XX年，年近40、工龄快20年的成了一名下岗职工。虽突然间有点难以接受，但只是淡然一笑：没什么，有一双手就能养活自己。于是，她踏上了外出打工之路。

一般人只知道养殖业脏、累、苦，苦到什么程度，只有业内人自己知道。刚进鸡苗时，幼小的生命出壳当天就运到鸡场，开始要30多度的室温。装空调是省事，但成本太高划不来，没钱就只有多吃苦了。开始十几天，她吃住在鸡舍，日夜与小鸡相伴，因为烧柴火保温，时刻要添柴。若想偷懒，一下子添多了，火太旺，温度太高不行，只得日夜守护，丝毫不敢怠慢。这样她每天被热浪熏得口干舌燥，半个月下来，鸡是稍微长大了，可以适应自然环境了，但人却瘦了一大圈。为了节省开支，一个人既要购料进料，又要喂水喂料，挑粪出粪，忙得不可开交。丈夫要上班，所以她总是一个人默默辛劳硬撑着。

4.       应严格按照分期付款计划执行，如有一期逾期支付则视为违约，届时剩余应付款项的支付期限立即到期，并且原先减免的20__年度81,666美金的授权使用费不再减免，将一同并入应付款项由立即一次性全额支付，同时，还应按未付款项总金额每日万分之五的标准向支付逾期付款违约金。

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for arbitration according to SCIA’s Arbitration Rules, and the losing party shall bear all reasonable ges of the other party concerning dispute resolution, including but not limited to arbitration fees, lawyer’s fees, business trips costs, evaluatioges, investigation fees, appraisal costs, etc.);

二、活动组织方面

本次活动的组织策划是由协会策划部主要负责，理事会审核。在活动之前就安排人员，共分为采购组，实施组和礼仪组。以采购组主要负责条幅、水笔、胶水等的采购，实施组主要负责条幅的粘贴、维护现场的秩序和卫生，礼仪组主要负责和来围观的同学们讲解活动的意义和参与方式等。确保活动的顺利展开和突发事件的发生。

虽然做好了充足的准备，但是还是出现了一些小问题，因为活动当天下雨，来到现场的同学鞋子都有点脏，把地上都踩脏了，清洁工阿姨很生气的叫我们把活动停止，她就可以下班了，经过协商和讲解，双方达成一致意见：我们活动到中午一点半结束，以此来解决突如其来的麻烦。这次的经验告诉我们以后搞活动的时候要把事情想得更加全面，考虑一切有可能发生的事情。同时此次事件也教会我们当发生突发事件的时候如何解决，如何和别人谈判等。

三、协会发展方面

通过举办这次活动，我们心理协会的成员得到了实践的机会，每一个会员都上了一节心灵和现实的课程，让会员们得到了成长。

当然，这一次活动也为我心理协会的发展提供了一次良好的机会，让更多的人了解和认识我们心理协会，让同学们知道我们心理协会不是形同虚设，而是真真切切为同学们服务的。同样，本次活动是有一定的影响力，但是和预期的还有一段距离，前期的宣传工作没有做到位，以至于活动的影响力没有达到预期的结果，以后的活动和工作要做好一切的前期工作，要坚持部分是构成整体的要素，只有优化局部才能有更加完美的整体。
