一、要有较端正的工作态度

1、要有强烈的责任意识

要想做好教育教学工作，是需要全心全意去投入到教育教学中。它容不得三心二意，你要全心全意地去做才能做得好，另外对我来说，教师他不仅是一个职业，他更是一个事业，更是一种信仰。

教师的教育行为至少要面临三项责任：一是岗位责任。就是要爱岗敬业，教书育人，为人师表，这是教师的职业特征。作为一名教师，我们就应遵守学校的规章制度，按学校的要求办事。“爱岗敬业”方面：如值班教师的责任就应按学校规定每天做好学校的各项检查，早晨应比学生起床早，组织住校学生排队打水，迎接通校学生早晨到校，开始一天的学习和工作。并做好各项督查工作做好记录。对“教书育人”的理解：我认为我们教书，不仅仅只是教学生学习文化知识，考试得高分就行了。而且还应教学生在校在家在社会怎样生活，怎样做一个合格的学生。如何与家长、同学、教师相处。如何有礼貌。如何尊老爱幼，如何做自己力所能及的一些生活小事等。教师的“为人师表”，教师的穿着打扮要符合我们本地习俗，打扮得要得体，凡是叫学生不违背的自己先做到。二是社会责任。家长把子女送到学校，我们教师有责任和义务，把学生教育好、保护好、培养好，有责任让家长放心、满意，有责任促进教育公平，构建和谐社会。三是国家责任。我国是拥有13亿人口的大国，“落后就要挨打”的沉痛教训和现代化宏伟目标，都要求将沉重的人口负担，转化为巨大的人力资源，这个转化工作需要教育来承担，这也是广大教师和教育工作者，对整个中华民族的未来，肩负的责任和义务。

2、要有无私奉献的精神

作为一名教师我们要献身教育，甘为人梯。这是教师忠于党和人民教育事业高尚道德境界的具体体现。在教师的岗位上辛勤耕耘、兢兢业业为学生授课，不计地位、不计名誉、不计报酬，为培养教育人才倾注自己的全部心血。

教师的工作是繁杂的，不只是限于工作上的八小时。教师的工作又是精细的，它需要教师事无巨细、面面俱到，它还需要教师要有无私奉献的爱心。教师既要了解学生的爱好、才能、个性特点和他们的精神世界，又要公平、公正地对待所有学生，尊重他们的人格和创造精神，与他们平等相处，走进学生的内心世界，用自己的信任与关切，激发他们强烈的求知欲望和创造欲望。

二、要树立正确的教育观念

教师在教育活动中，首先要树立正确的教育理念，即：要树立以人为本的教育理念，培养学生的人文精神，发展学生的个性特长，塑造学生的完美人格，为学生终生发展打下坚实的基础。我认为要教会学生生活。一个不会生活的孩子，他就不可能感觉到生活的美好。如果把学生的生活单单理解为学习、吃饭、睡觉，那就大错特错了。随着年龄的增长，他们会越来越感觉到社会的多变和繁杂，就会出现诸如青春期困惑、游戏厅网吧的诱惑及社会其它不良思想影响等。作为教师，应该有“生活处处皆课堂”的理念，能用睿智的头脑，引导学生;聪慧的双眼，观察学生;灵敏的耳朵，聆听学生。及时教育引导学生如何更好的享受生活。其次，要树立正确的教师观：教师不只是“教书匠”，更是学生学会做人的引领者;不只是知识的传授者，更应该是学习的组织者、促进者;不只是教育工作者，还应该是教育规律的研究者。第三要树立正确学生观：学生是发展的个体，是可以塑造的人，他们是具有独立的思想、观点的人，是学习的主体。第四要树立正确的教师的行为观：在处理师生问题上，不能强调“师道尊严”，而要强调民主、平等、尊重和赞赏;在对待自我上，要常常反思，每日“三省吾身”;在对待同事上，要相互学习，取长补短，要相互合作，共谋发展。第五要树立正确的教学观：教学过程不只是单一的教师教、学生学的过程，而是教师对学生的帮助与引导、师生交流、情感互动、共同发展的过程;教育过程不仅要重结论，更要重过程，通过积极的激发学生的兴趣，达到开发学生的思维和培养学生的能力的目的。

三、要有良好的师德修养

教师是人类灵魂的工程师，是太阳底下最光辉的事业。与其它的职业比较，教师的职业更具有其示范性、公众性和教育性，因此，教师的职业要求教师应该具备更高、更严格的职业道德修养。师德修养的核心就体现在一个“爱”字上，一个教师不在于他教了多少年书，而在于他用心教了多少年书。我们有些教师他年复一年的教，教了一辈子书，却从未在教书的过程中，找到乐趣，心中也从未涌起爱的激情，因此，他也没有把握到教育的真谛，也没有取得教育的成?。良好的师德修养，应该是投入全身心的力量，去爱教育、爱学生。你爱教育事业，你才会取得事业成功的乐趣;你爱学生，你才会独具慧眼，发现每个学生的潜能，鼓励学生不断的探索，才能使学生的才华，得到淋漓尽致的发挥。

四、要有科学的创新精神

教师是引导学生进入科学殿堂和激励学生攀登科学高峰的领路人。崇尚科学，弘扬科学精神，进行科学创新，是教师的主要职责。科学最基本的要求是求真务实，开拓创新。教师的科学精神体现在教学科研的方方面面：在教学中敢于提出疑问，提出自己的新见解，并不断地探索真理;将自己的科研成果自然地融入到授课内容之中，既要灌输知识，更要教授方法，既要学习先贤，又能突破陈规。高素质的教师队伍和高校管理队伍首先必须是有科学创新精神的队伍，这样学校才是培养创新人才的基地，才能有效地推动素质教育，为社会为国家培养具有创新精神的人才。

五、要做到勤于学习，充实自我

本人本学期照样担任高二(3)班的英语教学工作，同时兼任高二(3)班班主任。完成了5、6两个模块的教学任务。模块5是必修课程，模块6是选修课程。三班是理科班，也是普班，具有差生相对要多，行为习惯差，懒惰。英语学习基础参差不齐，没有英语学习兴趣和学习基础。本着让每一位学生尽量受益，根据学期初制定的教学计划，现已基本完成教学任务。

这学期以来，在教学工作中，本人认真备课、上课、听课、评课，及时反思，使教学工作得以有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。并且上的调研公开课，受到同科组教师及学生的好评。课后认真批改作业、讲评作业，积极下班辅导。积极地去了解学生，以便更好的“因材施教”。从而不断提高自己的教学水平和教学质量，并顺利完成教育教学任务。

下面是本人对这学期教学工作的一个总结。

一、认真备好每一节课，上好每一节课，不断努力提高教学质量。

由于是新教材，我们备课组都进行集体备课。对每课的教材处理，在备课组内都会先进行认真的讨论，并结合新课标的要求，进行取舍，真正做到了用教材教学，而不是单纯地教教材。因此课前我认真钻研教材，洞悉教材的基本思想和基本概念，正确把握教材的重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，精心地备课并认真写好教案。更重要的是了解学生原有的英语水平以及他们的兴趣、需要、习惯，并采取相应的教学手段和教学策略，因材施教，有的放矢，并且合理地安排好40分钟的教学内容和教学进程。课后能及时进行反思小结，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、课堂上努力调动学生的积极性和主动性，并激发他们学习英语的兴趣。

学生基础不好，差生又多这样上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，我每天都尽量使自己有充足的精神，这样，授课就事半功倍。在备课时我从学生的实际出发，立足学生的现实，精心寻找突破口，设计出不同层次的教学内容，想方设法使每一位同学都能参与到我的课堂教学中来，让他们在每堂课上都有所得。因为英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。所以在备课中设计出很多调动学生兴趣的活动方式，引发他们的学习积极性。

兴趣是的老师，有了兴趣，学生就会产生求知欲，视学习为乐趣，而不再是负担。只有在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，才能增强教学效果。我的具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，课堂上鼓励学生多开口说英语，为了使学生多开口说英语，在操练时，我非常重视运用鼓励性语言，做到多表扬，少批评，不断强化学生参加交际的信心，另外还加强学生之间的合作与交流。同时努力创设宽松愉悦的学习氛围，进一步培养学生正确的学习态度和良好的学习习惯。

三、积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，努力提高教学质量和教学水平。

我经常参加校内外教学研讨活动，不断汲取他人的宝贵经验，提高自己的业务水平。并且多向经验丰富的老教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。多听公开课，有益于提高自己的教学能力和教学水平。

四、做好后进生转化工作。

在学习上后进的学生，往往得不到老师的肯定，而后进生转化成功与否，直接影响着全班学生的整体成绩。所以，一学期以来，我一直注意抓好后进生转化工作。首先善于帮助后进生找到优、缺点，以发扬优点，克服缺点。其次以平常的心态公平对待后进生，厌恶、责骂只能适得其反，在他们稍有一点进步时，我及时的肯定和表扬他们。真正做到晓之以理，动之以情，让他们感受到我的爱。

五、利用好教辅材料

本学期我们选用《导与练》作为教辅材料，充分发挥了它的作用。每周进行一次听力训练，选用部分随堂练习作为课堂巩固练习。《导与练》单元检测上的单选题，要求大家认真去完成并及时讲评。完形填空及阅读理解作为选做内容，一小部分基础差的学生，我只要求他们选做容易的题。另外，每班有15人，鼓励她们每周写一篇作文，我都采取当面批改，经过一段时间的训练，这部分学生的书面表达能力有了很大的提高。我认为本学期我在分层次布置作业方面，取得了不错的成效。

六、班主任工作。

作为班主任，我深深懂得教师的一言一行都影响着学生，对学生起着言传身教的作用。所以在班主任工作中我一直遵循以下的原则。

1、思想教育常抓不放。利用班会，经常对学生进行思想品德卫生、纪律、安全等教育。着重培养学生良好的道德品质、学习习惯、劳动习惯和文明行为习惯等。

2、发挥班干部的作用。大胆放手让班干部管理班级，并通过制定班级制度，搞好班级的管理工作，对学生各方面做出了严格要求，并做到奖罚分明。

3、经常与科任老师和家长联系，了解学生的学习与生活情况，对学生进行有目的教育。

4、经常开展丰富多彩的班级活动，指导学生积极参加学校组织的各项活动。

以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结，我将一如既往，再接再励，多学习，勤反思，把自己的教学工作做到扎实有效。

这个学期以来我总的是感觉我过得糊糊涂涂，好像都没有一点点比较精彩的事情发生。在任何课上，除了课和美术课、科学课上好像其他的课，都是比较不认真的。音乐课上，我岁然葫芦丝是免考，那并不代表我很认真老是在跟别人说话，只有到了最后几节课我还是比较认真的。在课上，我有时认真，有时不认真，大部分还是在玩。在体育课上，总是爱跟别人开玩笑，态度也不是太好，到了最后还把施米诺的脚给弄骨折了。在课上，虽说这是门正科，但是还是不好，回家作业都做的很不好，在课上，总是思想开小差到最后导致成绩不理想。过得糊里糊涂的

我的值日工作是擦两边的蓝窗台，说是这个工作其实我也不是每天在做，有时候甚至好几天都忘了。还导致我们班扣过分，只有最后的这几天里我是比较不会忘记的。还有每天我都是很晚很晚来到学校的，差不多都是7：50多分来到学校的，所以值日工作又有好几次都是没有一点时间的可以做的。特别是在星期三的时候有时特别晚，因为是我们组打扫包干区，所以我来到学校就不用去教室了，可以直接去包干区。我有时因为眼保健操不好好做，被提醒了好几次，所以钱被全清空。到了月底就只剩下一点钱了

总之我就是感觉在这一个学期里我还是过得糊糊涂涂的，太爱讲废话，太爱管闲事特别不好

毕业从事软件开发期间，我经常听到其它同行说他们客户的需求又要变啦。而且当时在做需求分析的时候，客户没有提出，等差未几做好时提出。假如要修改，而当时在设计数据库的时候没有考虑这个题目，修改数据库又要耗掉大量时间，增加开发本钱。假如不修改，项目又完成不了，无法收钱。

又或者软件在使用了一段时间，在使用一些查询功能的时，反应好慢。随着数据越录越多，这些查询功能就会越慢，假如要解决这个题目，一定需要修改数据库。而要修改数据库，对于软件开发来说，是十分痛苦的。

这些社会经验再加上我个人吃苦耐劳、为人诚恳、勤奋刻苦、集体观念强、具有团队协作精神、创新意识，我会很快适应新的工作环境、并且会快胜任这份工作，真诚的希望我们能共同携手创造公司美好的未来。

人生可以分为七个阶段吧，幼年、童年少年、青年、成年、中年、老年。我们处于青年，是塑造我们人生价值关和目标的时候，我们以后将要成为一个怎样的人，主要的决定因素都会在接下来的高中三年中发生，所以我很期待以后的高中生活。

我喜欢回忆我的少年，回忆我的少年带给我的无数的快乐;而我更向往早点变成一个成年人，因为成年了就能做自己喜欢的事，不再受别人的牵制和约束。
