在生活中，食品要多样化，注意充分搭配，发挥营养素的互补作用。日常膳食中的主要食物大致可分为粮食谷物类、蔬菜瓜果类、豆类、动物食品类，油脂类和调味品类等等。各种食物所含的营养素种类、数量以及质量有很大差别。在安排幼儿饮食的时候要做到主副食、粗细粮、荤与素、干与稀的合理搭配。

只有合理安排幼儿的饮食，才能满足幼儿机体生长发育的需要，使他们健康快乐地成长!

五、家长工作

一个班的工作能否得以顺利的开展，除了靠几个老师的努力之外，更重要的是要得到家长们的支持和配合。特别在小班，因小朋友年龄小，自理能力比较差，所以家长都比较紧张、担心，自然对我们老师的要求也比较高。为了使家长信任、支持和配和我们的工作，我采取了以下措施：

1、主动亲切地与家长沟通。

我充份利用了早接和放学的时间跟家长交流，使家长了解自己孩子在园的情况。

2、定期进行家访、电访。

一、 教师道德修养要加强理论学习

1、 教师要认真学习理论，做好笔记，是教师职业道德修养的必要办法，教师要有奉献精神，把教育和培养好孩子作为教育事业做贡献的快乐，为教育好孩子，为幼教事业而奋斗。

2、 在理论学习中去深刻体会理解教师道德规范和要求。

二、 勇于实践磨练，增强情感体验

教师职业道德修养与教育实践活动结合，按照教师的道德规范和要求，不断进行自我教育和自我改造。在实践中不断认识，不断提高，不断完善。

三、 确立目标，坚持不懈的努力

每个教师从自身的实际情况出发，确立可行的目标，去努力实现自身的师德从无到有，从现有层次向更高层次的攀登。

要想当好幼儿教师有以下几点，都是我自己的看法哈，第一，有爱心要懂得照护，呵护她们，说话要让他们感觉的温馨，不会觉得这老师好凶哦，要让她们当姐姐看待，多和他们沟通交流，知道她们在想什么，从而得到他们的信任，第二，要有耐性现在的小朋友可不是以前的小朋友了，他们都是家长的宝贝，不能对他们打骂，而且现在的小朋友很调皮、很难缠，你就必须静下心来好好教导他们还要让他们听进你的话。第三，要再小朋友里建立威信，让他们知道你不是好欺负的，最好是软硬都使，好让他们觉得这老师都是为他们好，但然你就是个好老师了，这是我的看法，但然很欠缺，其他的就让其他友友补充吧

面对天真灿烂、活泼可爱的幼儿，首先教师一定要具有爱心、耐心与细心，教师的感情对幼儿有感染作用，因此，教师良好的情感品质是其职业的要求之一。学前幼儿知识经验少，是非观念差，独立生活能力缺乏，他们不仅需要成人对他们生活上的细心照料，行为品德上的细心引导，而且需要得到老师感情上的关爱与呵护，教师只有关心爱护儿童。才能得到更好的信任，才能取得良好的教育效果。当然，教师对孩子们的爱应该是发出内心的，是一种建立在理智基础上的爱，教师即应对孩子一视同仁，尊重他们的人格，保护他们的自尊心，提出合理而严格的要求。

当然，教师的沉着，自制，会有效地影响幼儿的意志品质，学前幼儿年幼无知，自控能力差，常会出现各种行为问题，如任性、不遵守规则、不听从规劝、违背老师提出的要求，同伴之间不能友好相处。攻击性行为较多，教师要善于调整，控制自己的情绪，处事冷静，以和平的态度对待幼儿，同时耐心地对他们进行教育，如果教师缺乏自制力，用粗暴的方式对待幼儿，例如讽刺挖苦，甚至体罚或变相体罚。这不仅会伤害幼儿的情感，而且会影响幼儿的身心健康。教师的喜怒无常对孩子是极为有害的，容易使一些幼儿去窥测教师情绪的“情雨表”。形成两面孤立的行为方式，从而影响幼儿的健康发展。

作为教师的个人情感、意志、个性特征、以及与幼儿交往的方式，教育幼儿的方式，都会对幼儿性格的形成产生潜移默化的影响。充实，丰富的生活内容，快乐的情绪体验给幼儿温馨的爱抚和安全感，会使幼儿变得活泼开朗，乐观向上。相反，单调的生活刺激、刻板的教育模式、冷漠的环境氛围会使幼儿个性难以健康发展。因此，从幼儿健康发展来看，教师应成为幼儿快乐的天使，以充满活力的形象、快乐的个性、大方的仪容去赢得幼儿的尊重与喜爱，从而塑造幼儿的性格。

幼儿园工作总结:托班幼儿英语教学总结

针对托班宝宝英语学习的这一特点，我通过实践总结了以下的教学方法，让宝宝们在玩中学，学中乐，真正地体会英语带给他们的收获和满足。

一、多听

不论学习哪种语言，听是说的前提，听给宝宝创造了学说的机会。托班宝宝对老师有一种依赖感，特别爱听老师说话。在英语教学中，我常用夸张的语言，较慢的语速，一遍一遍的向宝宝示范单词的读音。这里的“听”，先要保证教师发音的准确性，宝宝往往是先入为主，一旦给宝宝听到的是错误的发音，以后再纠正是很难的;其次，是要保证给宝宝听音的“量”，只有充分的听，宝宝才会理解所发语音的特点，在宝宝模仿的时候才可能到位;最后看老师的口型也是非常关键的，托班宝宝发音器官发育还不完善，听和说是不一致的，有时宝宝听到的是dog，可发出的音可能会是/dok/，这时要让宝宝仔细观察老师的口型，帮助宝宝理解。

二、多讲

在宝宝听的基础上，提高宝宝说的能力。为了排除小和尚念经似的跟念，为宝宝提供了游戏化的练习的机会，让宝宝在做做玩玩中，自然而然地说，并能较正确地发音。教学中设计了适合宝宝年龄特点的游戏，例run and touch游戏，听老师的发音，宝宝去碰玩具，并跟着发音;掷骰子游戏，在大骰子上贴着小动物的图片，投掷到哪一面，宝宝就念出小动物的英语发音等。游戏中宝宝对英语学习没有造作、压抑之感，宝宝学的开心，老师教的顺心。一个宝宝说错了或发音不准确，其他宝宝包括教师还可以当场纠正，及时给宝宝一个正确的发音。

在活动区中我还安排了“小小英语角”，投放生动有趣的图片，动物手偶等，吸引宝宝。只要有空，宝宝就会主动地指读单词，或是拿起手偶两两结伴做起语言游戏，宝宝愉快地生活于英语语言的大气氛中。整个区域活动中每个宝宝都有各自的性格特征，对于个别内向、不愿表达的孩子，老师可以在小小的区域中鼓励宝宝大胆地讲速，给与适当地指导，因人而异，因材施教，以使这部分宝宝也得到进步，并得到个性化的发音指导。

低龄托儿正是语言学习敏感期，只要引导得法、教育得法，学习的质与量常常超乎我们的预想。纠正发音固然重要，但关键还是抓住宝宝学习英语的年龄特点、抓住英语学习的科学性，让宝宝快乐学习、乐意开口，是我们的教学目的，但是我们更期盼早期的英语学习对宝宝终身的兴趣有积极影响，这才是我们的终极目标。
