二、运行的主要特点

一是受金融危机的影响较大。这次金融危机对民营企业的影响面较广，我市民营企业除农产品加工企业、输变电业和三产服务业外，其他行业都不同程度受到影响。如__县界牌陶瓷企业原有20来家，现只有振弘陶瓷独树一帜，其余的民营企业已经基本停产。__旺华萤石矿业有限公司影响相对较少，但产品价格也有回落，由原来的1400元/吨下降到1150元/吨，年利润下降1400万元左右。金融危机的蔓延，对民营企业影响的程度较深，尤其是冶炼化工业、纺织服装业、有色金属采选业影响更大，目前尚未逆转。主要表现在：其一是产品价格大幅度下跌。现产品价格与去年最高时价比相差悬殊，氧化锌由去年的3.3万元/吨降至现在的1.2万元/吨，硫酸锌由去年的7000元/吨降至现在的2800元/吨，硫酸由去年的1900元/吨下跌至现在的230元/吨，全市上规模的锌化工企业40多家，已大都停产。由于产品价格下跌过快过猛，迫使部分企业无法正常生产，有的企业新上项目也无法开工。其二是产品出口量大幅度下滑。今年1-3月份，我市民营企业出_货值1.77亿元，比去年同期下降33.32%。香港万盛织造有限公司今年1-3月基本上没有订单，处于停产状态。衡阳邦友化工有限公司生产的无机氟化盐，原主要外销到欧美市场，金融危机以来，对外已接不到订单，只能依靠占30%的国内市场，断断续续生产。由于出口渠道受阻，导致相关企业发生连锁反应，相互影响，企业的产品销售困难，库存量大幅度增加。__飞翔电子有限公司生产的铝电容器一方面销售受影响，另一方面资金不能及时回笼，企业不敢连续供货，产品只能库存积压。

二是项目建设来势较好。今年，我们按照“抓发展就是抓项目，抓科学发展就是抓大项目、好项目”的要求，把项目建设作为第一抓手，坚持发挥优势争项目，扩大招商引项目，着眼后劲选项目，依托园区聚项目，强化服务促项目的方针，通过在建项目抓投资，投资项目抓增资，并联项目抓配套的途径，较好地促进了我市项目建设，呈现了加速提质强后劲的局面。今年1-5月份，新增投入500万元新扩改项目150个，其中:1000万元至5000万元的项目63个、5000万元以上的项目21个。创大镍钒项目总投资2.3亿元，已完成投资1.8亿元，投产后年产值可达10亿元，实现税收1个亿以上，目前项目建设和试产进行顺利。__三和食品有限公司投资5000万元新上快食河粉生产线，正在进行设备安装，预计9月投产。项目竣工投产后，新增产值9500万元，税收500万元，提供就业岗位200个。衡东金宇铜业有限公司的电解铜项目计划投资3.8亿元，年产电解铜10万吨,年产值50亿元，创税收1.5亿元，被列为省重点工程和省双百工程项目。投资8亿元的中国建筑材料集团__县洪城水泥有限公司,在双桥镇新建第二条日产5000吨新型干法水泥生产线及利用低温余热发电项目，征地1000亩,达产后可实现税收20__万元。

一、继续执行区局“减量奖励、超额自付”的奖罚机制。

依托三座压缩站的有力表现，__镇的生活垃圾量每日控制在180吨以下。截止日前，1—5月的生活垃圾清运量为26249吨。

四、安全生产责任层层落实，严抓不懈。

(二)化验检查按照安排于早晨空腹到聊大东校医院二楼抽血或西校区门诊部(西校社区卫生服务站)抽血。基础体检于10月15日开始，各学院学生按照时间安排准时到聊城大学西校区门诊部进行基础项目体检。

(三)新生体检结束后，以学院、班为单位将查体表交到聊大医院体检科。

(四)查体异常或查体中不能确诊的疾病根据大学生体检标准要求增加必要的查体项目，复查费用由学生自理。

六、查体的组织：

(一)各学院负责提供新生名单。

(二)各学院新生辅导员组织学生提前10分钟到聊大医院西校区门诊部门口集合。

(三)聊大医院负责查体的组织实施与协调工作，安排经验丰富、工作认真的医护人员参加体检工作，保检按时按标准完成体检任务。

(四)各学院组织好学生由学生会干部带队到聊城大学医院体检。

七、体检的监督

将通知计划安排表报学生工作处、团委、教务处、研究生处领导批示。学生工作处、团委、教务处、研究生处指定专人对体检程序、人数、组织、要求、质量等进行监督和指导。此项工作结束后在医院专项体检工作总结上监督签字。

八、查体要求：

(一)聊大医院严格按照教育部、卫生部、中国残联《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》的要求，对新生进行体检。

(二)聊大医院认真组织新生体检工作，保证学生体检结果的准确性和严肃性，并记录和保存好学生查体结果。

(三)在新生入学查体中不能确诊的疑似传染病学生，由聊大医院进行复查或组织到指定的医院进行检查和确诊，学生在确诊之前应隔离观察。

(四)查体过程中禁止弄虚作假行为的发生，如发现按高校学生条例、高校体检规定及聊大校规校纪规定处理。

(五)尊重学生隐私权，不允许相关部门将查体信息外泄。

九、注意事项：

1、请新生配合医院安排，自觉遵守查体秩序，持查体有关资料及身份证有序查体，注意安全。

2、化验室体检前1天请同学清淡饮食，避免饮酒，限制高蛋白、高糖、高脂饮食。

3、抽血后用棉签按压针眼3~5分钟，勿揉;若出现异常情况及时与医生沟通。

4、测血压前应休息5—10分钟，保持心境平和，以确保所测血压准确。

2、单腿火车

每队派出4人，站成纵排，每个队员的左手搭在前一个队员的左肩上，右手把前一个队员的右腿放在自己的右腰间，右腿往后伸，给后一名队员放在其右腰间上，依次排好成队。(左右腿可交换，规则相同即可)每队队员听到开始信号后，开始单腿向前跳，绕过障碍(2个板凳)，直到终点，用时少者优胜。

3、抢凳子(个人项目)

游戏开始先把凳子成圆形后，参加人员在凳子外面围成一圈，主持人敲鼓或放音乐时参加人员就沿着圆形顺时针或逆时针跑动，参赛队员当听到口令后开始抢椅子坐，抢不到者淘汰出局，把一张椅子拿掉，继续比赛，以坚持到最后的人为胜。名次取留到最后的三人。
