感恩节是美国人民独创的一个古老节日，也是美国人合家欢聚的节日，因此美国人提起感恩节总是备感亲切。并不是每一个国家都有感恩节，中国的感恩节就是每年11月的最后一个星期四是的感恩节，而20xx年的感恩节是11月24日。感恩节到底是怎么样子来的?

其实中国本来是没有感恩节的，中国的感恩节是从美国引用而来的，国人建议中国也设立一个感恩节，于是，慢慢的中国的感恩节也开始盛行了。其实自古以来，中华民族就乐于助人、知恩图报，“受人滴水之恩，当以涌泉相报”一度传为名句。中国教育更多关注分数和升学率，加上很多孩子都是独生子女，家人的溺爱导致孩子觉得别人的关怀是理所当然，不少学生不懂得感谢、感激，只知道索取;甚至对太过关心自己的家人产生逆反、厌烦情绪。

在成年人之中也存在不知感恩、忘本的情况，一切只从利益出发。在一个文明的社会，知道感谢，怀有一颗感恩之心是很必要的;这也是建设和谐社会的重要要求，可促进社会各成员、群体、阶层、集团之间的关系相处融洽、协调，促进人与人之间互相尊重，信任、帮助。

市博物馆先进事迹介绍

淮北市博物馆成立于1976年，一个机构二块牌子，兼负文物管理所的职责。多年来，该馆以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入贯彻党的文物工作方针，认真执行文物保护法规，扎扎实实地做好文物工作，一年一个台阶，不断开创文博工作的新局面，为淮北市的经济和社会的全面发展做出了突出的贡献。

一、机构健全、职责落实。淮北市历史悠久，文化遗存丰富，文物工作繁重。而该馆只有十多人。为抓好全市的文博工作，他们首先狠抓了规范化管理和制度建设。设立了保卫部、保管部、群工部、陈列部、考古部及研究室、办公室等机构，做到了分工精细，任务明确。同时，还陆续制定和完善了《劳动纪律》、《奖惩条例》、《岗位责任制》等20多个制度，从而保证了文博工作全面有序地开展。

二、博物馆工作卓有成效。在新馆舍未建前，博物馆根据馆情，充分挖掘自身的潜力，在文物收藏、保护、整理、保管和研究、宣传等方面，全面的展开工作，并取得一定的成效。对馆藏文物都进行了建卡、拍照、绘图、测量、建档等基础工作，做到帐帐相符，帐卡相符，帐实相符。库房管理有严格的制度，文物出入库，人员出入库都有据可查。1999年，我市境内出土发掘了唐代古木船4艘，为保护好这些古船，该馆成立了保护小组，外请了泉州及省博专家制定了保护方案。在近6年的保护工作中，博物馆人员昼夜值班，对古船喷洒药剂，24小时不间断地进行温度、湿度、天气、喷药量、船体变化等数据的监测、记录。由于没有先进经验可借鉴，他们就成立了“古船保护”科研课题组，在专家学者的指导下，科研攻关，多次论证和更新保护方案。现在，古木船已比较成功的完成了脱水，定型、防腐等工作，已移至博物馆内，对外展出。由于保护成效显著，得到专家的赞肯。

为提高广大市民的文物保护意识，淮北市博物馆十分重视宣传工作。多年来，每年都利用“5.18”国际博物馆日和法制宣传日等活动，开展文物法等法律法规宣传，走上街头散发宣传资料，现场讲解文物知识，张挂宣传条幅。并充分利用新闻媒体的作用，不断进行文物法律法规的宣传。《安徽省建设工程文物保护规定》下发后，博物馆配合市文化主管部门，积极推动了《淮北市建设工程文物保护规定》的制定工作。该文件出台后，他们翻印了5000多份，分别寄送到相关单位。宣传工作的有力，使文物保护的法律法规深入人心，广大市民文物保护的意识日益增强，群众举报次数逐年大幅增加。市民丁仰振同志，为支持博物馆的建设，一次性就无偿捐赠古瓷藏品近件。该馆还十分重视文物征集工作。平时注意收集信息，已发现文物，就努力克服资金短缺，路途遥远等困难，想方设法的去收集。柳孜镇发现大量文物后，他们先后8次深入到该地区，进行摸底、调查，收集，共征集古陶瓷器等文物上千件。听说离市区几十公里处的铁佛由一农民收藏了2只古铜鼎，他们连续十多次上门做工作，使他主动捐献这件贵重文物。

XX年在市委、市政府的重视下，博物馆新馆建设于XX年动工建设了。在一缺经验，二缺人手的情况下，该馆全力以赴，全身心地投入，反复论证陈列方案，精心组织施工。为赶在XX年国庆节前开馆，他们夜以继日地工作，在文化局领导的带领下，吃住在工地近两个月，顶着三伏酷暑和蚊虫叮咬，一天工作十几小时，有的职工病了也不休息，打完点滴就上工地，有的家中有急事，来不及处理就赶来加班。有一次油漆气味一下子就熏到了七、八人，但是没有一人离开工作岗位，也没有一人叫苦。博物馆上上下下拧成一股绳，齐心合力，艰苦奋战，终于如期开馆，向国庆55周年献了厚礼。博物馆建成开馆受到了各级领导、专家学者和广大市民群众的一致好评。开馆的前七天，为配合市文化旅游周对外免费开放，原计划每天只接纳1000人次，但市民的踊跃参观，博物馆主动调整安排，加大组织力度，在七天之内共接待了观众达10万人次。新馆开馆后，博物馆在抓好管理工作的同时，热情接待观众，提供全方位的服务。人手不够，就加班加点连轴转，白天接待观众，晚上苦练基本功，为贯彻全国加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设工作会议精神，他们针对中小学生的特点，制定措施，变更开放时间，修改讲解词，得到广大市民的好评。开馆三个多月以来，共接待参观团体260多批次，观众达13万余人次，其中免费接待中小学生近万余人次。

先进学习型班组三严三实主要事迹介绍

我们定子下线三组，现共有成员22人，主要从事我公司生产的各种型号的水电、火电、核电等机组的定子嵌线装配工作。在“创建学习型班组、争做知识型职工”活动中，我们积极树立“今天的努力，明天的能力”的学习理念，推动“工作学习化，学习工作化”。使班组成员在学习中提高技能，增长知识，并取得了较好效果;

一、加强教育引导、让学习深入人心：我们首先从思想上引导大家提高认识，转变观念，明确愿景，把学习变成每个人的自觉行为，改变传统观念对学习的狭隘理解，使学习多样化，新颖化。

二、创造良好学习环境，为班组成员学习提供良好的条件：在学习的硬件上，我们添置了书报架，文件夹，黑板，各类书籍，报刊等。在学习的软件上，我们班组关心、关注每一位成员的生活、学习和工作，对进步快的“再推一把”，对进步慢的“快拉一把”。使我们这个小团体“风雨同舟，荣辱与共”!

八、活动总结

(一)总体来说，我们这次以“感恩父母，点燃亲情”为主题的团日活动，各个阶段的活动都比较成功，成功的原因可总结为以下几点：

1、 准备较充分

“凡事预则立，不预则废”在这次活动中得到了充分体现，正是因为有了详实的考虑、周全的计划和充分的准备，这次活动才有了成功开展的前提。预先的宣传，和班内各个班委的讨论，做好了前期工作。

2、 开展及时，适应大部分同学的需求

正当母亲节，提醒大多数同学，应该多多了解父母亲和我们之间的关系，他们为我们无私的为我们付出的同时，我们在节日里应尽我们所能做一些然他们高兴欢喜的事情。

3、 密切配合，分工具体安排合理

多方面的积极协助和努力，是活动得以完成的保证。我们两班根据活动的主旨分工合作。

4、 活动影响范围大

我们不仅仅是在两个团支部之间进行“感恩”知识的宣传而是面向整个学院做宣传，让人们知道因为感恩才会有这个多彩的社会，因为感恩才会有真挚的情感，因为感恩才让我们懂得了生命的真谛……

(二)在成功的背后，我们也认真反省思考了我们的不足：

1、收集材料严重重复。活动虽然经过具体分工，详实安排，但在实际过程中由于人数较多，个别成员未能完全明白自己的分工，所做工作有些重复。

2、 稍微影响学习。主要体现在活动中个别支部成员太过积极，对分配的任务为能及时保证质量的完成，有少许同学作业延后上交，这与管理和分工上的失误有一定关系。

3、 时间也有些仓促。这主要是由于确定我们的活动时间只有一个月不到。 由于时间不多，想开展的活动未能完全深入。

The people of China have been very much in my thoughts over the past two weeks as I have watched, with mounting concern, the effects of the devastation caused by the terrible earthquake in Sichuan Province. It has been most impressive to see the marvellous way in which the Chinese humanitarian operations have brought swift and effective relief to those affected. I am articularly pleased that the Wenchuan Earthquake Orphan Fund has been established, to help the children who have lost their parents in the disaster.

I wanted to take this opportunity to send my deepest sympathy following this terrible tragedy to the people of China, and my most heartfelt ondolences to all those who have lost loved ones.

My Princes Charities are engaging ever more closely in China, including work to assist, in a small way, with the preservation of Chinas rich and diverse heritage. It would give me the greatest pleasure if we were able to develop these ties still further with, in particular, practical assistance from my Princes Foundation for the Built Environment in planning the reconstruction of parts of Sichuan Province.Charles

活动简介：自星级班级活动月开始，我班同学满腹热情，积极参与，在我班班长和心理委员的组织领导下，我班同学积极参与此次由外国语学院举办的英文心理短剧大赛，同学们发散思维，勇于创新，选题材，编剧本，创翻译，挑演员，调音乐，排剧情。在我班同学的共同努力下，我们自编自导自演了一个以反映当代大学生心理变化及人际交往为题材的英文短剧，并在大赛中取得院级三等奖，年级一等奖的好成绩，大大的鼓舞了同学们的士气，增强了班级的凝聚力。

l 在题材的选择上，我班紧贴时事，紧密联系当代大学生在现今物欲横流的社会背景下如何正确处理人际关系，该题材以贫富差距下引起的某些同学的自卑心理及某些同学奢侈的生活和自傲的畸形性格为前提，以大学生单纯热情的性格感化同窗为脉络线索，并穿插当前大学生做兼职的不公平待遇及校园扒手肆虐等现象；

l 在剧本的成型上，我班同学集思广益，融合英文电影中的精彩对白，兼收并蓄，为我所用，一篇融入三十人心血的剧本终于成功出炉；

l 在演员的选择上，我们结合各位同学的性格特点与剧中人物相匹配，以求使剧情升华而发展；

l 在话剧的排练上，同学们更是齐心协力，不论主角配角亦或普通观众，同学们都抽出自己的休息时间，在导演（班长、心理委员）组织下，积极配合，最终取得圆满成功。

活动意义：通过这次英文心理短剧大赛，一方面调动了同学们观察时事、学习英语的积极性，另一方面，有利于增强集体的凝聚力。大多数同学反映通过这次活动，对很多同学有了进一步的了解，发现了很多同学的闪光点，并且在这次活动中深刻体会到了团结合作的重要性。

六：活动内容

第一个(两周时间)：在全校发起感恩的倡导，以打电话、发短信、写信、qq聊天的方式为身边的人献上祝福，带去感恩。即让广大学生能够在感恩节那天给父母打电话、发短信致以问候。为老师、朋友、献上感恩的祝福，诚挚的谢意。

鼓励提倡离家偏远的同学提前给父母写一封感恩信;发放卡纸让同学写下最理想感恩的人或事，然后贴在感恩板上;组织各系部横幅上签名，完后悬挂横幅，使感恩深入人心

第二(7天时间)：感恩演讲比赛，内容涵盖：自己亲身经历的感人事件、对帮助过自己的人的感言、要感谢的人、或是深情的讲诉身边发生的感恩故事等等;时间在3—5分钟左右。

对于演讲的评分规则：演讲的内容深度、演讲者的神情、仪表、语速、观众的认可度几方面进行评分。

评分细则：满分为10分、内容肤浅的扣掉1分、紧张怯场，忘词扣掉3分、仪表不整扣1分、语速太快，咬字不准扣2分。

初赛选拔出15——20人进入决赛，决赛最后选出6人。要在晚会时进行朗诵表演。晚会结束颁发奖状。

第三：感恩节晚上举办感恩晚会，晚会的节目紧绕感恩开展，节目有：《感恩的心手语表演——钢琴伴奏》、《感恩话剧》、《感恩小品》《感恩朗诵》感恩歌唱——《母亲》、《父亲》、《朋友》。

互动环节：“选两个观众现场给父母打电话问候”。晚会中途，由领导抽取第一环节的卡片并念出内容，作为中途互动，主持人宣布贺词、赞助商。晚会结束后由领导颁发演讲比赛奖状。领导接见演出人员，并合影留念并合唱《爱的奉献》。然后在理工大楼前放飞感恩气球。

各个年龄段都以自己的特色开展活动。

其中小班组邀请家长来园和孩子们一起制作感恩贺卡、后将贺卡送父母并说一句感恩的话，为父母亲捶捶背揉揉肩，同时引导孩子懂得在园要感恩小伙伴的陪伴、感恩老师的付出等等。

中班组让孩子回家和爸爸妈妈一起动手，请家长把孩子说的话写在心形纸上，布置“感恩有你”主题墙并学习手语“感恩的心”。

大班组因幼儿已理解了“爱”的意义，所以让幼儿把对父母的爱画在了纸上。

最后活动要求全园孩子回家做一件感恩的事情，如：为父母进门时拿一双拖鞋、为父母递上一杯温暖的茶等等，以此让孩子了解父母养育孩子的艰辛，了解父母之爱的无私。

通过本次活动，孩子们对“爱”有了新的体会，他们懂得了珍惜朋友，理解父母，真诚地去体贴和关心别人。在我们文明的社会，知道感谢、怀有一颗感恩之心是很有必要的，期待着我们的孩子带着一颗感恩的心，快乐成长!
