2、上好课。上课时注重幼儿主动性的发挥，发散幼儿的思维,注重综合能力的培养,有意识的培养幼儿思维的严谨性及逻辑性,在教学中提高幼儿的思维素质，保证教学质量。课后写好反思，力求在以后的教学中取得进步，工作总结《教师年终工作总结》。每年的家长开放课我都会仔细斟酌，磨了又磨，不但是为了让我们家长看到我园教师的素质，对自己也是一次锻炼和提高。

3、听好课。我珍惜每一次园内、园外的教学观摩，听课时，我认真记，听课后，我认真评，并进行角色互换，想一想这堂课我会怎么上，看到别人的优点与缺点，学习其他教师的教学经验,努力探索适合自己的教学模式。

4、注重教育理论的学习。把一些先进的理论应用到教学中,同时积极撰写教育论文、案例，我撰写的论文《谈一谈小班几何形体教学》获南通市二等奖，科学教育案例《颜色变变变》获区教研室二等奖。

5、坚定终身教育的思想。我利用业余时间参加学前教育专升本的自学考试，希望用更新、更强的专业知识武装自己。

6、拓展业余空间，做个多才多艺的老师。利用休息日，我参加了二胡培训班，把荒废的技能重拾起来。我还学习京剧方面的知识，为我园京剧特色教育积蓄能量。

在工作中我要求自己要有一股钻劲儿，我相信只有“钻”的人才能向上。

二、教科研组工作

在自身学习发展的同时，我也努力做好教研组的工作，带领全体教研组教师一起学习新《纲要》、新课程的要求和精神。在每一次教研活动中，大家提出自己在教学中面临的一些困惑，发表自己的不同见解。在课程研讨中，大家都能根据自己的特点，互相帮助着设计教学形式，分析教材特点。我在协助园长抓好幼儿园教育教学工作的同时，还努力做好我园的教科研工作，我园的“音乐活动中幼儿自我表达能力的培养研究”课题已圆满结题，我被评为先进个人，撰写的有关论文在区课题论文中获奖，在 课题推广期间，我协助园长完成新课题的筛选、申报，在课题“农村幼儿爱心培养研究”的开展过程中，我带领全体教研组的教师学习行动研究如何行动，共同探讨了课题的实效开展及成果积累。

三、班级管理工作

四、家园共育工作

幼儿园的生存，班级工作的开展，离不开家长们的支持和配合。在与家长沟通时，我不高高在上，但也不卑躬屈膝，始终坚持“以诚相待”。我利用家长接送时间与他们作简短的交流，使家长了解自己孩子在园的情况，同时了解幼儿在家的情况，使我能有针对性对孩子进行教育。我利用家长园地、主题活动、半日开放活动让家长了解我们的工作，从而得到家长的信任。

20xx年2月2日是第20个“世界湿地日”。为认真贯彻国务院办公厅、省政府办公厅有关加强湿地保护管理工作的通知精神，福建省林业厅和省野生动植物保护协会联合发出通知，要求各地围绕履行生态文明建设的重大使命，从承担保护湿地生态系统的任务，从建设生态文明的新高度和新要求出发，进一步提高对保护湿地的认识，积极开展形式多样的宣传活动，使广大群众认识和了解湿地的重要作用和保护湿地的重大意义，加大对湿地保护的宣传教育，进一步增强社会公众对湿地重要作用的认识，提高广大群众保护湿地的意识，现就20xx年我省开展第二十届“世界湿地日”宣传活动的有关事项通知如下：

一、宣传主题

第二十届“世界湿地日”的宣传主题是：“湿地关乎我们的未来：可持续的生计”

二、相关要求：

(一) 加强领导。

各级林业部门要积极会同有关部门加强对“湿地日”的宣传活动的领导，结合本地实际，认真制定宣传工作方案，周密安排各项宣传活动。

(二)大力宣传。

1、通过广播、电视、报刊、网络等宣传工具，深入开展湿地与生物多样性和气候变化等关系的宣传活动。特别是要在“世界湿地日”期间组织收看中央电视台10频道播出的由国家林业局、世界自然基金会和中央电视台联合拍摄的《湿地、生物多样性与气候变化》专题宣传片。

2、通过张贴标语、宣传挂图，发放宣传小册子、宣传传单等丰富多彩的宣传活动，进一步普及湿地的多种效益和功能，保护湿地的基本只是，弘扬湿地文化，为繁荣生态文化、建设生态文明奠定基础。

3、继续面向社会公众，特别是向各级领导开展宣传，介绍各地湿地保护的现状和今后工作重点与方向，争取各级领导的理解和支持，为顺利推进工作创造良好的工作环境。

4、进一步强化对自然湿地开发利用的管理，打击各种破坏湿地资源和随意侵占湿地的违法行为，确保湿地资源的安全。

(三)认真总结。各地要认真总结开展“湿地日” 宣传活动情况，并于20xx年2月28日前分别报省野生动植物保护管理中心和省野生动植物保护协会。
