毕业论文答辩是高等教育自学考试本科考试计划中的重要组成部分，是对考生进行全面专业知识与技能综合考核的重要环节。其目的在于培养和检验考生综合运用所学基础理论、专业知识与技能独立分析和解决问题的能力，使考生受到科学研究和知识运用的基本训练，从而达到专业培养目标的要求。

二、机构及职责

(一)机构设置

为做好高等教育自学考试本科毕业论文答辩工作，山西大学成立高等教育自考本科毕业论文答辩工作领导组，同时成立山西大学高等教育自考毕业论文答辩委员会。“领导组”和“委员会”都下设办公室，办公室设在山西大学继续教育学院自考部，领导组和委员会的日常工作由山西大学继续教育学院自考部具体负责。

(二)机构组成

1、山西大学高等教育自学考试本科毕业论文答辩工作领导组，成员由学校主管领导、继续教育学院领导、各相关学院领导和学科带头人组成。

2、山西大学高等教育自考毕业论文答辩委员会分专业设置，其成员由专业教师和管理人员组成。设主任、副主任各一名，由本专业领域具有高级专业技术职务(教授、副教授)的人员担任。设委员若干名，由本专业领域内具有中级以上专业技术职务的人员担任。

(三)机构职责

1、山西大学高等教育自考本科毕业论文答辩工作领导组的职责是：

(1)负责制定学校所主考的高等教育自考本科专业毕业论文答辩管理规定。

(2)负责审定毕业论文答辩工作程序与日程。

(3)组织审定答辩指导教师资格。

(4)组织审定答辩考生资格。

(5)组织审核考生毕业论文答辩成绩。

2、山西大学高等教育自考本科毕业论文答辩委员会的职责是：

(1)复核考生毕业答辩资格。

(2)安排答辩的各项准备工作。

(3)组织考生答辩。

(4)评定答辩成绩。

(5)审核答辩成绩，最后确定考生的毕业答辩成绩。

三、毕业论文答辩资格的认定

依据专业考试计划规定，凡取得本科各专业考试计划规定的全部课程(含加考基础科段课程)的合格成绩，达到专业要求的学分，并通过相应课程考试大纲规定的实践考核的考生，凭准考证、专科毕业证原件、成绩合格单、免考证明等，可以申请毕业论文答辩。经审查认定，符合答辩条件的可参加毕业论文答辩。

四、指导教师的聘请及职责

1、指导教师的聘请

指导教师由专业水平较高、教学经验较丰富、具有中级以上专业技术职务的人员担任。指导教师由相关院系提出名单，由领导组审查聘请。

2、指导教师的职责

指导教师在指导考生做毕业论文的过程中，既要在关键问题上认真做好把关与导向工作，又要防止包办代替，要注意培养锻炼考生的综合能力，充分发挥他们的主动性、创造性。要本着教书育人的精神，帮助考生在毕业论文答辩过程中树立实事求是、刻苦钻研的严谨学风和科学态度。具体职责是：

(1)指导考生选题;

(2)指导考生针对课题查阅、检索、分析利用中、外文书刊、文献;

(3)审阅毕业论文，向考生指出论文中存在的问题，提出修改意见，帮助考生提高论文写作质量;

(4)在审查表上对考生的毕业论文签署评语。

五、毕业论文答辩的时间安排

自考毕业答辩，原则上一年安排两次。具体报名时间和答辩时间，由省招生考试中心自考处公布。

六、毕业论文的选题

1、论文题目的选择要从专业培养目标出发，反映本专业教学计划的特点和要求，以便使自考生通过毕业论文写作在理论学习上总结提高，在科学研究方面能受到综合实践训练。

2、提倡选题结合实际，从先进性、实用性、经济效益、社会效益等方面综合考虑。

3、选题的份量、难度应适当，既要体现本科毕业水平，使自考生在规定时间内经过努力能按时完成任务，又能使成绩优秀的考生得到更好的培养和锻炼。

4、选题可参考学校提供的论文题目，也可结合工作实践，选择其他的题目。

七、毕业论文写作辅导

1、考生写作毕业论文，由各专业教师进行指导。

2、指导采取面授辅导、函寄等形式，由山大继续教育学院自考部组织教师进行。

3、原则上考生论文至少经两稿修改，由指导教师提出论文定稿建议。

八、毕业论文要求

毕业论文正文内容应包括：论文题目、内容摘要(200—400字)、关键词、论文正文、参考文献及引用资料目录、注释等。毕业论文要求观点正确，立意新颖，论据可靠，论证充分，结论合理，语言通顺，言简意明，篇幅恰当(8000字以上)，书写工整。

九、毕业论文答辩

1、答辩地点

凡参加山西大学主考的高等教育自学考试本科专业的毕业论文答辩，原则上都在山西大学进行。

2、答辩准备工作

(1)自考部向毕业论文答辩委员会报告答辩工作进展情况、考生论文完成情况以及论文答辩指导情况。

(2)对未完成毕业论文的考生，可视具体情节安排下次答辩。对在论文中发现有弄虚作假、冒名顶替、变相抄袭等舞弊行为者，报请答辩工作领导组，取消本次答辩资格。

(3)明确答辩组织内部机构分工;安排答辩考生分组、日程和场地。

(4)准备答辩、评分所需各种表格。

(5)在答辩开始前，答辩小组根据小组成员(主答辩人)事先拟出的题目共同商定答辩题(3—5个)。

3、答辩

考生答辩按规定程式进行，先由考生陈述论文主要内容、写作基本情况、论文实际意义，然后根据拟定题目进行现场答辩。答辩时除论文提纲、论文草稿外，不得携带任何参考资料。考生介绍论文内容时要做到：叙述简明扼要，条理清晰。回答问题时要做到：概念清楚、观点正确、论证充分、表述到位。

十、毕业论文的成绩评定

l、成绩评定程序

评定成绩要坚持标准，严肃认真，实事求是，力求反映考生真实水平。考生论文答辩成绩分两部分：论文成绩和答辩成绩。论文成绩初采取百分制，最后评定时转成五级记分制：90分以上为优，80—89为良，70—79分为中，60—69分为及格，60分以下为不及格;答辩成绩采取优、良、中、及格、不及格五级记分制。论文成绩由主答辩教师评定;答辩成绩由全体答辩教师分别评定后，经协商确定。

论文答辩最终成绩确定规则：论文及答辩成绩皆为优者，最终成绩为优;一项为优，一项为良者，答辩成绩为良，以此类推。其中一项不及格，最终成绩为不及格。每名考生答辩结束，答辩小组成员立即进行短暂集体评议，然后按评分标准各自给出初评成绩。小组内部答辩工作结束后，所有成绩即生效，记入成绩表，由答辩组长、答辩委员会主任共同签署确认。答辩小组评定成绩遇有较大分歧时，应民主协商解决，意见相持不下时，按实际情况报请答辩领导组仲裁。对优秀及不及格成绩的评定，答辩委员要认真审核，严格掌握。

2、成绩评定标准

优秀：按期完成论文，能熟练综合运用所学理论与专业知识;立论正确，分析准确，结论合理;独立工作能力较强，科学作风好;有独到的见解，水平较高;论文条理清楚，论述充分，文字通顺，书写工整。答辩时，思路清晰，论点正确，回答问题有理有据，基本概念清楚，对主要问题回答深人、准确。

良：按期完成论文，能较好运用所学理论与专业知识;立论正确，分析准确，结论合理;有一定的独立工作能力和科学作风;论文有较好的水平;答辩时，思路清晰，论点正确，能较好回答主要问题。

中：按期完成论文，基本能运用所学理论与专业知识;立论正确，结论基本合理;基本能独立完成工作;毕业论文达到一般水平。答辩时论点基本正确，能较好回答问题。

及格：按期完成论文;运用所学理论和专业知识基本正确，只在非主要内容上有欠缺和不足;立论正确，结论基本合理。科学作风一般;论文写作达到了基本要求，条理基本通顺，论述有个别错误(或表达不清楚)，书写不够工整。答辩时主要问题能答出或经启发才答出，回答基本正确，但分析、认识不够深人。

不及格：未能按期完成论文;基本概念和基本内容未掌握，在运用理论和专业知识中出现不应有的原则错误，实践能力较差;论文未达到最低要求。论文文理不通，书写潦草，质量很差;答辩时阐述不清论文主要内容，基本概念不清，对主要问题回答有错误，或回答不出。
