1、树立正确的民主管理意识。

首先，幼儿园里的每一个人都应有强烈的归属感、职责感和荣誉感，如果幼儿园不存在了，那还有什么管理可言。其次，每个人都有被关爱、被认可、求发展的需要。管理者是这样，被管理者也是这样。第三，要有赞赏意识。每个人都要学会赏识同事、赏识领导、赏识幼儿园、赏识自我，赏识能使一个人看到自我努力的价值，因而就有了前进的动力。第四，要有正确的批评与自我批评意识和方法。批评的目的是让人理解。正确的批评应当是在肯定成绩的基础上、与人为善的态度、就事论事提出的。第五，要有管理适应性意识。

2、营造和谐的民主管理氛围。

首先，要有信息沟通氛围，管理者之间要信息沟通，领导与教师之间信息沟通，教师与教师之间信息也要沟通。其次，要有人际交往的氛围。多开展各类竞赛活动和全园娱乐活动，来展示自我。第三，要有一个发展的氛围。无论是园长还是教师，都要不断的学习、不断发展。要允许每一个人冒尖、允许失败、允许表现、鼓励学习。

3、建立健全的民主管理制度。

健全的民主管理制度要有民主管理的机构及机构的会议制度。如：教职工大会、家长委员会、教代会;要有民主的决策制度，每一项重大的决策都提交大家讨论，以保证决策顺利进行;要有公示制度，幼儿园的计划、评价、工资、各类政策要及时想大家公布，让教师们做到心中有数，幼儿园的工作就能做到有条不紊;还要有领导评价与员工自我评价相结合的制度、自我管理制度、自我教育制度等等。

二、公平、公正，为教师的差异和差异寻找空间

每一个个体都存在着差异，教师也不然。作为管理者，要承认差异，以宽容平和的心态看待差异，寻找个体差异，帮忙教师找到个体的目标，获得有差异的发展。在幼儿园，要经过各种途径展示教师所长，让教师们感到，我在某方面长于别人也是幼儿园的财富，这就建立了自信;我在某方面短于别人，是群体发展的障碍，要时刻坚持清醒。园长应尊重不一样差异的教师，要善于寻找教师身上的闪光点，多看到他们的长处。多看长处能使其特点得到发扬，并在发扬中自然抑制某些弱点。当教师自我的长处能被别人看到，并受到尊重和爱护时，又极有利于增强自信心。有了自尊、自爱、自重，在此基础上才会焕发出自强不息，发奋向上的精神。所以，园长不良好的人际关系，营造一种和睦、宽松的工作环境，使教师在简便愉快、无拘无束的状态下投入工作。这样其主体性的发挥，便有了一个良好的人文基础。

三、激发教工学习力，创立学习型团队

1、打破局限思考。大部分教师学习力不强的主要原因，是教师囿于自我工作或职责范围之内，认为只要勤勤恳恳地把自我应当做的做好了，就是合格的组织一员了，所以对学习缺乏动力。作为领导要营造气氛，创造条件，要求每个教职工不仅仅要尽职尽责，更要鼓励大家成为发动机;不仅仅要独善其身，更要引导大家着眼于未来，使大家从未来的发展、幼儿园的发展以及自我的发展中看到学习的重要性，使学习成为每个人的自觉行为。

2、推动自我超越。自我超越是个人成长的学习修炼。作为领导，要让每个成员认识到底什么对我们最重要。那里的重要除了个人价值外，还有幼儿园的价值，即明确幼儿园的发展目标，并使之了解具体的内涵和意义，然后尽可能融合这两种价值。同时，要让每个人随时了解目前的真实情景，即了解已经取得的成果和距离，了解在实现目标的过程中，明白自我身在何处。在目标与现实的差距中，让大家看到危机、挑战、自我的无知与不足，也让大家体验到只要努力期望必须能实现，于是永不停止学习就成为每个人的自觉行为。

采取多种方式，强化行为动机
