第一部分是建筑设计。这部分主要在说明建筑物的平面图、立面图、剖面图以及构造要求的设计根据、具体内容、具体措施以及图纸。本工程为单脊双坡两跨结构的钢结构单层工业厂房，跨度21m,柱距6.0m,A3工作制的20t桥式吊车2台，牛腿标高6.5m,粗糙度B类。

本厂房地处温州，该地区基本风压为0.55kN/m2,基本雪压为0.10kN/m2因而选取屋面板以及墙面板均为蓝色YX-35-125-750压型板。

由于该厂房纵向长度为57.12m,所以不需设置伸缩缝；土壤地质条件较好，不需设置沉降缝；根据地震设防烈度为7度，也不需设置防震缝。

屋面排水方式采用有组织排水，屋面排水坡度1/20,内天沟纵向坡度千分之五，雨水管每侧6根，中间11根，用直径φ160的PVC雨水管。天沟宽度以及深度均根据规范要求设计。

此外，外墙底部窗台以下部分防撞墙采用240厚的空心砖墙，高度为0.9米，墙下设基础梁支撑在柱基础上，窗台以上部分采用35厚压型墙板（YX-35-125-750）外墙，墙板采用C型墙梁与刚架柱连接。

第二部分是结构图的设计。这部分主要是对结构的檩条、墙梁、抗风柱、柱间支撑、水平支撑、吊车梁、边柱、中柱、横梁节点以及基础进行内力分析计算和截面选取验算，此外，此部分还包括相关图纸。

其中，檩条选用截面为16622.5的冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢，按双向受弯构件验算。檩条跨度6米 ,故在跨中处设一道拉条。在屋脊处和屋檐处设置斜拉条，水平檩距1.5m.

围护墙墙梁跨度为6.0m,间距为1.2m.山墙墙梁跨度为5.25m,间距为1.2m.在墙梁间跨中位置设置一道拉条（φ12），在屋檐处设置斜拉条。墙梁选用截面为16723.0冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢，按双向受弯构件验算。

山墙抗风柱截面选用高频H型钢 30154.5 8两端铰接计算长度系数？？1.0,檐口设计标高为10.200m,抗风柱顶标高9.5m,地面以下-0.600m,按照压弯构件验算。

屋面横向水平支撑截面均采用热轧无缝钢管，其中横杆按压杆验算稳定与强度，交叉斜杆按照拉杆验算强度。（A 、B、C轴）柱间支撑截面均采用热轧无缝钢管，按压杆计算强度与稳定。

吊车梁选取腹板厚12mm高度726mm,上翼缘截面均采宽度420mm厚度12mm,下翼缘截面均采用宽度250厚度12mm,验算吊车梁强度、稳定、挠度均符合规范要求。支座加劲肋厚度10mm宽度250mm,对其承压与稳定验算均符合要求。腹板横向加紧肋厚度10mm宽度110mm,验算其承压及稳定均符合要求。

本结构设计的关键部分是刚架计算与选取，边柱和中柱皆选用焊接工字钢，截面尺寸为5525112、5025114、梁选用焊接工字钢，截面尺寸为6025112,对其强度稳定以及变形进行验算均符合要求。

节点计算里，我验算了柱脚处、梁柱连接处、牛腿处进行内力计算、截面设计。与此同时，我还对基础梁与基础进行计算设计。

在做这个设计的过程中，我尽可能多的收集资料，从中学到了许多有用的东西，也积累了不少经验，但由于自己学识浅薄，认识能力不足，在理解上有诸多偏颇和浅薄的地方；也由于理论功底的薄弱，存有不少逻辑不畅和辞不达意的问题；加之时间紧迫和自己的粗心，与教师的期望相差较远，许多问题还有待于进一步思考和探索，借此答辩机会，万分恳切的希望各位教师能够提出宝贵的意见，多指出这篇论文的错误和不足之处，我将虚心接受，从而进一步深入学习研究，使该设计得到完善和提高。

我对五四红旗团支部答辩会的小结

这一次的五四红旗团支部的答辩会算是我正式成为年委一员的第一次正式活动。

作为一名新人，我觉得，这次的活动体现出的不仅有好的方面，也有不足的地方，坦诚地说，这是我们新年委的第一次活动，总体来说感染力很强，体现了主题，是非常可取的。

先抑后扬吧。先看到不足，再坚定信心，然后全力奋进！

1.宣传力度不够。这点跟很多同学的想法不谋而合，具体的就不说这么多了。

2.劳动力分配不合理。就排场来说，年委这么多人，完全可以避免话筒出毛病，当场找三五个人不同位置彩排两分钟完全可以找出问题，但是简约而不简单，话筒问题很明显。我个人还盲目认为劳动力剩余呢。

还好的是，我觉得这次活动确实是成功的，无论是主题还是现场。

1.现场的气氛很好。纪律很好，同学们都很认真的观看这次的活动。连我自己也被那丰富多彩的ppt给深深的迷住了。

2.这次的活动没有什么多余和罗嗦的东西，从始至终都紧扣主题，真正能让人感到到五四红旗团支部是多么高尚以及来之不易的荣誉。思想工作很到位。

3.其实宣传部的同学辛苦了。很多人确实辛苦了。

我相信以后我们能做得更好！多一些默契，少一些问题。这终究只是新年委迈出的一步，走得很好就需要大家互相扶持了。

Good afternoon,professors: It is my great honor to introduce myself here .My name is liuxiaobing . I come from maoyi sheng class ,the college of civil engineering .And my major is track engineering . During my three-year study in the university ,I have built up a solid foundation of professional knowledge ,as well as a rich experience of social activities . I attained a practice in an internet company on summer vacation of freshman year .This practice not only brought the first bucket of gold to me ,but also let me learn how to cooperate with a wide range of people . I am years old,born in Jiangsu province .I am curruently a senior student at wuxi fishery college of nanjing agricultural university, .my major is aqucultuer,and I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in july .

In the past 4 years,I spend most of my time on study,I have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and I have acquired basic knowledge of Aquaculture both in theory and in practice.by practicing in culture farm of yixing city, changshu city and yancheng city.

Besides,On the base of my Three years’ work in students union , my character? I cannot describe it well, but I know I am optimistic and confident. I also do many things as parttime job.though it was very hard ,I think I have learned what I can not acquire in my study .it is worth doing them I like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is playing badminton, playing cards or surf online.

律师事务所接受本案被告委托，指派我作为其代理人依法参与本案诉讼活动，结合庭审查明的事实，代理人认为原告的诉讼请求应予驳回，理由如下：

(一)原告抚养孩子不利于其健康成长。

由原告抚养不利于孩子的健康成长，原告对孩子的生活起居的照顾不如被告及其父母对孩子照顾的周到，小孩正处在生长发育的重要时刻，也是人生观和是非观念刚刚形成的时刻，如果孩子生活在一个好的环境，有利于孩子建立良好的思想和品德，有利于孩子形成健全的人格。相比而言，被告家庭更加具备这样的条件。

(二)孩子随被告生活更有利于孩子的教育和成长。

1、被告对孩子疼爱有加、百般呵护，并对孩子采取了正确的教育和生活方式。孩子虽小，但谁疼他还是知道的，这个不是谁教给他的，被告及父母对孩子的教育都是正面的，他们希望把家庭的破裂对孩子的影响降到最低，即使家庭破裂了，被告及其父母也希望并尽量让孩子得到父爱和母爱。

2、被告系绍兴本地人，有稳定的工作，每月收入近三千元，且长期与父母共同生活，开销不大，个人能力和经济状况均比原告优越，原告无住房、工资待遇不高，不能为孩子的学习和生活创造良好的条件。

3、双方协议离婚后，孩子一直随被告生活，彼此之间已有稳定牢固的感情基础。反倒是原告即使在未与被告离婚前对孩子也是不管不问，白天工作可以理解，但晚上回来吃完饭也是顾自己玩电脑，很少有增进父子感情的举动，所以孩子自然而然地对其生疏了。

4、被告父母经济基础坚实，父亲年收入7万余元，母亲也有退休金，二老十分舍得给孩子花费。孩子自出生后半个月起，一直与被告父母共同生活，被告父母非常疼爱孩子，孩子的日常支出基本上都是由二老负担，祖孙已经建立起了深厚的感情，外祖父母优渥的家境与对孩子的关爱，都十分有利于孩子的成长。

(三)原告诉求无法律依据。

1、从原被告双方签订离婚协议迄今不足七月，当时双方对孩子跟谁生活经过认真的考虑和充分的协商。短短的时间，客观情况并未发生变化，现在原告就要对原来双方都认可的协议内容变更，频繁的变更抚养，会使孩子没有一个稳定的生活和学习的环境，所以原告的诉讼是不适当的，既不利于孩子的健康成长，也有悖法律要保护合法有效协议的严肃性。

2、根据《最高人民法院关于人民法院审理离婚案件处理子女抚养问题的若干具体意见》第16条，对一方要求变更子女抚养关系的情形作出规定：

(1)与子女共同生活的一方因患严重疾病或因伤残无力继续抚养子女的;

(2)与子女共同生活的一方不尽抚养义务或有虐待子女行为，或其与子女共同生活对子女身心健康确有不利影响的;

(3)八周岁以上未成年子女，愿随另一方生活，该方又有抚养能力的;被告根本就不符合上述三种情形之一，因而，原告的要求没有法律依据。

(三)原告的变更理由不成立。

原告要求变更的理由是：被告限制原告探望、被告无力抚养儿子。事实证明可原告的这一主张无任何事实依据，通过庭审，已经明确被告并未阻止原告探视孩子，而是原告不顾孩子身患哮喘硬要带其出去的这一不近情理事实，该事实进一步表明了原告并非疼爱孩子，试问一个看重孩子健康的父亲怎会忍心让自己的孩子诱发病情。而且原告完全可以在被告家里探望孩子，孩子尚小，不宜外带，将孩子外带出去不是行使探望权的必要条件。被告也向法庭证明了自己具备抚养孩子的能力，加上有疼爱孩子的外祖父母，被告完全有能力为孩子创造良好的成长与教育环境，相反地，原告却无法为孩子创造这些条件，原告要求变更抚养的真实原因是变更后其可以不负担抚养费。被告嫁人不淑，已经把全部的爱都倾注在孩子身上，被告及其父母与孩子关系融洽，感情深厚，他们对孩子的爱护，真是殷殷期望难以笔述。

综上所述，代理人认为原告的诉讼请求无任何事实根据和法律依据，依法应予驳回。
