作为一名新教师，为了能很快地挑起高一英语教学重任，我时刻注意持续进行高一英语教学反思。前几天作为新教师，我上了一堂汇报课，资料是高一英语必修2中的unit4 Wild life protection——Warming up的部分。本来汇报课的好处是要展示我的课堂常规潜力和教师基本素质。但是，在这堂课当中我倾注了更大的精力力图能在课堂上体现出我对于英语新课程的理解和探索。

新课程所倡导的资料之一便是学生的研究性学习，但限于时间、硬件条件和教材资料等等因素的影响，目前我们所能做的研究性学习课题十分之有限。鉴于这堂课的主题——野生动物保护，我认为十分值得与学生一齐来进行一次研究性学习的探索和实践。在授课之前，我便向学生布置了一次课题任务，要求学生以小组为单位选定一类濒危野生动物作为研究对象，针对其特征、生活习性、生存现状等展开调查。学生最终的调查成果要求制作成为幻灯片的形式，结合文字和图片的资料在课堂上进行展示。并且每一小组都应由一名学生对本组的课题进行全英文的讲解和说明。

学生对于本次任务的参与度之高，也是我所始料未及的。他们做了超多的调查和研究，透过上网、剪报、翻阅杂志等方式搜集了不少十分有价值的资料。学生的组内分工也十分明确，汇总后的资料交由精通电脑的学生一一录入电脑制成精美的幻灯片，并且选派了口语流利的学生上台作最后的成果展示。作为代表上台陈述的学生的叙述也显得相当有条理，将野生动物的特点、习性和现状一一介绍之后，自己得出了结论即我们要保护野生动物。在这整个流程当中，我只是扮演了指导者的主角，所有的资料搜集、录入、制作和展示都是由学生自己来主导完成的。这就是我对于学生自主学习的诠释和实践探索。从中我也意识到，平时我们对于学生的主动性学习潜力是大大地低估了的。作为教师的我们总是有这样的思维定势，不敢放手也不愿放手让学生一试，认为给学生的太多自主空间，就是对他们的放任，其最终结果总是有百害而无一利的。然而当我真的放开手，才发现学生的潜能是如此之大，只但是这其中的一大部分还未被我们发掘出来罢了。看来不定时的进行高一英语教学反思是十分必要的，只有不停地反思自己的方式方法，才能更好地进步。由此，我联想到在我们的日常教学中多做一些大胆的尝试，对于学生各种潜力的发展来讲，似乎会有更大的好处。这些潜力是亟待着我们教师去开发和培养的，如若长期无视之，久而久之也就荒废了事，那真是作为教师的一种悲哀了。

在学生讲述之前，我先介绍了两种珍稀野生动物的状况，之后再由学生小组介绍成果。而在学生的每一段落陈述以后，我都会对其资料作简短的评述和总结。这样的处理是为了构建师生合作学习的模式，在学生讲解的基础上，再以教师的角度进行点评，让学生体会到建立在平等好处上的共同学习和探究的乐趣。

然而研究性学习的部分并不是到那里为止就戛然而止了，在我想来一堂完整的研究性课程它的外延就应衍生到课堂之外去。切实做好了课后的反馈和经验总结的研究课才是真正有价值的。如果缺失了这一部分，那么所谓的研究也只但是是一个空架子罢了。因此，课后我透过量表的形式对学生的反馈进行调查。主要是针对研究学习的效果、参与性、合作学习的满意度等方面展开学生个体自评、小组互评以及教师点评等几项调查。这样一来，研究性学习渗透到了课前、课内以及课后三个环节中去，能够做到目的明确、贯穿始终。我想这一部分的探索是取得了一些成果的。

如何在英语课堂中体现人文关怀也是我一向在关注的问题。之前阅读了一些文章，也作为新教师参与了学校的校本培训，透过语文教研组的评课活动开始关注语文的人文性和工具性的问题。由此我开始高一英语教学反思，反观英语教学，对于语言本身的关注远远超过了对于人文性的关注。我自愧在此之前，甚至没有想到过这样的问题。对于语言工具性的偏重，而忽视人文关怀会使得我们的英语课堂缺乏语言教学应有的文化气息和人文背景，这样的课堂可想而知是索然无味的，因带了更多的功利意味，试问又如何让我们的学生喜欢上英语课呢?在此后的教学中我开始尝试做出一些改变，在教授语言的同时也在教授着一种文化。

在野生动物保护这堂课上，我的教学目的是要让学生透过本课的学习感受到保护野生动物的重要性和迫切性，倡导学生从自身做起来保护野生动物。我认为这种情感的产生不能是教师灌输而得的，而就应是学生由课堂习得的过程中自己感受到的。那里就存在着一个如何引导学生的问题了。在这个教学环节上，我设计了一条明晰的主线：首先透过教师和学生的共同介绍使学生对于野生动物现状有了明确的认识，即数量不断减少。之后引发了学生的讨论——为什么野生动物的数量会逐年减少?讨论结束后，我播放了一段极具震撼力的视频，表现了人类对野生动物的残杀。学生的心灵受到了极大的冲击，谈论感受的时候自然地提出了要保护野生动物的话题。这样一来，我便顺理成章地导出了另一个讨论的话题——怎样来保护野生动物呢?此时的学生已经渐入佳境了，一个个都有了想要表达的想法和观点，讨论的热烈程度也开始升温。于是，我适时的引导学生认识到了这样一个关系——动物是人类的好朋友。紧之后我的话锋一转，反问学生，人类是否真正做到了把动物当成好朋友呢?我随之抛出的是一幅幅人类残杀动物的惨景图片，在血淋淋的现实面前学生再次受到震撼。动物与人类的关系如同朋友，当我们的朋友受到残害的时候，就如同在残害我们自身。因此保护动物就等于是在保护人类自己。最终，师生达成了共识——要保护动物。在这个引导的过程中，我并没有高唱主旋律，而是透过课堂情境的创设，使学生“自觉”。我以为，我们课堂人文性的表现，就应是让学生在言语习得的过程中产生心灵的共鸣。如果能牢牢抓住学生心灵上那一点微弱的火花，适时地燃起一场“大火”，那样我们英语课堂的人文性便能够真正张显出来了。

我以为，这堂课之所以差强人意，是由于我对于课堂教学的研究性和人文性方面的探索所做出的努力。当然这其中的瑕疵也尚有不少。结合各位老师的指导，以及我自己进行的高一英语教学反思，我想自己在以下方面尚有待改善：

首先，是对语言的关注不够。借用王小庆老师的话来说，“语言的课堂，它的本真是要求用语言寻找好处，在语言中寻找好处。因此，课堂内诸因子，都要归结到语言本身。这堂课，虽是WarmingUp，但仍要关怀后续的阅读文本，关怀学生的语言使用，这是外语课堂中我们万不能回避的问题。从对学生的研究性成果的评价来看，对语言的关注稍欠丰富——虽则我们的关注，能够隐蔽而深远。”我们也曾探讨过这个问题，王老师向我指出在学生展示成果之后，我只对学生研究的资料做出了评价，但是对于学生语言的本身仍缺少关注。我事后回想，觉得的确如此。我们所有的教学手段最终的目的还是要服务于语言的习得本身的。假如我能在评价当中适时地引导学生对语言的关注，那么就能在不动声色之时，使学生在不知不觉之中习得语言的知识和结构了。楼慧华老师给我提出的意见是，在这堂课中缺失了学生对话的参与度。的确，学生个体的发言并不能代替对话的效能。假如能鼓励学生熟练运用对话进行讨论，不仅仅是创设了良好的情境，是能够培养起学生谴词造句和语言运用的潜力。说到底，这还是对语言的关注度不够所造成的。

另外一点的不足之处，也是我深以为憾的就是教师语言的问题了。回顾这堂课从头到尾，我的学生表现出了良好的素质和语言潜力。相形之下，我的教师语言就亟待加强了。尤其在课堂的收尾阶段，师生的情绪到达了致高点，这时我的语句在组织上就显得有些力不从心、凌乱不堪了。要做到尽善尽美就需要在自身素质的提高方面下一番苦功了，要成为一名优秀的教师不断充实自我，提升自我也是务必做的。作为一名新教师，我要学习和提高的地方还很多很多，当然我也会努力去做到的。

在这次的高一英语教学反思的最后，我想谈的是一名教师的课堂控制潜力。听课的老师指出在整个课堂的表现中我是亲和的，但是显得“势”不足。对于他所指的“势”，我私下以为是指教师的“场”吧?一个强“势”的教师，就应是充满了人格魅力的，也就是能够抓住学生的全部注意力，牢牢吸引学生目光的教师。而我作为女教师，个性是青年教师，更多地是试图在课堂上体现自己的亲切，而有时候这种情绪，尤其是在本课的后半段时明显是不适合的。那么就要求教师用自己的“势”去带动学生走进他为学生创设的情境中去了。但此时亲和的我情绪上的突然变化显得有些突兀，反而不那么自然了。如何体现出自己的“势”呢?在这个问题的把握上，我想我需要做更多的思考，这也更加需要时间和阅历的积淀吧?

xx年是我工作的第二年。这一年相对去年来说，我对教学和教育工作有进一步的认识，自己的能力和心理素质得到了进一步地提高，在院领导和同事的帮助下，拓宽了自己的专业知识，也承担了一些新的教学任务，总体上较好地完成了这一年的工作任务。回顾前期的工作，主要成绩如下：

一、解放思想、与时俱进、不断提高理论水平

二、端正心态、求真务、认真搞好本质工作

本学期主要继续担任《新编大学英语》的教学。这是我第一次带这《新编大学英语III》门课，这次除了认真备好课外，继续不断扩展英语语言文化相关的课外知识，争取在讲好课文本身的同时，给学生介绍有关英语语言文化的基础知识。并且充分利用网络的资源，在课件上补充了一些图片、音频、影视等旨在提高学生兴趣的资料，丰富了教学的内容，使得教学内容更直观。每节课布置作业，坚持批改，及时了解学生听课的情况。针对大二学生要通过大学英语四级的现实，我在课堂和课外作业补充了大量的四级做题技巧、经验，并督促、批改学生四级相关练习的作业，使得学生应试四级考试的能力得到了一定的提高。对问题比较集中的地方重点讲解，比较圆满地完成了教学任务。

但是教学过程中仍然有许多不足之处。

一方面自己的专业知识和教授四级考经验比较有限，在讲授四级备考相关知识中不能做到深入和精确，另一方面在教学进度和学生所要求的教学速度上未找到合适的平衡点。这些问题是在新学年中我要努力攻克的，希望能在同事帮助下和自己的努力下使得大学英语的教学更上一个台阶。

在公选课的教学中，我深刻地体会到了和上大学英语课的不同。小班教学需要老师及时了解学生学习的反馈情况，而公选课则是大班上课，强调的是学生对说英语国家文化、社会背景、为人处事方式、思维习惯、影视中表达的观念和影视英语的了解，课堂纪律不如小班教学那么好控制。所以虽然担任的都是英语课的教学，但是要因材施教，学会在不同的课程中转换角色，以期达到良好的教学效果;

总体来说，作为一名大学英语老师，在教学上不能浅尝辄止，要不断探索新的教学方法，了解学生的心理状态，努力提高教学水平。

Education background

In 1995 I entered the Nanjing University of Science &Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999 I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.

At the period of my graduate study my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 20xx I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth

In retrospect I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network) Supply chain network research Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

今年七月，我参加了包河区组织的英语教师口语培训班，为期三周的学习，让我受益匪浅，不仅收获了许多新的知识，锻炼了英语口语，而且也和我区的其他学校的老师有了进一步的交流和沟通。

先谈谈我们的外教，一位是来自加拿大的Tina,一位是来自美国的Kevin, 他们都是来自于以英语为母语的国家，所以他们的英语发音比较纯正，语句的表达十分地道，思维方式也和我们大相径庭，这为我们的英语口语培训塑造了良好的语言环境，我们的课堂真正做到了no Chinese。此外，外教非常友好，总是带着微笑进入课堂，从来不给我们压力或批评，总是鼓励我们多开口说英语，征询我们的想法，即使我们说的不地道，不标准，他们总是“Very good”，“Pretty good”鼓励我们，这样我们都不再害怕错误，各抒己见，踊跃发言。整个课堂气氛比较轻松活跃，我们感觉不是在上课，而是在交流，用英语真正的交流。

外教每天会给我们一个中心话题，如Festivals, Health, Personality, Food, Sports等等，题材和内容都比较丰富，扩展的面也比较广。如在谈论Personality时，外教先让我们自己思考什么是Personality，在她给出详细的解释后，她又让我们分组探讨Personality包含哪些部分，再对每一部分进行讨论，之后又把Personality与各种职业和颜色联系起来，尤其在说到颜色时，外教给了我们一个小测试，我们都觉得非常有趣，她给出五种颜色，黄色、红色、橘色、白色和绿色，让我们心里想一个人，然后用这五种颜色中的一种去定义这个人，当我们说出各自的答案时，她给出了每种颜色所代表的意义。这一心理小测试的插入，让我们注意力都非常集中，都很感兴趣。我当时在想，如果在自己的课堂上运用一些心理小测试，孩子们会不会更感兴趣一点，注意力会不会更集中一些。

除了让我们讨论话题外，外教也会出示一些西方国家的人文图片，向我们介绍他们的文化，生活，娱乐等很多方面，还向我们介绍了很多课堂小游戏，比如21questions, Eye spy, Name game, Blindfolded drawing等等，每介绍完一个游戏，外教总会带我们玩一遍，让我们自己先体会一下，之后还让我们各抒己见，说出自己所熟知的小游戏，和其他老师一起分享，这样我们都学习了很多新的小游戏，相信在今后的英语课堂教学中可以添一些色彩，让孩子们对英语学习更感兴趣。

学习之外，我们也有fun time，外教有时会给我们播放一些美国影片，播放到一部分时，外教会做一些讲解，如某个人物的性格，某一个古语词，某一语句等等，让我们一边在欣赏电影时，一边学习了很多英语口语的表达。电影也是我们了解西方文化的一个视角，从电影人物的生活中，我们也学习了很多，如他们的居住环境，食物，日常生活，问候语，职业特点，幽默方式等等。

三周的学习很快就过去了，我觉得自己收获了很多，不仅获得了很多西方文化的知识，拓展了自己的视野，提高了自己的英语口语水平，而且还和我区其他学校的老师有了充分的交流，这无论对自身修养的提高，还是对今后的教育教学，都有很大的裨益。但是，有些遗憾的是，这次培训的内容大多侧重于英语口语，而对小学英语课堂教学的设计和实施等各方面都没有涉及到，希望今后再有类似的培训时，可以加一些教育教学方面的内容，可能对我们小学英语教师会更有帮助的。不过此次学习还是值得的，我们都有一定的提高，希望以后还能多参加这样的活动。

高三学期，是充满了挑战和艰辛的一年。作为一名高三的英语老师，认真踏实地做好教学工作，我把大部份的时间用来学习、研究新题型和高考备考。我任教高三(13)和(14)两个班。现将工作总结如下：

一、扎实开展常规教学，切实提高教学质量。

1、认真备好每一节课。我深入钻研教材，多方查阅参考资料，把手头的教材当成宝，吃透，并认真消化，同时把以前学过的相关的知识点和新的知识点串联起来，而且不时地与老教师进行相关的探讨，一方面以弥补自己教学经验不足的缺陷;另一方面让学生感受到教材的教授既能让他们学到新知识也能让他们对某些学过的知识得以巩固。我深知立足教材，夯实基础知识才是我们这样的学生的唯一途径。教学和复习都应该注重实效，实实在在地为学生服务。

2、努力上好每一堂课。我深知学生学习重在课堂，努力向45分钟要效益，根据实际情况，充分调动学生的积极性。在教学过程中我本着“培养主体意识，强化课堂训练”的原则，积极做好学生的思想工作，提高学习的自觉性、积极性和主动性;帮学生树立信心。

3、认真批改作业，并及时给学生反馈作业情况，对作业中出现的错误进行课堂集体订正并举一反三，效果不错，大大降低了以后犯同类错误的机率。课后及时与学生进行交流，了解学生的学习状况，时刻关注学生思想动态。根据高三学生思想状况复杂、压力大等状况，我努力创造机会，多和学生一起交流，帮他们排忧解难，使他们时刻都能保持较好的学习状态。

4、在高三进行的各次月考中，我都给学生进行详细的分析，分析错误，分析成绩，分析考试策略，分析解题技巧，使得她们都能越勇。

5、注重课后复习检测。复习、检测工作在教学中很重要，复习可“温故而知新”，检测则可及时了解学生对所学知识的掌握情况。本学期教学中，我除了要求学生在课后对前面所学知识进行经常性的复习外，在课堂教学中，也充分地利用一切可能的机会，尽量将前面所学知识结合起来对学生进行提问，帮助他们掌握前面所学知识。通过月考检测，对学生所学知识进行查漏补缺工作。

二、制定计划，加强复习的目标性。

根据学生的具体情况，制定出切实可行的复习计划，把复习分为两个阶段。

1、夯实基础，发展能力。

近年来高考英语逐渐侧重于语言能力的考查，对语言知识的直接考查相对地减少了。因此，在复习过程中，首先组织学生巩固各项基础知识，同时通过不断的语言练习，掌握一定的技巧。在此基础上，再通过科学系统的训练，发展能力，收到了事半功倍的效果。平时，我要求学生每天都要做好词汇这一关。要求学生熟悉巩固所学过的词组、句型和短语，为书面表达和阅读理解打下良好的基础。

2、整理基础知识，适当做一些高考题。

要在高考时找到良好的语言知识和运用能力就必须回归基础，整理巩固基础知识，用充实、满意的感觉来增强自己的自信心。同时，利用这段时间试着做近几年的高考题，学会找出每道题的切入点，从中总结命题目的和命题手法。

在紧张有序的工作中，我也发现自身存在的许多问题和不足，我知道高考英语的总趋势要求教师不断充电，迅速提升自身综合素质。所以在以后的工作中我将继续努力，争取处理好各种关系，全面发展，下学期我将加倍努力!

首先，我分析了文科班学生实际状况：普遍英语底子差，基础薄，学习惰性大。所以针对这个实际状况，决定采取坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改善学法，激发兴趣，提高潜力”的指导思想。以此激发学生的学习兴趣，不断提高学习成绩。

其次，我做到认真备课。上好一堂课难，但是要备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，对教材资料做到心中有数，并参考相关资料，认真钻研教材，确定重难点;同时，备课不仅仅要备教材，而且还要备教法;除此之外，更要备学生，根据学生的实际状况(即学情)采用适合易于他们理解的教学手段，不断培养学生的学习英语的兴趣。认真写好教案，对每一节课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对授课做出反思，总结其中不足。并按照单元将语法知识整理成语法学案，分发给学生，以便学生课后记忆，做到有‘章’可循。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

授课之后，做到精讲精练。针对单词，搜集一些针对性的单词题，课前利用时间做一个单词测试，直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息;或是明白是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练习。在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些习题供学生练习巩固所学知识。习题或是从调研题选取，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选取具有针对性的习题供学生练习。

认真批改作业。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每周进行两次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写状况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其状况不断改善教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。
