一、答辩的目的

答辩是对申报人的一次综合性面试考核，主要目的是两个，一是核实，二是定位。所谓核实是对申报人提供的申报材料内容和论文进行核实;所谓定位是通过答辩，对申报人的学识水平、工作能力、工作业绩做出综合评价，给每个人一个相对准确的定位，以便确定其是否符合高级工程师或工程师任职资格。

二、答辩的方法

三、答辩的题目

答辩题目一般为2～4道（不含加试题），根据答辩情况专家可补充提问，答辩题目主要是结合申报人的论文和申报表中的专业技术工作情况，在申报人的专业范围之内，涵盖内容的广度与深度应能体现高、中级专业技术人员的任职水平。

四、答辩的程序

各评审委员会根据申报人的专业分成若干答辩评议组，各答辩评议组一般由3～5位专家组成。

答辩题目可提前交给申报人，准备时间为20～30分钟左右，申报人可以自备有关资料，做一些简单的摘要，答辩时间一般为20～30分钟，中级一般没有准备时间。

五、评审结果及证书发放

按照市人事局规定，评审结果及相关材料会及时上报市人事局验收审核，进行公示，我们也会在网上进行公示，是否取得任职资格，应以公示情况和人事局审核后的意见为准。 证书由人事局统一办理，证书办好后，我们会在网上通知大家领证并退回申报材料。

工作上的不足：作为宣传部的成员,就自身来说,我觉得对于整个活动前后内外的宣传工作我们没有尽到自己的责任,这是我们工作上的失责.还有就是在活动开始前的准备工作做的也不够充分。.

换位评价：作为一名场下观众来说,当时感觉最大的缺憾就是来参加活动的同学太少了。不过活动中的整个流程却还是进行的很顺利的.各班的ppt风采展览也都做的挺不错的。从展览的内容里我们可以清楚的了解到各个班级在学习，科技，体育，文化，思想道德建设以及学生干部工作等各方面所取得的优秀成绩。同时也见识到了年级里很多领域里的强者风范。
