十三、甲方应尊重乙方在租赁土地上的生产经营自主权，不干涉乙方经营活动;乙方利用租赁土地所产生的一切成果全部归乙方。

十四、合同的变更或解除：

1、如因国家法律、法规、政策发生变化使本协议无法履行或继续履行将影响到甲、乙双方合同目的实现的，双方均有权提出解除合同;

2、乙方所交租金到期后超过一年未支付的，甲方有权解除合同，乙方经济损失自负;

3、如甲方未履行或未完全履行本合同约定义务，影响到乙方生产经营的，乙方有权单方解除合同。

4、如当地政府或政府行政主管部门限制乙方从事粘土砖瓦生产的以及砖厂无法继续经营等其它情况，经双方协商一致可以解除合同。

十五、租赁期满后，如乙方不再租赁，应交回租赁的土地，乙方所建固定设施由乙方自行处理;如果固定设施移交给甲方，双方应公平合理协商补偿事宜。但乙方所种植的树木所有权仍归乙方，如归甲方，甲方需向乙方支付相应的对价。

十六、违约责任：

1、如乙方未按期交纳租金，甲方可按欠款金额每日收取1‰的违约金;

2、如甲方违反约定义务，需向乙方支付违约金五十万;如此违约金不能弥补乙方的损失，需另行赔偿，金额由双方协商或由乙方委托有评估资质的中价机构评估，其评估结果对双方均有约束力。

十七、因此合同发生争议，双方应友好协商解决，如协商不成，双方同意向仲裁委员会申请仲裁。

十八、本合同未尽事宜，由双方另行协商，并签订补充协议，补充协议与本合同具有同等效力。

此合同一式四份，甲乙双方各持一份，公证处一份，x乡人民政府备案一份，自公证之日生效。

明确证明开具目的。即，证明用途一定明确。例如可描述：为xx办理事务……

明确向谁开具证明。为防止证明文书被挪作他用，同时也为了体现证明文书本身的严谨性，在证明文件中明确对方名称(注意是全称)对开具单位的整体形象美誉度很重要。

阐明员工与单位的关系，涉及其他方面问题时，做相关阐述。此时应当注意：
