经过小班的学习与生活，孩子们已经受到了一定的教育，他们与小班幼儿相比，尤其显著的特征，我们不难发现，有的孩子好动缺少学习方面的兴趣，特 别爱玩游戏。有的孩子语言表达能力也很出色，能把看到的事情说的很完整。有的孩子接受能力很好，在学习方面老师教的内容能很快接受。有的孩子在学习方面接 受能力可能稍微差一点，这就需要老师和家长的配合对孩子更加耐心的教导。

知识与能力的准备：幼儿在语言教育活动中已经会吟诵《静夜思》这首诗歌;在美工课上幼儿练习画黑夜和月亮，并且会用纸来折帽子;给孩子播放古装片，使孩子了解古代人的着装。

材料准备：《静夜思》图片，音乐，纸，颜料，小乐器，古代服饰、配饰，幼儿用书第15页放大的图片，幼儿用书，小椅子等。

活动过程

1.在情境中创编动作，初步用动作表现诗歌《静夜思》

谈话：如果小朋友在小的时候离开爸爸妈妈到很远的地方，会是什么样的心情呢?

通过看图片讲故事，帮助幼儿理解诗歌的背景和内容。

教师：看了刚才的图画，你能用动作表现一下李白是怎样思念故乡的吗?

2.按节奏吟诵《静夜思》

(1)教师朗诵《静夜思》，同时出示图片。幼儿欣赏。

(2)教师再次示范朗诵歌词，并以稳定拍的节奏配合拍手，幼儿跟随教师按稳定拍的节奏拍手。

(3)引导幼儿结合稳定拍，进行歌词的朗诵，注意重拍的运用。

(4)教师用动作提示，与幼儿进行歌词的对答，教师说前半句，幼儿对下半句。如，教师说“床前”，幼儿接“明月光”，以此类推。

(5)幼儿完整地朗诵歌词。

3.尝试用卡农的方式吟诵、演唱古诗词

教师请配班老师一起给幼儿做示范.幼儿做稳定拍配合。

A老师：“床前明月光。”

B老师：“明月光、明月光、明月光、明月光。”(重复4遍)

分组进行卡农式吟诵练习.两名老师各带一组幼儿分声部教学。

尝试用卡农的方式演唱古诗词。

4.共同表演

在活动室各角落设置绘画、道具、表演、配乐区。请幼儿自行选择到区域内根据古诗和音乐的意境进行绘画、制作和表演等活动。

教师积极引导幼儿用不同的方式表现音乐与古诗词。将幼儿的画作为背景，同时穿戴自己亲手制作的简单服饰、道具，进行《静夜思》的吟诵和演唱。

伴随着孩子们的成长，幼儿园在成长，我们的老师在成长，陇川县第二示范幼儿园的教育理念和教学经验也在日益丰富，本学期我园共有27名教职员工，256名就读幼儿，教师队伍及幼儿入园率不断上升。学期中教研工作紧紧围绕“以园本教研为突破口，以课题研究为载体，走内涵发展之路”这一总体思路，以争创县级示范性幼儿园为契机，以课题研究为抓手，以学习、借鉴、反思、研讨为主要途径，以科研促教改，以教改促质量，我们在不断努力，以务实的工作态度和作风来书写着自己的人生历程的每一天。

一、教学管理，提升保教品质

1、从转变观念入手，以教研为手段。建立三级教研网络，以全园为单位开展教育教学研究。

由于我园教师的教育教学能力和水平上存在着严重的不均衡的现象，为了更好地研究幼儿园所需，我们将每次教研活动的内容进行不同调整，在教研等方面开展结对帮扶活动，结合新课本开展了教育教学调研、幼儿园教育常规、班级环境创设和安全检查等。学期中进行了为期三天的教师教学公开课听课评课活动，老师们总结活动经验，反思不足，畅谈困惑，共同寻求游戏活动的最佳教育途径。整个观摩研讨活动构建了一个互相学习、资源共享、共同进步的教师专业成长平台，进一步加强了老师间的交流，共同提高，形成不断探索实践的良好氛围。

2、抓好教学常规管理，促进其规范、协调发展。

对教师的备课、教育活动，室内外游戏活动等加强管理，我们根据幼儿的年龄，依据《纲要》中各领域的教学目标，要求教师提前一周备好课，由办公室每月检查备课本一次，每月上交一份教育笔记或者教学反思，扎实落实保教常规，积极丰实保教内涵。为了真正体现幼儿的主体地位，我园开展艺术教育研讨活动，开展了幼儿每日形体舞蹈教学，并将游戏教育贯穿于幼儿的一日活动，注重随机教育和幼儿自主活动，优化一日活动的各个环节，从培养兴趣出发，鼓励幼儿去探索，去发现;开设各种活动区、游戏角，从培养创新意识和动手能力出发，引导幼儿在游戏中学习，在游戏中探索，使幼儿在玩中出兴趣，在学中显个性，在探索中出成效。

3、加强幼儿一日活动的管理，对幼儿的一日活动及行为规范进行教育和引导，从而使幼儿养成良好的行为习惯，培养了幼儿的生活自理能力。

4、大胆进行幼儿园教育课程改革。由原来统一智能多元整合课程转变为浙江教育出版社出版的《幼儿智能活动课程》;教师们边探索新课程边进行教学，这些活动的开展既丰富了教师经验、幼儿知识又让幼儿在活动中养成良好的品质习惯，可谓一举多得，获益匪浅。

二、借争创创县级示范园为契机，加强教学研究及师资培训，提高教师素质。

为了推进我园的内涵发展，我们借争创县级示范园为契机，充分发挥我园教研组在幼儿园课程改革、教育教学等方面的专业引领作用。各教研组积极开展多种形式的教学研讨活动。学期中赵芸琳老师和杨姣老师参加了德宏州课件及教学课程实况整合课比赛。赵芸琳、杨姣、金小团、封应仙、姜明锦、杨红慧、李加欢7位教师参加了县教育局组织的20xx年教师节绘画、书法、摄影大赛。其中杨红慧老师摄影荣获二等奖，赵芸琳老师绘画《七彩云南》荣获三等奖。赵芸琳老师20xx年6月参加由中美学院社会美术水平考级中心和云南青少年书画艺术协会联合举办的“云南省第二届青少年学生、教师美术大赛”活动中，荣获指导教师一等奖;20xx年10月在“云南省第八届青少年学生综合素质大赛”活动中，指导学生作品成绩突出，荣获指导教师一等奖。20xx年十一月在“第四届云南(20xx)新教育论文研讨”活动中，作品《如何结合本土民族文化开展亲子活动》荣获一等奖。20xx年被评为“平安校园创建工作先进工作者”
