四、存在问题

1、师资问题：我园现没有一个正规幼师，缺少一个教师、教学中的领头兵，教学质量存在必须的欠缺。

2、艺术班教学：艺术班相对应是一个高质量的班，但我园现有的教师并没有一位教师能成功的带领这个班。

3、班级人数相差较大：我园现有246人，但小班仅有32人，学前班有80余人。人数相差大，应加大对小班的招生力度，对开各班的升学幼儿严格按照年龄来。

4、设备不足：我园整个仅有两个洗手间，两个休息室。学前班幼儿中午不午休，安全隐患较大。楼下的洗手间也太小，小朋友容易出安全事故。

五、下期设想：

1、定好明确的学期目标，加大管理力度。

2、优化教师队伍，加强教师队伍建设，加强课堂教学管理。

3、加大对小、中班的宣传力度，做到幼儿进、退园平衡。
