时光匆匆,为期一个月的实习已经圆满的落下帷幕。回顾其中的点点滴滴,有成功后的欣喜和激动,也有挫败后的失落和无奈。在领导的谆谆教导和同事的悉心帮助下,我在收获业务技能的同时,内心也经历着微妙的成长。

这次实习我主要负责的是翻译工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。在这里我要特别感谢赵主任，是他把我介绍给其它的同事认识，还告诉其他同事要在工作上对我多提醒照顾。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教领导与同事，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

再熟悉资料与业务时，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，让我应用在学校学到的知识解决这个问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的机械零部件，加工工艺等专有名词是我在课堂上根本没有涉及到的。我只有打开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。这时候觉得工作原来并不想自己想的那样简单，所以在以后的工作中就更应该小心谨慎了。

虽然倍加小心，但是工作不像考试，考试只需要短时间的精力集中，而工作却是长期的。这样下来，也难免会出错，比如老外在一封有关交付款的邮件里提到参照ccp15530，我在电脑上查到ccp由中国共产党的意思，就写成了要交付15530元人民币。最后还是领导觉得数目不对，向我指出了这个问题。当得知ccp15530只是文件标号时，我为自己的自作聪明感到十分羞愧。好在问题发现的及时，避免了合作双方的误会，这也提醒我在遇到不懂的问题时一定要虚心求教。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务，国际金融以及电子商务课程的知识竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

在短暂的实习生涯中，我总结出了如下经验：

1、严格遵守公司章制度

在学校里学习生活，虽然有一些校园纪律在约束自己的行为，但相对于在公司里工作，还是非常懒散和不受控制的。因为这校园纪律大都是警告性质的，不会对自己的发展有多大的影响。在公司里工作，在方方面面都有详细的规章制度，这些制度就像高压电线一样，如果触犯它们，就会受到惩罚，这些影响可能会对你以后的发展带来很坏的影响。同时，要成为一个非常职业、非常有素质的职业者，必须积极地去面对自己的工作，认真刻苦的来把工作做好，想尽一切办法把自己的工作做的完美。而作为一个职业者，认真负责、积极进取的态度会是自己发奋工作的原动力。所以，要成功地进行实习，必须首先树立去认真负责、刻苦、积极进取的职业操守，像一个真正的职业者一样要求自己。

2、多听、多看、多想、多做、少说

我们到公司工作以后，要知道自己能否胜任这份工作，关键是看你自己对待工作的态度。态度对了，即使自己以前没学过的知识也可以在工作中逐渐的掌握。态度不好，就算自己有知识基础也不会把工作做好，我刚到这个岗位工作，根本不清楚该做些什么，刚开始我觉得很头痛，可经过工作过程中多看别人怎样做，多听别人怎样说，多想自己应该怎样做，然后自己亲自动手去多做，终于在短短几天里对工作有了一个较系统的认识，慢慢的自己也可以完成相关的工作了，光用嘴巴去说是不行的，所以，我们今后不管干什么都要端正自己的态度，这样才能把事情做好。

3、少埋怨

有的人会觉得公司这里不好那里不好，同事也不好相处工作也不如愿，经常埋怨，这样只会影响自己的工作情绪，不但做不好工作，还增加了自己的压力，所以，我们应该少埋怨，要看到公司好的一面，对存在的问题应该想办法去解决而不是去埋怨，这样才能保持工作的激情。

4、虚心学习

在这次实习过程中，我们碰到很多问题，有的是我们懂得的，也有很多是我们不懂的，不懂的东西我们要虚心向同事或领导请教，当别人教我们知识的时候，我们也应该虚心的接受，不要认为自己懂得一点鸡毛蒜皮就飘飘然。

5、错不可怕，就怕一错再错

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 20xx I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

In retrospect I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. 一、做到了认真备课。不但备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生小班教学的实际，针对不同年级教学目标的不同：让三四年级学生在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的能力，还让学生试着模仿教材书写单词;让五六年级在保持兴趣的基础上学习新知识，加大听写单词的力度。设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对该课做出总结，写好教学后记。

二、增强上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快;注意精讲精练，在课堂上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。现在学生普遍反映喜欢上英语课，尤其是五年级的学生。

三、认真批改作业：布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。对于四个年级的学生，培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。

四、坚持用英语组织课堂教学。目前，由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学习英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所，我坚持多用英语与学生交流，为学生营造良好的学习语言的环境。

一、基本情况

廖明生，男，1970年8月出生，现担任市南海区第一中学英语科组长，高三(6)、(7)班英语教师兼高三(6)班班主任。1993年6月毕业于山东师范大学外文系，本科。1993年7月至1996年7月任江西省赣南师范学院外语系老师，1996年8月至今任南海一中英语教师。20____年10月入选佛山市高中英语骨干教师培训班赴安徽师范大学培训，20____年4月被广东省教育厅定为赴英国进修候选英语骨干教师。1998年11月获中学英语一级教师资格，现申报中学英语高级教师资格。

二、申报理由

本人自1998年被评为中学英语一级教师以来，任教高三英语教学4年，担任英语科长2年。我热爱祖国，热爱党的教育事业，坚决拥护党的基本路线，遵纪守法，有高度的责任感和积极进取精神，能服从工作安排，认真负责地完成教育教学任务，积极履行科组长职责。能为人师表，按照教育教学规律培养学生，关心学生，积极引导学生关心时事，关心社会，自觉实施素质教育。取得了很好的成绩，近五年的年度考核有两年被评为优秀，连续两年被评为学校优秀科组长，所带科组也被被为优秀科组。20____学年度被评为南海市高中英语学科骨干教师，20____年被评为佛山市优秀青年教师。至今任现职已满5年，符合有关规定，现申报英语高级教师资格。

下面我对任现职5年来的工作做一个总结。

(一)教学教研工作

1、任现职以来，我始终把教研放在第一位，把成为一个学者型的教师作为自己的奋斗目标。不断鞭策自己，勤奋学习，努力提高自己的理论水平，把握英语学科最新的改革趋势，理解国家基础课程改革的发展方向。从20____年10月至11月，我参加了安徽师范大学国家级高中英语骨干教师培训班，并以优异成绩结业。任现职以来有四个学年担任高三英语教学，积累了不少的教学经验。我还积极参与校本教材的开发与编写工作，1997年与南海市属中学的教师共同合作编写了《高中英语600句》，20____年与一中英语科组的老师合编了《英语早读文摘》，20____年主编了《高中英语词汇手册》。

任高中英语老师后，我在如何提高高中英语口语和听力教学效率及网络教学方面努力进行探讨，取得了较好成果。1998年所写论文《口语教学“秘诀”》获南海市优秀教学论文评比二等奖，20____年所写论文《培养“听话”的学生》获南海市优秀教学论文评比三等奖、20____年所写论文《因特网与英语教学》发表于20____年>教师版。

我在教学工作中积极进行教学改革，积极探索现代化教育技术，熟练掌握了CAI教学软件应用技术，在教学中广泛应用。我制作、维护的科组主页及个人主页分别获得科组主页评比、个人主页评比一等奖。电教录像课《AttheShop》获20____年南海市优秀电教课评比三等奖，20____学年被学校评为“推进信息技术教育先进分子”一等奖。所写论文《构建网络环境下的电子备课流程》在20____年南海市学科教学论文评比中受到一致好评，被评为一等奖。

2、任英语科组长以后，积极组织科组老师探索大面积提高英语教学效率的方法。在英语早读课、英语课前活动、英语第二课堂活动、英语墙报、科组主页等方面，积极营造校园学习英语的大环境，激发学生学习英语的兴趣。注重英语教学基本目标与学生学习英语个性目标的有机结合。大胆打破课堂教学封闭圈，积极摸索课教学新方法。

我着力从改善英语早读、抓好英语晚听训练、创设校园英语学习环境这几方面去改革一中英语教学。

首先，与科组老师一起编辑《早读文摘》一书，内容包括了许多体裁，这些文章深受学生的喜爱，对一中学生英语成绩的提高起了很大作用。在我和科组老师的共同努力下，南海一中的英语早读课书声朗朗，学生英语口语水平大有提高，语感更强。

其次，抓好英语晚间听力训练。从1998年起，我校英语科组首开“英语晚听”先河，每周从星期天到星期五晚自习前半个小时，给学生提供丰富多彩的`晚间英语节目，内容包括听力练习题、录像带《走遍美国》、《新世纪英语》、《希望英语》、《洪恩英语》等，还派专人负责录制中央电视台的英语教学节目用于晚间英语训练。英语晚间听力训练收到了很好的效果。另外，从20____学年开始，专门开设了每周半个小时的英语电影节目，增加学生学习英语环境的真实性。相信这些举措会进一步促进我校学生英语学习的进步。

第三、创设校园英语学习环境。除了定期出版英语墙报介绍英语综合知识、建设英语科组网站外，英语科组还先后组建成立了南海一中西洋学社、英语口语协会等社团组织。在学校领导的大力支持下，英语科组在20____年和20____年举办了了两届南海一中英语语言文化艺术节，这些活动极大程度地丰富了学生的英语第二课堂生活，极大地激发了学生学习英语的兴趣和热情。

3、任现职以来，我积极承担市、校级公开课教学，均受到广泛好评。____年__月，我承担____英语听力教学研究课《____》的教学，受到____教研室领导和兄弟学校老师的一致好评;____-____学年，我上了__级公开课《____》;____年____月，我承担的____英语口语教学研讨会口语教学示范课《____》受到好评;____-____学年我上了三次公开课。另外，从____年担任英语科组长后，我所有的课都向科组老师开放。

4、任现职以来，我积极关心培养青年教师，和他们一起研究教学中出现的疑难问题，交流教学体会，设计教学环节，交流在课堂上提问学生和回答学生问题的技巧，探讨网络环境下多媒体的运用和借助网上资源提高教学效率的方法等问题。这些指导都收到了极好的效果，受到了科组老师们的肯定。

(二)、德育教育工作

教育的核心是“育人”，科教兴国的战略意义就是提高国民的综合素质。我深知自己责任重大。作为一个教师，我始终把教会学生学会做人摆在第一位。在班主任工作中，我能够面向全体学生，注重培养学生良好的思想品德。为了做好班主任工作，我非常重视了解和研究学生个体的思想品质、学业成绩、兴趣爱好、特长、性格特征、成长经历以及家庭情况、社会环境等等。对学生个体进行综合了解、全面分析进而把握整个班集体的发展情况。严抓班风，建立健全的班级管理制度，做好班级文化建设。注重对学生的学法指导，让学生学会学习。以身作则，加强老师的榜样作用，树立老师人格魅力。注重与学生家长的联系，提高社会和家长的教育功效。因此，在建设班风学风，转化差生上，取得了较好的成绩。

三、晋升后的工作设想

1、主动去承担研究课题。

2、维护好科组网站，使它成为和外界交流的一个重要途径，维护好我的个人主页，提供一个虚拟的学习环境。

3、积极参与学校的课题研究，推动英语教学研究的发展，积极探索信息技术与英语学科整合的新途径。

4、努力钻研现代教育教学理论，学习当代最先进的教育心理学理论，学习我国基础教育课程改革的有关文件和理论，把握英语学科的改革方向。

5、积极开展对外交流活动，学习先进经验。

6、不断进取，以科教兴国为己任，为祖国教育尽自己所能。
