从20××年××月进入××小学工作至今已一年，回顾这一年来的工作和学习，本人受益良多。

身为一名党员教师，在参加工作的这一年来，本人坚定自己的思想政治方向，定期学习党的各种文献，将自身修养与党性提高相结合，不断提高自身思想觉悟及政策水平。本人严格遵守学校各项规章制度，并积极配合学校工作，认真有效地完成学校及上级领导布置的任务，表现出极好的组织纪律性，于20××年4月接任学区少先队总辅导员一职至今，并在20××年6月被评为学区“优秀辅导员”。在与同事的交往中，我以谦虚好学的态度，赢得了大家的帮助和认可;在与家长的接触中，我注意方法方式，耐心细心地进行家校联系工作，深受家长欢迎。

“学高为师，德高为范”。作为一名新老师，在如今信息技术日新月异，发展很快的年代，自身的学识相当重要。所以工作以来，我不断学习，丝毫不敢松懈，继续学习成为我工作学习中重要的一部分。除了参加新教师培训，我还继续本科深造，一有空闲时间，我便潜心研究教学方法，学习教学技术，将所学的教学理论与教学实践相结合。虽然在这一年的工作中，我的教学方法还不是很成熟，但我已学到了很多并将继续学习。

在这一年里，我担任小学语文一年级的语文和思品教学工作，同时担任学校少先队总辅导员，工作充实而不乏挑战。教学是一项细致的工作，也是注重技巧的工作，于是我常常想把教学当成一门艺术来研究。不仅在平时的教学工作中认真备课，精心设计符合学情的教学预案，在课堂教学中根据学生学习的情况，即使反思并调整教学设计，尽量让学生发挥学习的自主性，让孩子们快乐学习并学有所获。我还积极参与区市级教研活动，吸取前辈的教训和专家的指导，总结出自己的想法。新教师考核中，我所执教的《要下雨了》一课，受到了区进修学校老师的赞许，这既是对我的肯定也是对我的一种鼓励。当然，这一些是远远不够的，学海无涯，今后我将花更多的时间在课堂教学方法、策略的研究上。

我来自于xx省xx市，今年xx岁，有幸就读于xx大学的专业，经过四年的大学生涯锤炼，现在即将毕业！

家庭经济并不富裕我从小就养成了节俭的习惯，因为体验了贫困所带来的不便，所以我一直渴望富裕的生活。但是我知道要想走出贫困靠天靠地都只是徒劳，只有靠自己的努力才能创造出属于自己的一片天空，所以我坚信天道酬勤。

记得小时候老师问我们将来想做什么，有人回答说当老师，有人说当科学家，也有人说要当大老板，而我却说：我要考大学！也就是在那个时候我为自己确定了一个初级目标，正是这个大学梦一直激励我一步一步的向前走。

伴随着童年幼稚的结束我以一个较好的成绩步入中学的殿堂，在那里我认识了很多和我一样有着远大理想的同学，我们一起学习，一起成长，一起克服遇到的种种困难，不知不觉中我体会到了如何去正确的融入到团队中，如何与人交往。

中学时代让我学到了很多，对于自己的人生，自己的事业，自己的理想有了进一步的明确。也许时间并不像你所期待的那样，转眼即逝，带着中学的懵懂我们来到了大学。

进入大学，我发现现实中的大学与自己想象中是那么的不一样。当你融入到一新的环境中的时候，你不可能去改变它，唯有适应它，你才能更好的学习和生活。大学中的挑战和机遇无处不在，班级内的竞争，社团之间的竞争都会锻炼一个人，这些能够激励你去勇敢的挑战自己。只有武装自己，才能跟得上这个快速发展的社会。

大学让我学会了如何去面对，遇事的时候再也不会像中学那样盲目和冲动，我学会了如何去一分为二的看问题，每件事情的发生都会有利和弊，只有洞察才能会正确的解决。

大学教育了我，也锻炼了我，它让我变得成熟，变的理智，教会了我如何去运筹帷幄。毕业在即，我也开始寻找适合自己的工作，在我看来工作不是为别人，而是为了自己，只有兢兢业业踏踏实实的干才能充分显示出自己的价值，才能回报社会。出自农村的我不怕吃苦不怕累，因为我相信付出终会有回报。

在以后的人生道路上我会一如既往的坚定自己的信念，不会放弃，做一个真真正正自己。相信自己就是成功的开始，我想我一定会成为一个全新的我，也继续认真、踏实的走我自己的人生之路。
