19. 索赔(claim)：

买方凭其委托的检验机构出具的检验证明书向卖方提出索赔(包括换货)，由此引起的全部费用应由卖方负担。若卖方收到上述索赔后______天未予答复，则认为卖方已接受买方索赔。

本工程为西安市八十八中学办公楼采用多层框架结构，主体结构为6层，内外装修均为一般装修，为永久性建筑。该楼总建筑面积为3981㎡，拟建位置另行给定,抗震设防烈度为8度。

其次我想谈谈这篇论文的结构和主要内容。

本文分成七个部分：

第一部分是建筑图的设计。综合考虑使用功能，结构施工，力求简单对称，着重解决建筑物内部各种使用功能和使用空间的合理安排，并且尽可能的满足《办公建筑设计规范》和《建筑设计防火规范》。

第二部分是结构的平面布置。这部分根据建筑结构布置的合理性，以及满足构件受力的基本要求对各个都建进行拟定。

第三部分是楼板的配筋计算，考虑刚性楼板假定，其自身平面刚度很大基本不产生轴向变形和剪切变形，可以先行进行受力计算。

第四部分是一榀框架竖向荷载下的内力计算，包括恒载，活载以及重力荷载下的计算。采用弯矩分配法。

第五部分是一榀框架在水平作用下的内力计算，包括风荷载和地震作用。分析配筋方面的具体数据及算法。求水平荷载作用下的内力时，有D值法等。求水平地震作用的时候采用底部剪力法。

第六部分 找出最不利的内力组合，采用“强柱弱梁，强剪弱弯，强节点强锚固”的方法对结构构件进行配筋计算。

第七部分进行了楼梯的设计。采用板式楼梯，考虑的梯柱的短柱效应，对梯柱进行了全长加密，结合所学过的知识、通过查阅参考资料初步设计，再交指导老师审查，审查通过后，利用AutoCAD和pkpm绘图，利用Excel、word等完成设计任务及其他内容的编写。

最后，我想谈谈这篇论文及自己存在的不足。由于自己学识浅薄，认识能力不做，对某些问题的理解上有诸多偏颇和浅薄的地方，也由于理论功底的薄弱，存在有不少逻辑不畅和词不达意的地方，许多问题还有待于进一步思考和探讨。借此答辩机会，恳切的希望各位老师能够提出宝贵的意见，多指出本设计的错误和不足指出，我讲虚心接受，从而进一步深入学习研究，使该设计得到完善和提高。
