一、假期时间安排

(一)义务教育阶段学校和普通高中学校寒假于 20__ 年 1月 20 日始，2 月 12 日止，2 月 13 日(周一)学生正式上课。

(二)幼儿园在不影响幼儿家长工作的前提下，可妥善安排寒假期间教职工的休息时间。

二、科学合理地安排好假期中的各项工作

(一)严格贯彻落实减负工作要求。各学校要严格执行《河南省普通中小学管理基本规范(试行)》(教基〔20__〕657 号)，严禁寒假期间办班补课，从严控制学生的作业量，丰富作业形式，努力提升学生社会实践能力。

(二)要教育和引导学生合理安排假期生活。教育学生远离网吧、游戏厅，不参加非法组织;要求学生每天收听(看)新闻，阅读报纸，关心国家大事和时事政治。假期期间，各学校要加强同社区联系，学生会、团组织及其他学生社团要积极和社区配合，开展一些有意义的社会实践活动和爱民助民活动。

(三)健全完善家校联系制度。各学校要和家长建立家校联系制度，对学生在家情况进行定期联系和反馈。要通过致家长的一封信等形式，争取家长配合学校做好各项工作。教师要抽出一定时间进行家访，了解学生假期学习、生活情况，及时给予指导。

(四)全面做好学校的安全工作。一是各学校要在放假前，对学生进行一次安全专题教育，切实增强学生遵纪守法、食品卫生、传染病防治和心理健康等方面的自我保护意识。尤其要加强对季节性事故预防知识的教育和有关技能的培训，提高学生自我防护能力。二是积极参与交通秩序综合整治活动。各学校要教育学生寒假期间，严格遵守交通秩序，做文明守法的带头人，并通过“小手拉大手”，动员家长积极参与城区交通秩序综合整治行动。三是南水北调和铁路沿线教育部门和学校要开展防溺水和爱路护路教育，要求学生假期不得到水渠内溜冰、垂钓及进行投掷列车等其它不安全的活动。四是要对学校进行一次全面安全检查。按照市教育局的有关要求和规定，各单位要对校舍及财产的安全情况和校园安全技防设施进行一次全面检查，重点对微机室、实验室、办公室、学生公寓、食堂等重点部位进行查水、查电、查防盗措施的安全检查，及时消除安全隐患。

(五)要加强各类值班执勤。各学校要制定假期值班表，实行校领导带班制度，值班同志必须为学校在职在编人员。值班表加盖公章于 20__ 年 1 月 4 日前报市教育局办公室或发传真(66961519)。值班电话不准设在门卫处，确保值班电话 24 小时畅通。市教育局将不定期检查各学校值班情况，并将检查结果予以通报。有条件的学校，要安排执勤人员对学校进行 24 小时的安全巡逻，使学校的安全工作始终处于不失控状态。学校如有情况请及时上报市教育局(24 小时值班电话：)。

现将XX年全市中小学寒假起止时间和有关事宜通知

一、假期起止时间

义务教育段学校寒假自今年1月23日(腊月20日)开始，至2月19日（正月17日）结束，暑假为7月3日至8月27日。普通高中执行全省统一规定的假期时间，即寒假为今年1月27日（腊月24日）至2月18日（正月16日），暑假为XX年7月11日至9月1日。

二、各学校要认真做好学生综合素质评定、工作总结，同时要统筹安排，尽早研究下一步工作思路，精心组织好放假前各项工作

（一）高度重视并采取有效措施，切实做好假期安全工作

1.要普遍开展一次安全教育活动，全面提升中小学师生安全意识。各学校要贯彻落实好《关于认真做好元旦和寒假期间安全稳定工作的通知》，确保冬季学校持续安全，保障广大学生、教职员工身体健康安全。认真组织学习宣传《淄博市校车管理规定》，集中进行一次校车及交通安全专题教育，切实提高全市师生及校车驾驶员的交通安全意识，与学生签订《寒假安全目标责任书》，学生监护人应当与学校互相配合，在日常生活中加强对被监护人的各项安全教育，寒假期间严禁学生进入网吧、营业性歌舞厅等场所。不提倡燃放烟花爆竹，确保学生在校园内外的人身安全。

2.要认真全面地开展一次校园安全检查。要按照“全面彻底、不留死角、不留空隙”的原则，对涉及学校安全的水、电、火等隐患进行拉网式大检查，消除安全隐患。重点检查安全工作责任制落实情况，要会同有关部门对校舍、教育教学设施、学生宿舍和公寓、交通车辆、冬季取暖设备、体育活动设施、食堂卫生等进行认真检查，发现问题，及时排除，不留隐患。学校要加强假期值班护校工作，注意防火、防盗，确保学校校舍、财产安全。做好值班安排。

（二）科学指导假期生活，丰富假期活动内容

1.要强化开展一次青少年学生思想道德教育。学校要动员广大教师和学生开展学习实践科学发展观的教育活动，要注重社会实践环节，利用假期举办形式多样的冬令营活动，积极引导广大中小学生走出校门，增强对科学发展观学习实践的自觉性。同时，广泛组织开展各种思想道德实践活动，自觉遵守社会公德，崇尚科学、破除迷信，勤俭节约，自觉树立科学的世界观、人生观。

4.围绕扶贫济困、尊老敬老、帮助孤残等主题，以老红军、军烈属、五保户、贫困户为重点，组织志愿者积极开展服务活动。

（三）规范教育行为

After I have worked in business area for eight years, I feel that I need to continue my education by pursuing a Master degree in business administration. I have practiced my professional expertise in accounting, demonstrated my leadership abilities and perfected my communication skills. i am a third year master major in automation at shanghai jiao tong university, p. r. china. with tremendous interest in industrial engineering, i am writing to apply for acceptance into your ph.d. graduate program.

education background

in 1995, i entered the nanjing university of science technology (nust) -- widely considered one of the chinas best engineering schools. during the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. i was granted first class prize every semester,in 1999, i got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

at the period of my graduate study, my overall gpa(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. in the second semester, i became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. this year, i won the acer scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade fordistinguished students endowed by my university. presently, i am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of excellent graduation thesis.

research experience and academic activity

when a sophomore, i joined the association of ai enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. with the tool of opengl and matlab, i designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. it is now widely used by different research groups in nust. i assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis dispose project for nanjing sewage treatment plant. this was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

in retrospect, i find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the ph.d. program. my future research interests include: network scheduling problem, heuristic algorithm research (especially in ga and neural network), supply chain network research, hybrid system performance analysis with petri nets and data mining.

英文补充协议变更的起草

一般来说对于合同的小修改，没有必要重新签订合同，重新签订都是费时费力，也没有必要，所以都用补充协议对原合同进行修改。如果对合同改变重大的话，比如对方想换个姊妹公司来签合同，或者合同条款有多处重大变更，可以说从根本上改变了合同的内容，都可以重新签订合同的。重新签订合同有两种方式。一种是交出所有原合同的原件，然后废除，撕毁都可以，然后再签订新合同；如果对合同原件到底有多少份不清楚的话，保险起见可以先起草一个对原合同的终止协议，然后再签新合同。当然如果为了做到天衣无缝，两个合同之间权责无缝转移的话，我自己使用过这种模式，不用撕毁原合同或者起草终止协议，先在新合同中写终止原合同，一般写新合同生效后原合同立即终止，在新合同未生效前原合同保持有效。然后在新合同上盖上三种章，第一种是原合同的对方的章，第二种是新合同的对方的章，第三种是我方的章，这样操作有个缺点是财务看见合同上有三个章，如果她们不看合同内容的话，有时候容易混淆合同内容。

言归正传，给大家分享一个我起草的比较简单的补充协议。

忘了给大家说了，之前跟一位做国际工程的朋友讨论补充协议和变更怎么翻译，我倾向于合同变更翻译为amendment, 补充协议翻译为addendum.不知道大家什麽意见？不过我自己一般都是不加区分的用amendment的。

EXPLOSIVES SALE AGREEMENT

WHEREAS: The Explosives Sale Agreement with Contract No: for the construction of XYZ Motorway Road Project has been signed on 11 March 20xx between Company(hereinafter called "the Buyer") and the MULTI BIZ FZE(hereinafter called "the Seller").

评注:先说我们什么什么时候签订了一个合同。

WHEREAS: The Buyer and the Seller have a meeting about the L/C and the Contract Agreement in the afternoon of 25 March 20xx, the Seller suggested that the volume of the goods is excessive and deliver them in one time would be hard; the Seller further suggested that the transshipment would not affect the goods quality since the goods are loaded with containers in the whole shipping period, it is very normal for cargoes to be transshipped in international shipment.

评注：再说这个合同要修改，为什么原因修改，也可以把谈判的过程加上。

IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:

In order to ensure the smooth execution of the said Contract Agreement, it is agreed that the goods should be allow to transshipped and partial shipped; accordingly, delete the word "not" from second line, first paragraph of Clause 14 shipment of the Contract agreement (Contract No. CCCAAA-MBIZ-01-20xx).

The Seller further agreed that the goods would all be delivered within two shipments.

评注：上面就是要修改的内容了。

For any discrepancy between this amendment and any of the Contract Agreement, both parties agreed that this amendment to the Contract Agreement shall prevail.

评注：如果这个补充协议和之前签订的合同有冲突，那么以这个补充协议为准，一般可以不写这一句，因为法律上规定一般是后面的文件有效，不过为了避免争议，也为了保险起见，我个人喜欢加上这一句。
