而且，在生活中我无微不至的关心、照顾班里的每一位幼儿，留意他们的饮食、帮助幼儿在不同的天气穿脱衣服，细心照顾生病的幼儿的同时，及时和家长取得联系，将孩子的病情详细反映。并注重为幼儿营造一个舒适、健康、温馨的生活环境，以减少孩子们对家长的思念，并让孩子们能够身心愉悦、健康、快乐的成长。正因为实实在在的付出，不仅得到了家长的认可，还赢得了家长的信任，本人于本学期荣获“模范爱生教师”称号。

一、班级情况

我们与全脱班共用一个教室，给卫生打扫工作带来很多麻烦，尹老师尽心尽责地进行卫生保健工作，她严格按照园里的要求执行各类物品的消毒工作，踏踏实实从不因全脱班给我们带来的不便而影响工作。让幼儿生活在一个整洁、舒适的环境中。因为我班幼儿刚入园，所以我班的卫生保健工作一向也较为细致。我们两位老师每天都兢兢业业、细心、耐心的观察记录。如：晨检时注意观察幼儿脸色，幼儿有不舒服现象及时通知家长，因小班幼儿还不能及时的表达需要，日常生活中注意观察幼儿脸色及表情及时了解她的要求。特别在幼儿吃饭方面，我们三位老师更是细心照顾，不怕麻烦，引导幼儿吃好吃饱。半年来，我班幼儿基本上都学会了独立吃午饭，养成了良好的进餐习惯。在幼儿喝水方面，家长们也比较关注，我们开展了“给汽车加油”的活动，每天保证幼儿喝够三杯水。让幼儿明白口渴时应及时补充水分。

2、常规教育

我们十分重视孩子常规的培养。在幼儿入园后不久我们进行了一日常规教育，培养了幼儿良好的生活和卫生习惯。如：入厕、洗手喝水、吃饭、午睡等都有秩序的进行。此外，我们还教幼儿学会做一些力所能及的事，自己的事情自己做，由于我们三位老师统一要求、统一管理，我班的幼儿使幼儿从小就养成良好的行为习惯。

四、家长工作

回顾已经过去的上半年，这半年的时间中，我们幼儿园一向坚持着最初的本心，坚持打造一个以孩子为主，教育和娱乐共同并存的幼儿园。作为幼儿园的院长，我必须站在幼儿园的领头位置，也同样代表我得有更高的觉悟，对工作有着更加深入的了解。为此，我在这半年来在工作中也不曾停止过学习和思考，不断的在工作中寻找提升幼儿园工作的方法。

一、在思想上的提升

做为院长，我是幼儿园的代表，我首先要做的就是，比别人走的更快一步，就算走可是别人，但也要跟上社会的潮流。时代在不断的变化，教育的政策和方针也是在变化，我在这半年来如同过去一样，密切的关注着教育方面的政策的变化。

还有就是关于幼儿园内的园规等规则，严格的记牢，并不断的在会议中针对最近的状况提起，要求教师们都能牢记幼儿园的规则，并在教学中，将交给幼儿们需要遵守的规则。仅有大家都遵守这最基本的规则，幼儿园内最基本的安全才能得到保障。

二、安全方面

在上半年中，我依然每一天坚持在幼儿园门口接送幼儿，保证每个幼儿都能安全到园，安全离园。

除了基本的平时的安全方面的教育，我也同时注重着幼儿们平时生活的安全，尤其是对家长方面。家长们虽然一心都是为了孩子着想，可是也总是会有一些盲区。为此，我提倡举行家长和教师会议，双方互相了解对孩子的保护和教育问题，让幼儿能更好的学习如何避开危险。同时，家长和教师也多学习和巩固安全方面的注意事项。

三、卫生方面

这方面是幼儿园除了安全之外的又一大重点，在幼儿园扫除的时候，我都是亲自巡视检查，自我也会亲手去动手打扫幼儿的教室等，在我们全幼儿园的教职工的努力下，这上半年来的卫生都是几乎完美达标。

四、教学方面和家庭的互动

上半年以来，我组织了多次教师们的学习培训工作，并定时召开教师会议，请各位有经验的老幼教们传授自我的工作经验，新教师们也能够讲讲自我在工作上的问题和发现。作为院长，我自然也是需要进取的带动这个会议的走向，在会议上指出教育的方向，并对教师们的发言做出解答或指正。

在教学上，我们坚持“家庭就是第一个幼儿园”的主张，全力的提倡家长也多在家中关注幼儿的学习，并要求教师及时在家长群中发送当天的学习或是活动，让家长在接幼儿回去后也能进取的参加幼儿的教学，让教育的效果事半功倍。

教学过程

一、配同类色。

1、幼儿教师：今日很多色彩孩子到我们小(1)班，看，有哪一些色彩孩子，孩子集体念。

2、幼儿教师手里拿一個“红孩子”：“来了个红孩子，它讲：我的好伙伴同我长得非常像，看看，这儿谁与我长得最像，请你们来帮助我找找。”孩子找着粉红。“好伙伴，手牵手，抱抱。”幼儿教师演示2个孩子的动作。

3、用相同的方式找着另三对同类色。

二、观测和察看印染手绢的方式。

1、幼儿教师展示范例：看，色彩孩子跳到了手绢上，他们把手绢装扮的多漂亮呀!它们是怎么样装扮得哩?

2、幼儿教师演示印染手绢的方式。

幼儿教师：如此漂亮的手绢是怎样装扮出来的啊?我们来看看。

将正方形的餐巾纸对折3次成三角形——将对折好的餐巾纸的各个部位各自蘸一下色彩——悄悄地打开。

三、孩子集体回想印染的步骤，探讨需留心的地方。

1、蘸颜料的时间不可以过长。

2、印染后打开时要悄悄地、慢慢地。

四、孩子染手绢，幼儿教师指导

1、勉励孩子勇敢印染。

2、给能力弱的孩子适合的协助。

3、勉励孩子在打开时不惧艰难，坚持做完1件事。

五、作品出示。

1、将孩子作品平放于桌上，孩子向小伙伴推荐自个儿的作品，并说一说喜爱哪1幅作品，为何?

2、为喜爱的作品奖一個奖牌。

反思：

教师演示的环节里，我在课前做了进一步的尝试。用来染色的纸质量要好而且要厚一些，这样不容易烂。其次就是对于选用的颜料有一定的要求，应用水溶性较好的水彩颜料或国画颜料，这样染出来的手绢色彩更均匀亮丽。

教师示范时，我分了三个小环节。对边折成正方形，染边;对角折成三角形，染角;以及边角混染。告诉幼儿可以变换不同的折法，不同的染法，可以染出不同效果的手绢。同时我把这一操作过程编成了口诀，更易于幼儿理解和操作。

在幼儿操作过程中，许多幼儿能掌握这个染纸的方法，而且每个孩子能创造出更新颖更漂亮的图案，这让我很惊奇同时也很高兴。

教师在操作过程中只给了简单的指导，幼儿就可以发挥的空间，印染出新奇漂亮的手绢。而且幼儿在操作过程中注意了卫生的问题，都能干净的完成。
