会总文化的一部分，其发展受一定社会的政治和经济的制约，并为一定社会的政治和经济服务。

自我打分：总分4分，自我给分3分。

得分理由：新生军训中，获得“优秀学员”称号。我成为我们年级的跳远运动员，参加学校的运动会。在全校组织的大学生广播体操比赛中，我荣幸地成为我们年级队的一名领操员。认真上好每一节体育课，在太极拳和太极剑的考试中都是80分以上。闲余时间，就和同学一起去打羽毛球或篮球，晚上没课时，就去打乒乓球，或去健身房锻炼身体。可是，我仍然属于偏瘦状态。

四、美育

概念：是指培养学生认识美、爱好美和创造美的能力的教育。也称审美教育或美感教育。美育要通过各种艺术以及自然界和社会生活中美好的事物来进行。

自我打分：总分4分，自我给分2.5分。

得分理由：只要细心观察，用颗美好的心去感受生活，会发现生活处处皆美。厕所里的蛆表面看上去是极其肮脏的，可是蛆之精神却是很美的。有时，我会去图书馆借阅关于培养美育方面的书籍看看，提升自己的审美情趣。然而，我的绘画能力仍是平常水平。

概念：是指培养学生的劳动观点，形成劳动习惯，并使学生初步掌握一定劳动技术知识和技能的教育。

自我打分：总分4分，自我给分3分。

得分理由：无论在家还是在寝室，我会时刻打扫卫生，保持室内的干净、整洁。劳动是光荣的。周末，我们会组织同学去社区、福利院等地打扫卫生，洗衣服等，有时还去清洗大街。由于我家处农村的缘故，我掌握了许多劳动技术知识和技能，还把自己在学校学到的一些新型技术带回家中，应用到实际。

共计得分：15分
