3、开展倡导文明志愿服务活动。(1)学校、班级组织开展推广文明礼貌用语，倡导文明行为，劝导不文明现象，引导同学养成讲文明、讲礼貌、讲礼仪的良好习惯。(2)学校、班级组织师生开展校内外志愿活动，如美化班级、环保宣传、卫生清扫、垃圾分类回收、劝导不文明现象(乱丢乱扔、粗言烂语等)。
