本学期作为五年级的英语老师，从不熟悉教材，不了解学生，到一步步加深认识，完善教学，这一学年，对我来说既是全新的体验，也是充满惊喜的挑战。以下就是我这一学期的工作总结：

一、教学方面

1、在课前，我认真备课，认真编写好教案，与其他教师沟通，虚心向他们学习，根据学生实际情况，制定出符合他们的教学计划，以便于因材施教。

2、在课堂教学中，提前进班做好课前准备，让孩子们快速进入上课状态。充分利用多媒体教学，认真授课，尽可能得运用实物教具、简笔画，情景教学、手势语言等方法来启发、教育学生。学生通过听、唱英语歌等来激发英语学习兴趣，并且让学生通过听录音来训练听力，纠正语音语调，培养英语语感。

3、在课下，及时批改作业，对普遍性错误，在全班重复讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业还采取面批方法，一一地分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题，提高了教学质量。

4、每次小测验后，及时进行试卷分析及考情分析，总结考试经验，对成绩浮动较大的同学，与之沟通交流，帮其找出原因。

二、辅导学生方面

实行226考核后，我充分认识到了培优补差工作的重要性，这也是这学期我工作的重点。

这学期学校开展的师徒结对活动让我收获颇丰。我明确备课不但备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生的实际，设计课的类图解对活动型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具，课后及时对该课做出总结，写好教学反思。

三、抓好学生的基础知识教学

一年级作为学生走进学校的第一步，正如建高楼大厦的地基一样是非常主要。本学期，我主要在注重学生的汉语拼音知识的掌握、写字、读书、课外阅读等方面作了努力。

四、存在的问题与不足

作为一位新教师，我存在的不足有很多很多，经验不足，努力不够，教学基本功不够扎实。在教育教学中对学困生的关注不够。从拼音抽测到古诗背诵再到考试，我发现班上七八名学生的基础知识掌握得不够扎实，这还需要在下学期给予他们更多的关注与帮助。家长配合不够。说明我与家长的沟通还不够，这将是我要认真思考的问题之一。在今后的教育教学中我会不断学习努力提高自己的综合素质，积极向身边的老师学习。

街道在职党员进社区活动方案

“在职党员进社区”工作，开展以来富祥社区积极落实文件精神，接纳来自于辖区内在职党员144名，为了使广大在职党员真正融入社区，主动参与社区建设与服务，丰富活动内容，调动在职党员参与社区各项活动的主动性和积极性，推动在职党员进社区活动有效开展，以确保“在职党员进社区”活动能达到预期的效果。

一、工作目的

以服务居民为根本出发点和落脚点，紧密结合社区建设和在职党员的思想、工作实际，紧紧围绕在职党员的先锋模范作用在社区得到发挥，工作以外安排在社区得到监督为目标，达到“共建社区、发展社区、繁荣社区”的目的。

二、工作制度

1、定期学习。

富祥社区在职党员干部对开展这次活动的重要性及如何开展这次活动要有明确的认识。组织在职党员认真学习传达和落实文件要求，了解此项工作的重要意义，保证在职党员熟悉此项工作的目的、内容确保工作有效落实。为此，富祥社区通过每周二的例会、召开座谈会等形式督促全体在职党员提高认识，履行职责。从现在起，富祥社区每个月要召开一次专门的在职党员进社区活动交流会，大家互相交流心得，定期通报情况，总结经验，部署下一阶工作。

2、层层落实。

这次活动，除富祥社区党委有一个工作计划外，每一位在职党员都要根据自己的情况制定相关的具体安排。目前，我们要让每一位在职党员都明确自己所在的社区并进社区报到和登记，建立社区在职党员联络卡，明确专人负责，加强监督。今后将进一步落实这些具体工作制度，使得小区居民能更好地监督，更好地开展这项活动。

3、专人负责。

这次活动，富祥社区由卢丽华书记亲自挂帅，党委负责具体组织、协调、督查、考核工作。卢丽华书记还将每个月至少深入社区一次，征询社区居民的意见，听取大家的建议，并与社区联络员进行座谈。

三、活动安排

1、帮助社会弱势群体，开展献爱心活动。
