Ⅶ Revision, Cancellation and Termination of the Contract

1. Both parties should abide by the contract and should refrain from revising, canceling, or terminating the contract without mutual consent.

2. The contract can be revised, canceled, or terminated with mutual consent. Before both parties have reached an agreement, the contract should be strictly observed.

3. Party A has the right to cancel the contract with a written notice to Party B under the following conditions;

(1) Party B does not fulfill the contract or does not fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, and has failed to amend after Party A has pointed it out.

(2) According to the doctors diagnosis, Party B cannot resume normal work after a continued 30 day sick leave.

4. Party B has the right to cancel the contract with a written notice to party A under the following conditions:

(1) Party A has not provided Party B with necessary working and living conditions as stipulated in the contract.

(2) Party A has not paid Party B as scheduled.

Ⅷ Breach Penalty

When either of the two parties fails to fulfill the contract or fails to fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, that is, breaks the contract, it must pay a breach penalty of US$500 to 2,000 (or the equivalent in RMB).

If Party B asks to cancel the contract due to events beyond control, it should produce certifications by the department concerned, obtain Party As consent, and pay its own return expenses; If Party B cancels the contract without valid reason, it should pay its own return expenses and pay breach penalty to Party A. If Party A asks to cancel the contract due to events beyond control, with the consent of Party B, it should pay Party Bs return expenses; if Party A cancels the contract without valid reason, it should pay Party Bs return expenses and pay a breach penalty to Party B.

Ⅸ The appendix of this contract is an inseparable part of the contract and has equal effect

Ⅹ This contract takes effect on the date signed by both parties and will automatically expire when the contract ends. 在这里，我留下的不只是回忆，还有成长路上深深浅浅的足迹。 现在，我已经逐渐适应了大学里的生活。在浙江大学这样优秀的大学，在身边围绕着佼佼者的环境中，我学到了很多，尤其是对于资源的利用。浙江大学有着全国最为完备的资料库，执教讲台的也都是各个学科的精英，图书馆、网络、实验室„„每一次尝试都带给我新的惊喜。这里是自由的、包容的，是海纳江河的，我在这里，看到的是从未见过的广阔天地。

而作为一名浙江大学生物医学专业的学生，我开始发现这一专业的乐趣。生物医学——一个年轻的学科，身为第一届学生，我和它一同成长，也逐渐了解到这门学科的重要性。它像是桥梁，将生物和医学紧密的连接在一起，它又像是塔顶，在生物与医学之上它发展着。它是崭新的，还有太多领域等待我们去拓展，它又是古老的，因为医药与生命从来就是不可分割的。

我们的生物医学班——这里就像是一个温暖的家，学校给了我们“新生之友”，“全程导师”，让我们快速的适应大学的生活。三位班主任都尽职尽责，努力给我们提供最好的条件。同学之间互相关怀、共同进步的氛围也激励着我不断前行。最重要的是，大家都有同样的梦想，那就是在生物医学方面成就自我。相信在大学里，我也能有所收获。

Commerce shall have no liability for following the instructions of the Agent, and the undersigned shall never attempt to hold Commerce liable for the Agents actions or inactions. resulting from transactions initiated prior to its receipt. This authorization shall inure to the benefit of Commerce, its

successors and assigns. The provisions hereof shall be in addition to and in no way shall it limit or restrict any right that Commerce may have under any agreement with the undersigned. In addition, Commerce is further authorized and directed to deduct from the undersigneds account and pay the Agent the amount of all management fees, incentive fees, advisory fees and/or brokerage commissions to be paid to the Agent upon Commerces receipt of invoices from the Agent.

I am a student from Grade 3, and I am writing to reflect an issue regarding the library. As one of the students at school, I found it unreasonable for one student to borrow at most 3 books at a time, which makes it inconvenient when writing an academic essay. Hereby I suggest that increase the quantity of books borrowed once from 3 to 5 or more. I believe this modification will be much acceptable among the stundets at our school.
