我对助理班主任的简要认识： 首先，助理班主任必须有较高的思想觉悟，有上进心，无私心，责任心和较强的管理能力，能起到较好的模范、榜样作用。其次，助理班主任是在学院党总支领导下，班主任指导下开展工作;因年龄上与新生相近，也属于学生集体中的一员，能及时把握学生的思想动态，缩短距离，易沟通交流;是学院领导及老师和新生沟通的主要桥梁和纽带。 第三，助理班主任必须关心和指导学生的专业学习和生涯规划，介绍专业学科的发展，开展思想教育。 第四、助理班主任是指导新生建立班集体、建立规章制度、确立小班目标和理想的最主要组织者;是凝聚新生集体团结友爱、催生集体荣誉感的重要引导者;更是每一位新生思想、学习、生活的了解关心和教育督促者。

自身条件及能力：入学以来，不断地尝试，不断地挑战，使我综合素质得到较大提升。大学伊始，我就不断端正自己的思想、摆正学习生活态度;不断明确目标，饱满激情的奋斗。从失败中汲取教训，在弯路中寻求捷径。大一任小班组织委员，学院组织部成员，协会副会长，从未退缩;寒、暑假打工，五·一兼职等，对我而言，又是挑战，又是磨炼，从未言弃。积极参加各种文体、实践活动和技能比赛，都有较好的表现。任办公室助管，日常办公能力得到较大锻炼，对学生工作也有了一定了解。大二任小班班长，在全班同学的共同努力下，获得校级“先进班集体”和校级“优秀团支部”等荣誉，并积极承办了本年度示范性团组织生活和组织开展了班内全民参与的“3+2”篮球赛，等等，把我班拧成了一股绳;任协会会长，协会通过 “家”文化建设、骨干培养和制度改革，呈现出空前的团结和良好的发展势头，多次带领成员下乡实践，开辟出新的活动模式。通过这些工作的锻炼，极大地提高了我的组织、协调、应变能力，活跃了我的思维，积累了自己的管理经验，形成了把握事态发展的大局观。

经过对助理班主任工作的了解，我已基本认识到了此工作的本质和宗旨，在挑战自我锻炼自我的同时，必须清楚肩上的责任。话，要说到做到，更不能“三分钟”热情。细节决定成败，必须注重工作中的细微环节，从小事做起。我初步有如下想法：认清现状、分析助班工作本质;制定出详细的工作计划和目标;深入09小班实习，总结经验教训。且注意加强自身素质的进一步锻炼和提高。

以上是我对助理班主任一职的一些理解和认识以及自我推荐，我经充分考虑，决定申请，绝不三心二意。然而纸上谈兵不足为信，理论经验更有待于实践证明，恳请学院领导和老师对我进行考察!

I am. I was born in . I graduate from senior high school and major in English. I started learning English since I was 12 years old. My parents have a lot of American friends. That’s why I have no problem communicating with Americans or others by speaking English.

In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to English such as listening to English songs, watching English movies or TV programs, or even attending the activities held by some English clubs or institutes. I used to go abroad for a short- term English study. During that time, I learned a lot of daily life English and saw a lot of different things.

I think language is very interesting. I could express one substance by using different sounds. So I wish I could study and read more English literatures and enlarge my knowledge.
