经研究决定，201x年高温期带薪休假8天，为8月3日—8月7日、8月10日—8月12日;8月1—2日、8月8—9日为正常休息日，8月13日上班。为做好放假期间的安全保卫工作，确保安全稳定，现将有关事项通知如下：

一、各部门应在放假前落实好本部门的安全自查工作，及时整改问题，做好安全防范措施;并将自查情况于7月22日前报安保办。

二、物业管理处加强放假期间园区的安全巡查和值守工作。

三、院级值班安排另附，各职能部门、公共技术服务中心、二级所必须安排在岗值班，并将值班安排与放假期间需加班的实验室和人员名单，于7月22日前报安保办备案。
