一、现实表现

二、学识水平

参加工作以来，在自己认真专研和别人的帮助下，本人的踏实肯干和虚心学习，很快就适应了高中英语教学，特别是每次的期中、期末考试成绩显著。但学海无涯，学无止境，我深知终身学习的重要性和教师这项职业的特殊性，今后我会在此基础上更加努力学习，充实自我。

另外我还在业余时间主动加强了本专业的业务学习，认真做好每一年全国各地高考题，了解考试题型和方向，开阔自己的视野和思路，为自己的教学工作起到指导性的作用。“终身学习”，“培养学习型人才”是对全社会每一个人的号召，这也更是我们从事的职业的基本要求，并且比其它行业体现得尤为重要，知识的更新，教育思想的革新，教学方法的转变，更需要我们处处留心，向身边的所有人学习，只有这样，才能使我们有清醒的头脑，正确的方向，渊博的知识，从容地应对学生对我们提出的新的要求。

三、业务能力

1.教学能力

在教学工作中，我首先把好课堂教学关，为了上好每堂课，自己总是认真钻研教学大纲和教材，精心备课，对教学重点、难点了如指掌，经常虚心向别人请教，潜心研究教材教法，为了使学生更好理解所授的课堂知识，我非常注重根据教学内容寻找最佳教学方法，如有时候用多媒体教学的优势，使学生在课堂上保持高度的集中，接受的知识更加的深刻。

其次，注重对学生的课余辅导，强调基础，强调基本知识的落实，不论是任教哪个年级，我都能够既注重尖子学生的培养，又能面向全体，从不歧视后进学生，上课自习时间都注重效率的提高，对学生的要求比较严格，特别是专心听讲和课堂作业这两个方面，当然我也会耐心细致地回答学生提出的问题，指出他们的错误，分析错误的原因，所以一直都能得到学生的好评。

教学能力的提高还得益于在实践中学习，从事高中英语教学已经有了8年的时间，教学能力的提高一直是我的追求，并且始终不渝地坚持向别人学习，包括向刚刚分配工作的年轻人学习，他们有充沛的精力，有活跃的思想，这都是我们学习的地方;还经常性的听课，学有经验的老师对重点的把握和难点的突破，学习他们处理问题的技巧。边学习，边摸索，边体会，边创新，边巩固，形成自己的教学方法。

通过自己长期的积累与学习，教学方面取得了较好的效果，特别是任教班级，每学期的教学效果都较为突出，自己也因此被评为项城市优秀教师，周口市文明教师，所主持两个课题均获得学科一等奖，并发表论文2篇在英语周报上(《新课标下高中英语阅读教学》，《高中英语任务型教学》)，也辅导学生参加高中英语学科竞赛也取得不错的成绩。

2.管理能力

去年一年担任高三英语教研组长工作，积极认真完成学校规定的各项任务，努力抓好学生常规工作，牢牢树立“年段工作无小事，事事都育人”的观念，对学生不放弃任何一个教育的细节和机会。在学校领导的重视下我们开了教师和学生的会考动员会，使我们的同学在高三英语学科取得了很好的成绩，这是和我们学校领导的正确引导和年段老师的认真努力是分不开的。同时在每一的考试过后都会组织老师开质量分析，商讨对策，使我们的教学工作有条不紊的进行。

同时我也是认真总结反思，经常撰写心得体会，也促进了我教育能力的迅速提高，对学生科布置的“经验”“计划”“总结”从不打折扣，写作的过程是一个反思、整理、提高的过程，把它上升到理论的高度。

四、不足之处

自己无论的教学还是管理方面还有待于进一步的提高，工作中的急躁是自己最大的缺点，我希望能得到同事和领导们的帮助，让自己在新的一年来有进一步的提高。

高二学年已经结束.这段时间过的并不轻松。本届高二学生英语语学习基础参差不齐，词汇量不够，阅读能力有待加强，上起课来往往力不从心，英语教学面临不小的困难。面对现状，我在教育教学的各个环节上都下了功夫，努力提高英语成绩。现总结如下：

一、在教学方面，精心备课.精讲多练。由于是新教材，按照我校要求，备课组每个单元都进行集体备课。对每课的教材处理，在备课组内都会先进行认真的讨论，并结合新课标的要求，进行重新组合，每个教师都有个案，真正做到了用教材教学，而不是单纯地教教材。我认真钻研教材，洞悉教材的基本思想和基本概念，正确把握教材的重点与难点，了解学生原有的英语水平以及他们的兴趣、需要、习惯，并采取相应的教学手段和教学策略，因材施教，有的放矢，合理地安排教学内容和教学进程。课后能及时进行反思小结，不断提高自己的业务水平。

在教学方法上，力争构建乐学课堂，体现学生为学习主体的思想。学生基础不好，因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，教法就至关重要了。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，在备课时我从学生的实际出发，立足学生的现实，精心寻找突破口，设计出不同层次的教学内容，采用趣味性的教学设计和例句，想方设法使每一位同学都能参与到我的课堂教学中来，让他们在每堂课上都有所得。

我每天都尽量使自己有充足的精神，因为英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。所以在备课中设计出很多调动学生兴趣的活动方式，引发他们的学习积极性，构建乐学课堂，让学生在轻松愉快的气氛中获取知识。这样，授课就事半功倍。

紧扣课堂这个教学主阵地，想四十五分钟要质量。在授课中我力争做到以学生为中心，重心下移，做出学生力所能及的要求，跳着能摘到桃子。学生能做到的教师不做，学生能自己解决的问题坚决交给学生，不断培养他们的主动解决问题的能力。适时地给出精选的练习题，让他们在练中学，在学中想，在想中得。从而在自己的动手动脑过程中形成能力。

与学生交朋友，课外辅导与课内讲课相结合，有效地促成学生成绩上升。学生在不断学习中，出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，首先我做到与他们交朋友。平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平;对于肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩，不能操之过急，且要多鼓励。

二、积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，努力提高教学质量和教学水平。

经常参加校内外教学研讨活动，不断汲取他人的宝贵经验，提高自己的业务水平。并且多向经验丰富的老教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。多听公开课,有益于提高自己的教学能力和教学水平。

三、在备课组长工作方面，多了解，从点点滴滴入手开展工作，做到润物细无声。组长不一定会在教学教研上干的比别人突出，但一定在这两方面干的更多。因此，我坚持从小细节入手，自己先做，力图带动其他组员，努力工作。希望通过我们的努力，本年级的英语成绩在全市评比中更上一层楼。

四、教学工作之余，不忘翻看和浏览全市和全国的教育教学信息和新的教育动态，为自己的教育教学工作充电。

五、不足之处。教学中，往往不能一如既往地管理学生，耐心不足，这就让部分学生学习上一时紧一时松。不愿得罪人，不敢大胆地展开工作。这些都是在今后的工作中需要克服的问题。

这一学年来，本人担任高二(5—6)两班的英语教师，在相互认识了之后，积极地去了解学生，去摸清学生的学习基础，以便“因材施教”。本人在教学中认真备课、上课、听课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，广泛涉猎各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟，并顺利完成教育教学任务。下面是本人对一学年教学工作的一个总结：

要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。为了上好课，我做了下面的工作：课前准备，备好课。

①认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。

②了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯，学习新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。

③考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。

高二的学生基础还是比较差，所以在课堂上我尽量用最简易的语言授课，争取让学生能在一定的时间内掌握得最好。在复习过程中是非常枯燥的，所以课堂上激发学生学习英语的兴趣尤为重要。兴趣是最好的老师，有了兴趣，学生就会产生求知欲，视学习为乐趣，而不是负担。只有在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。英语课堂既是吸取知识的主战场，又是内化技能的练兵所，但有限的时间无法使学生们充分把这些技能和知识据为己有并消化吸收。利用一定的时间复习巩固已学知识，训练相应技能是提高学习效率不可或缺的重要组成部分。我的具体做法是把语言教学与练习联系起来，上课时尽量结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。

课后做到多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，以及他们对课堂上知识的掌握程度。并且在课后还布置学生专门做一些综合能力的作业。比如说一天两篇阅读理解和一篇完型填空。而且我在教学中会认真设计相应的课后练习，让学生达到学以致用;如果课堂所学的是一些基本的语言点，我就会给学生一些相应的训练，让学生巩固课堂所学知识，并懂得如何在实际中应用;如果课堂教学的`是阅读课，我会给出一些关键词，让学生复述课文。没有课后练习的复习巩固，学习效果会大打折扣，效率就提不高。讲课生动有趣我在讲课时，尽量讲得生动有趣，在完成教学任务的同时，经常给学生穿插一些英文歌曲、电影片段，来激发学生的学习兴趣。

课后我积极参与听课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水平。培养多种兴趣爱好，到图书馆博览群书，不断扩宽知识面，为教学内容注入新鲜血液。这一学期来，阅读在英语特别是考试中占的比例很大。而本人所教的两个班的学生阅读能力都不是特别好。在今后阅读理解的复习是一个重点，复习时我应注意到了以下几点：

1、提高学生的阅读量大。阅读速度要求每分钟48.5个词以上。

2、让其训练的题材应多样化。包括日常生活、风俗习惯、人物传记、文化教育、社会、史地、科技、政治、经济等内容。不能只局限于某种题材。

3、体裁多样化。包括说明文、记叙文、议论文、应用文等。

4、让其了解阅读理解的主要题型。

5、掌握必要的阅读理解解题技巧。

下面是本人对一学期教学工作的一个总结。

理科班男生多，而多数男生讨厌背单词，因此他们的难关就是单词关，词汇量少，严重影响了他们对英语的学习兴趣。针对这一点，我在日常的教学中特别重视学生对词汇的学习与积累，要求单词每课过关，并且每课都进行单词听写，要求人人过关，不断督促学生多背单词、短语及一些好的句子。不过，每个班总是有5、6个学生就是不肯去背单词。

由于是新教材，对每课的教材处理，在备课组内都会先进行认真的讨论，并结合新课标的要求，进行取舍，真正做到了用教材教学，而不是单纯地教教材。每一堂课，我都是结合我们学生的实际情况，精心地备课并认真写好教案。课后能及时进行反思小结，不断提高自己的业务水平。

本学期我们选用英语周报作为教辅材料，充分发挥了它的作用。每周进行俩次听力训练，选用部分随堂练习作为课堂巩固练习。周报上的完形填空和语法填空，要求大家认真去完成并及时讲评。阅读理解和写作部分作为选做内容，一小部分基础差的学生，我只要求他们选做容易的题。另外，每班有15人，鼓励她们每周写一篇作文，我都采取当面批改，经过一段时间的训练，这部分学生的书面表达能力有了很大的提高。我认为本学期我在分层次布置作业方面，取得了不错的成效。

课后我积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水平。

一学期来，所任教班级学生的英语学习兴趣及能力有所提高，在学校组织的历次考试中，成绩进步明显。
