一、在送货单上收货签章的并非答辩人，答辩人没有与被答辩人发生买卖关系，因而答辩人无需支付其货款。根据被答辩人提供的证据显示，在送货单上“收货人签名”一栏上签名分别是“________________”、“________________”“_____________”等人，经查，答辩人公司内并无与其同名的员工;而且在“公司盖章”一栏上盖的是一枚方形的“_____________厂收货章”，而答辩人公司的收货章一直都是圆形的，答辩人从未启用过方形的收货章，因此答辩人并没有收到过被答辩人的货物，依法不需要支付货款。

二、退一步讲，即使双方发生过交易，根据被答辩人提供的证据显示，被答辩人并不完全具备诉讼的主体资格，且其起诉的数额有错误。

(三)被答辩人提供的证据中有一部分并非是送货单，而是热处理单据(数额共计___________元)，这部分单据是因为答辩人将钢材送到被答辩人处进行加工而产生的，属于加工承揽的关系并非买卖合同关系，被答辩人在买卖合同案件中请求答辩人支付加工承揽的费用于法无据，答辩人无需在本案中向其支付该部分费用。由此可见，被答辩人请求的总金额________________元，应当减去属于“_______________公司”的送货单货款_____________元，还应减去热处理的加工费用________________元及实际送货的差额，答辩人充其量只需要再向其支付货款________________元。
