9.3.如果乙方提供的技术资料不符合第六条规定，乙方必须在收到甲方书面通知后30天内免费将所缺的技术资料，或清晰、正确的资料寄给甲方。

9.4.如乙方的技术资料不能按本合同附件二规定的时间交付，乙方则须按下列比例支付罚款给甲方:

第十条 保密

第十一条 侵权

第十四条 仲裁
