一、毕业论文答辩的程序和目的

1、在毕业论文答辩时，答辩老师首先要求你简要叙述你的毕业论文的内容。叙述中要表述清楚你写这篇论文的构思(提纲)，论点、论据，论述方式(方法)。一般约5分钟左右。答辩老师通过你的叙述，了解你对所写论文的思考过程，考察你的分析和综合归纳能力。

2、第二步，进行现场答辩。答辩老师向你提出2—3个问题后，做即兴答辩。其中一个问题一般针对你的论文中涉及的基本概念、基本原理提出问题，考察学生对引用的基本概念基本原理的理解是否准确。第二个问题，一般针对你的论文中所涉及的某一方面的论点，要求结合工作实际或专业实务进行讲(论)述。考察你学习的专业基础知识对你实务(实际)工作的联系及帮助，即理论联系实际的能力。第三个问题，根据学生有一定工作经验，提出专业理论或实务中的问题，引导学生以工作实践中遇到的案例和实务，研讨理论依据或当前所学专业发展中的诸多问题及热点问题。考察学生专业方面的潜在能力。

毕业论文答辩的目的，就是检查毕业生是否是认真独立完成的毕业论文，考察毕业生综合分析能力，理论联系实际能力，专业方面的潜在能力。答辩老师结合毕业生现场答辩情况评定答辩成绩。

二、毕业生如何准备和参加毕业论文答辩

1、对自己所写论文要十分熟悉。当然，通过独立思考，反复推敲，按自己的构思动手写成的论文，你一定是熟悉的。不过我们过去接触过的论文中，有的是把收集来的资料“粘贴”成论文，提交论文时，本人没有认真读一遍，交出的论文漏洞百出。这样答辩时由于你对论文不熟悉，针对所提问题就很难回答;还有的毕业论文给人感觉写的不错，但答辩时却一问三不知，显然对这篇毕业论文你不熟悉。所以参加毕业论文答辩，首先要熟悉自己所写论文。

2、针对答辩提出问题的方向，在答辩前做些准备。

(1)、对自己所写论文中涉及的专业基本概念和原理，在答辩前最好一一整理出来。比如，论文中我的第二个论点中涉及了某个基本概念，这个基本概念的内容我参考了某“专业书”的第几页，内容是什么，整理好备用。

(2)、结合所写论文的论点，在答辩前，收集一些资料。比如，很说明问题的好案例;比如，在你实际工作中遇到的实例等等。

(3)、在当前所学专业发展中的诸多问题及热点问题方面。平时多关注所学专业当前的政策研究、热点问题的讨论。学员要顺利通过答辩，并在答辩时真正发挥出自己的水平，除了在答辩前充分作好准备外，还需要了解和掌握答辩的要领和答辩的艺术。

(一)携带必要的资料和用品

首先，学员参加答辩会，要携带毕业论文答辩稿和主要参考资料，如果不知道毕业论文怎么写，可以参照别人的毕业论文样本。如前所述，有的高等学校规定：在答辩会上，主答辩老师提出问题后，学员可以准备一定时间后再当面回答，在这种情况下，携带论文底稿和主要参考资料的必要性是不言自明的。即使像中央党校函授学院那样，老师提出问题后，不给学员准备时间，要求当场作答。但在回答过程中，也是允许翻看自己的论文和有关参考资料的，答辩时虽然不能依赖这些资料，但带上这些资料，当遇到一时记不起来时，稍微翻阅一下有关资料，就可以避免出现答不上来的尴尬和慌乱。其次，还应带上笔和笔记本，以便把主答辩老师所提出的问题和有价值的意见、见解记录下来。通过记录，不仅可以减缓紧张心理，而且还可以更好地吃透老师所提问的要害和实质是什么，同时还可以边记边思考，使思考的过程变得很自然。

(二)要有自信心，不要紧张

在作了充分准备的基础上，大可不必紧张，要有自信心。树立信心，消除紧张慌乱心理很重要，因为过度的紧张会使本来可以回答出来的问题也答不上来。只有充满自信，沉着冷静，才会在答辩时有良好的表现。而自信心主要来自事先的充分准备。

(三)听清问题后经过思考再作回答

主答辩老师在提问题时，学员要集中注意力认真聆听，并将问题回答略记在本子上，仔细推敲主答辩老师所提问题的要害和本质是什么?切忌未弄清题意就匆忙作答。如果对所提问题没有断清楚，可以请提问老师再说一遍。如果对问题中有些概念不太理解，可以请提问老师做些解释，或者把自己对问题的理解说出来，并问清是不是这个意思，等得到肯定的答复后再作回答。只有这样，才有可能避免答所非问。答到点子上。

一、毕业论文撰写结构要求

1、题目：应简洁、明确、有概括性，字数不宜超过20个字。

2、摘要：要有高度的概括力，语言精练、明确，中文摘要约100—200字;

3、关键词：从论文标题或正文中挑选3～5个最能表达主要内容的词作为关键词。

4、目录：写出目录，标明页码。

5、正文：

专科毕业论文正文字数一般应在3000字以上。

毕业论文正文：包括前言、本论、结论三个部分。

前言(引言)是论文的开头部分，主要说明论文写作的目的、现实意义、对所研究问题的认识，并提出论文的中心论点等。前言要写得简明扼要，篇幅不要太长。

本论是毕业论文的主体，包括研究内容与方法、实验材料、实验结果与分析(讨论)等。在本部分要运用各方面的研究方法和实验结果，分析问题，论证观点，尽量反映出自己的科研能力和学术水平。

论文所用字体要求为宋体。

说来惭愧，这还是我大学以来第一次写工作总结。更惭愧的是，好像还是什么工作都没做呢就要写工作总结了，嘻嘻...不过现在社会上不也分工越来越细了，我们也是在分工合作呀。像我们体育部在忙着gba一样...

这次的答辩会，宣传部的同志们写在黑板上的字写得不错。大家准备会场的时候也很高效，在这里向搬椅子的朋友们说下你们辛苦了！不足的地方吧，我觉得是前期的宣传可能做不够，那天晚上去那里的人很少，说真的，要不是我接到组织部的通知说那天晚上有那个答辩会要到现场，我都不知道有这么一回事，也有可能是我没注意吧我们班没有申请。还有就是申请的班级去看的人也很少，好像就601班的比较多一点人到那。还有那个时间的问题，把握得不是很好...

九、乙方的责任：

9.1 乙方应按合同的规定，按时支付租金，保证金及其他各项应付费用。

9.2 乙方应爱护使用出租房屋，如因乙方的过失或过错致使房屋设施及屋内用具和饰品受到损坏(正常损耗除外)，乙方应负赔偿责任。

9.3 乙方应按本合同的约定合法使用出租房屋，不得擅自改变使用性质，不应存放中华人民共和国法律下所禁止的危险物品，如因此发生损害，乙方应承担全部责任。

十、违约处理：

c.无故拖欠租金超过三天(除双方就本合同存在争议除外)。

十一、适用法律：
