一、认真备好每一节课，上好每一节课，不断努力提高教学质量

由于是新教材，我们备课组都进行群众备课。对每课的教材处理，在备课组内都会先进行认真的讨论，并结合新课标的要求，进行取舍，真正做到了用教材教学，而不是单纯地教教材。因此课前我认真钻研教材，洞悉教材的基本思想和基本概念，正确把握教材的重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，精心地备课并认真写好教案。更重要的是了解学生原有的英语水平以及他们的兴趣、需要、习惯，并采取相应的教学手段和教学策略，因材施教，有的放矢，并且合理地安排好40分钟的教学资料和教学进程。课后能及时进行反思小结，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、课堂上努力调动学生的用心性和主动性，并激发他们学习英语的兴趣

学生基础不好，差生又多这样上课务必要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，我每一天都尽量使自己有充足的精神，这样，授课就事半功倍。在备课时我从学生的实际出发，立足学生的现实，精心寻找突破口，设计出不同层次的教学资料，想方设法使每一位同学都能参与到我的课堂教学中来，让他们在每堂课上都有所得。因为英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。所以在备课中设计出很多调动学生兴趣的活动方式，引发他们的学习用心性。

兴趣是的老师，有了兴趣，学生就会产生求知欲，视学习为乐趣，而不再是负担。只有在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，才能增强教学效果。我的具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，课堂上鼓励学生多开口说英语，为了使学生多开口说英语，在操练时，我十分重视运用鼓励性语言，做到多表扬，少批评，不断强化学生参加交际的信心，另外还加强学生之间的合作与交流。同时努力创设宽松愉悦的学习氛围，进一步培养学生正确的学习态度和良好的学习习惯。

三、用心参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，努力提高教学质量和教学水平

我经常参加校内外教学研讨活动，不断汲取他人的宝贵经验，提高自己的业务水平。并且多向经验丰富的老教师请教并经常在一齐讨论教学问题。多听公开课，有益于提高自己的教学潜力和教学水平。

四、做好后进生转化工作

在学习上后进的学生，往往得不到老师的肯定，而后进生转化成功与否，直接影响着全班学生的整体成绩。所以，一学期以来，我一向注意抓好后进生转化工作。首先善于帮忙后进生找到优、缺点，以发扬优点，克服缺点。其次以平常的心态公平对待后进生，厌恶、责骂只能适得其反，在他们稍有一点进步时，我及时的肯定和表扬他们。真正做到晓之以理，动之以情，让他们感受到我的爱。

五、利用好教辅材料

本学期我们选用《导与练》作为教辅材料，充分发挥了它的作用。每周进行一次听力训练，选用部分随堂练习作为课堂巩固练习。《导与练》单元检测上的单选题，要求大家认真去完成并及时讲评。完形填空及阅读理解作为选做资料，一小部分基础差的学生，我只要求他们选做容易的题。另外，每班有15人，鼓励她们每周写一篇作文，我都采取当面批改，经过一段时间的训练，这部分学生的书面表达潜力有了很大的提高。我认为本学期我在分层次布置作业方面，取得了不错的成效。

六、班主任工作

作为班主任，我深深懂得教师的一言一行都影响着学生，对学生起着言传身教的作用。所以在班主任工作中我一向遵循以下的原则。

1、思想教育常抓不放。利用班会，经常对学生进行思想品德卫生、纪律、安全等教育。着重培养学生良好的道德品质、学习习惯、劳动习惯和礼貌行为习惯等。

暑期英语教师口语培训到今天就要落下帷幕了，我十分

有幸的参加了为期十天的口语培训。十天的培训紧张有序，我收获甚多，感悟颇深。

首先要感谢我们的外教Jim Wisely,在这十天的炎热天气里，我一直被他的精神感动着，他的博学、他的激情、他的认真、他的责任心、他的守时……深深地影响着我。在此我要真诚地对他说声：“谢谢，您辛苦了”。我还要感谢张老师，这十天里他不辞辛苦全程跟护，老师们非常感动，这个炎热的夏天不再炎热，因为我们受到了心灵的洗礼，我们感动着并且学习着。

本次期中考试，我们学生的英语平均成绩大约是86.5，及格率为是87。89，以上这一些数据，看起来似乎很单调，但里面蕴含着许多问题，

一、我们初一英语备课组四位老师虽然在备课中花了很多时间，在对教材的分析、课程标准的学习上也费了很多功夫，并对上课过程中的方式方法也加以了切磋，看上去上课似乎比较顺手，但课后的作业情况很不理想，期中考试结果更比原来所预料的情况要糟糕得多。其实，回想起来，自己尽管在教材的处理上已花了很大的功夫，但在学生一方面考虑得比较少，上课时，由于时间紧，总是迫不及待地请举手的学生回答问题或参与一些其他的学习、交流活动，而对一些没有举手的基础比较差的临界学生关注比较少，特别是小学本来底子就薄的一些学生，在小学学英语时也没有参与课堂活动(诸如对话、表演)交流的习惯，而在现在这种学习环境中没有给予他们关注，给予他们机会，这恐怕是我及格率低、差分率高的主要原因。至于课堂作业和课后作业的处理，我使用了一刀切的方法，没有分层次布置作业，其实对于基础过分差的学生来说，他们对单词、词组、基本句型结构也搞不清，但我也同样要求他们与所有其他基础比较原因。好的学生一样，比如书面表达小作文，这对他们来说，是老虎吃天，根本无从下口的事情，浪费了他们的学习和作业时间，倒不如要求他们记忆、练习一些基础的知识，如音标的识记、记忆，有助于学习单词和记忆单词，背诵练习一些基本句型，这样反而可以给予他们成功的喜悦，提高他们的学习兴趣。

二、对本本班学生的情况了解分析不够。我们的学生都是农民的孩子，大多数父母都不懂英语，没办法给学生指导，比例较多的学生在家里缺乏父母在学习上的关心和帮助，有些学生甚至要有一星期乃至十天见不到父母，在这一点上，我尚缺乏与其家长的联系和沟通以及对学生回家后课后复习及课前学习的计划、方法的指导，并缺乏内心、细致的思想教育，这一点我认为在今后的班主任工作中是值得引起注意及改进的问题，对于学生学习环境，这也是我应该考虑的问题。

纵观期中考试情况，我觉得在新课程背景下要带好一批学生，要教好一批学生，要提高学生的学习成绩，还是很有必要认真学习教育教学理论，在实践中去探索、去创新。

我们的措施：

一、努力提高单位时间的效率。认真钻研教材，把握教学的重点与难点。平时多听课，利用集体的智慧，一起设计练习让学生举一反三，并让学生在上课和练习中增加学习的动力，以更好地促进发展。

二、理解学生，教在心灵。平时与学生多沟通。努力改善与学生的关系。因为浓浓的师爱是学生主动学习的前提。亲其师，信其道。理解老师，勤学奋进。要提高学生的主体参与的积极性，教师必须努力发挥自己的人格魅力来吸引学生，消除同学孤独感，缓解心理压力，振奋精神，培养其自信心，提高社会价值感，增强社会适应能力，形成乐观豁达的人生观，实现个性的全面发展。

三、采用多种手段，为了加强学生的主动参与，我们的教学将面对全体学生，在学习过程中，我们要充分利用多种形式面向全体学生，既要让较好的学生有良好的发展空间，也决不放弃任何一个学困生。尽量多与学生谈心、家访、采用学生之间互帮活动等形式，引导这些学生跟上教学进程。帮助制定具有个性的学习计划

学生英语成绩的提高，需要师生一起好好的配合，我们将力争提高学生学习成绩。

期中考试已经结束了，仔细分析与比较，我发现我们班的的英语虽然平均分不比别人差，但是优生的成绩却比其他班级要差。为什么会这样采取何种措施来补救看了学生的答题状况，主要问题在于是词汇运用和完形填空。单词的拼写和适当形式的变化是大问题。而作文中的丢分就在于小语言点错误很多。其实，开学到此刻，我感觉自己最辛苦的是词汇教学，因为两个班级里能正确拼读单词的学生十分少!学生无法读单词，如何要求能出单词!单词不认识，怎样掌握单词的用法!

这天在课堂上与学生一齐进行交流与分析，学生们用心参与讨论，就如何提高英语成绩畅所欲言。他们就我的英语教学提出很多宝贵的推荐，我归纳如下几点：

1，尽量用英语教学，并且语速要快。这有助于提高他们的语感与听力。

2，布置的英语作业要及时完成，要落实到位。

3，平时考试要诚实，不能作弊，我就应时时到下面去转转，避免少数学生不独立思考。

给学生一点简单的空间。不要把学生“抱”的太紧，我们需要在平时的教学中一步步地“扶”着学生，让他们慢慢地开始进入“自主学生”的状况。若我们总不放心，不敢放手，我们的学生永远也“走”不好!同时，营造民主的课堂氛围吧!不要把学生压制得死死的!不然，哪天，你的脸上多一点点笑容，他们的学习就失去了方向。很多时候，我觉得学生把我的“民主”，把我给他们“个性”的展示机会，当成了对他们能够不守纪律的“纵容”!应对我的可爱的学生，为了他们的英语期末考试我想我就应尽我最大的努力的。
