My English Teacher

Miss Wang is my English teacher. She looks very young. Shes about thirty years old, and she wears glasses. Shes funny . But she is strict with us. She wants us to study hard. Her lessons are interesting. We are very happy in her class and we all like her lessons. She is a good teacher, and we all like her.

I was born in a small village of Shan Dong Province on April 4th, 1968. When I was young, my family was very poor, so I had to work to earn money to help my parents after class when I was in the middle school.

In 1986 I was admitted by University of International Business and Economics (or: UIBE) to pursue a bachelor degree in Economics. My major is accounting in Department of International Business Management. The undergraduate education

gave me a wide range of vision and taught me how to cooperate with others. I developed several professional interests in Accounting, Finance, and International Trade.

The following eight-year working experience offered me a good chance to give full play to my creativity, intelligence and diligence. In 1990-1993, I worked as an assistant to funding manager in China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. In 1993-present, I was employed by China Kingdom Import and Export Corporation to be the Manger of Financial and Accounting Division.

I do believe that with my hard early life, solid educational background and ample working experience, I would be an excellent student of you MBA program.

MY PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT:

After graduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the funding manager by China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

WHY CHOOSE YOUR MBA PROGRAM?

After I have worked in business area for eight years, I feel that I need to continue my education by pursuing a Master degree in business administration. I have practiced my professional expertise in accounting, demonstrated my leadership abilities and perfected my communication skills. But I have yet to become an

entrepreneur in my own right, and to fully master the art of modern business. I want to be trained more vigorously in scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. There are a lot of opportunities and challenges in China that I do not yet fell fully confident to seize. 时间飞逝，转眼间又过了一个学期。一份耕耘、一份收获。当看到孩子健康成长，明年就要进入小学学习，看着他们这半年来，一步一个脚印地向前迈进，获得不同程度的进步，我真的很欣慰，而回顾这学期的教育历程，我记忆犹新。本学期我以新《纲要》为指南，根据本班幼儿的实际情况提高了保教质量，有目的、有计划地运用各种教育手段，进行教育教学活动。我和阿姨互相帮助、积极配合、取长补短，顺利完成了一学期的教育教学工作。在实施各计划的过程中，我注重把握整体发展水平与个体差异相结合，强化活动过程，让幼儿通过动手操作来掌握知识、积累经验。能因材施教，通过鼓励幼儿主动探索与老师的适当指导相结合，使每个幼儿在各自原有水平上得以提高。现总结如下：

一、常规方面：

我班幼儿主要来自农村乡镇，一部分来自外地。这些幼儿绝大多数又是独生子女，幼儿各方面的常规习惯通过上个学期的训练，已经有了明显的转变，但还是有小部分幼儿的常规不是很好。还有个别小朋友普通话不标准;少数的小朋友上课注意力不容易集中，在座位上动来动去，坐不住等等。针对这些现象，我们继续采用谈话讲故事情景表演游戏等形式教育小朋友，让小朋友知道幼儿园的常规习惯，并懂得什么是好的行为，什么是不好的行为，从中建立正确的评价观，懂得要做个活泼，乐观，积极向上，有礼貌，讲卫生，守纪律的好孩子,从而形成正确而又良好的常规习惯。

现在小朋友礼貌习惯较好，早晨能主动向老师“问早”，离园后能主动和老师说“再见”;在卫生习惯方面、服装穿着整洁，都能做到饭前便后洗手，在学习上，兴趣高，还能积极大胆地发言，本学期,我园还开展了各项活动比赛,在比赛中孩子的能力得到了提高，同时,也让幼儿了解到,自己的事情应该自己做.总之，在这一学期中幼儿各方面的常规习惯均获得了较大的提高和改善。

二、思想品德方面

现在的孩子大多数是独生子女，都是家长的“心头肉”，虽说他们有着“优生优育”的优势，但也存在着较多的缺点;如他们任性，独占欲强，不能谦让，不会关心他人，但是通过我的教育，如讲故事，谈话等，使小朋友知道了要尊重长辈，团结小朋友，对人要有礼貌，小朋友之间要互谦互让，互相帮助，并会关心班级体，能主动为班集体做些力所能及的事等等，上学期存在的一些问题，如：小朋友玩玩具时仍然有你争我抢的现象，在这个学期的教育和引导下，基本上不出现这种现象了。

三、健康方面

我加强了做操的力度，在做操时时，要求幼儿动作正确、合拍，姿势优美。在晨锻、体育课时都加强了基本动作的训练，注重提高个别幼儿的能力，引导幼儿正确地创造性地使用，继续加强了同伴间的合作，提高幼儿的环保意识。提高幼儿的自我保护意识，提醒幼儿多用肥皂洗手，注重保教结合，增强幼儿的抵抗能力。在幼儿看书写字时纠正幼儿的坐姿和写字姿势，引导幼儿从小保护视力。针对许多幼儿都在换牙的情况，为幼儿讲一些换牙小常识。平时多留心观察幼儿，使每个幼儿都能长出漂亮整齐的牙齿。

四、语言方面

我以亲切的姿态对幼儿进行教育，建立起平等、宽松的教育环境。在教学活动中，运用各种自制教具，充分发挥各教育教学手段，加强师幼互动，为幼儿提供了更多更新的知识，使每个幼儿都能积极参加教学活动。进一步培养了幼儿的自主阅读的能力，在工作中不断尝试运用一些新形式、新方法开展了幼儿阅读活动。通过创设丰富的阅读环境，为幼儿营造愉快的阅读氛围。如区域活动,“主题墙”为幼儿设置展示的空间，如“我喜欢，我快乐”、“神秘的大自然”等主题活动都以绘画呈现的方式让幼儿参与、观察与欣赏。家长园地为家长提供更丰富的阅读材料。我还注意激发浓厚的阅读兴趣，探索多样的阅读方式，把阅读活动建立在幼儿的兴趣上，并以多样的阅读方式指导幼儿阅读，提高幼儿的阅读能力。有小组合作式阅读、个别化阅读、交流式阅读、诵读诗歌等方式。在阅读活动中孩子们无论从注意力、语言表达、早期阅读方面，还是在想象力、创造力、表现力等方面都有了显著的提高。

五、社会方面 为提高幼儿的交往能力，特别是对一些性格内向的幼儿，我们采用“一帮一”“一带一”的方式，为个别幼儿提供交往的机会，提高幼儿互相协作的能力。“三八”节来临时让幼儿介绍自己妈妈的工作，使幼儿了解各行各业人们的劳动，培养幼儿对劳动者的热爱和对劳动成果的尊重。为从小培养幼儿的劳动观念，我除了让幼儿自己的事情自己做以外，还引导幼儿在老师的帮助和指导下，学习为大家擦桌、扫地、整理各活动区域等一些力所能及的事情，使每个孩子在劳动中体验到劳动的快乐，提高了劳动技能。

六、科学方面

通过引导幼儿观察大雨前夕，蚂蚁等小动物的变化，组织幼儿积极参加小组讨论，积极探索，培养幼儿合作学习的意识和能力，并引导幼儿通过语言讲述、歌表演、画画等多种方式表现、交流、分享探索的过程和结果。下大雨时，让幼儿感受风力、风向、气温、动植物及人们的变化，在活动中鼓励幼儿大胆提出问题，发表不同意见，初步提高了幼儿探索大自然奥秘的兴趣，进一步培养了幼儿的环保意识。指导幼儿植物角管理，经常给植物浇水,引导他们观察植物的生长变化过程，并通过绘画、手工制作等方式表达出自己的所见所闻，提高了幼儿对科学活动的兴趣。

七、艺术方面

饭后有时组织幼儿去塑胶地上游戏，在游玩的过程中，注重引导幼儿从小保护生态环境，并让幼儿在不知不觉中感受到了集体的温暖和春天的气息，激发了他们爱家乡、爱大自然的情感。我们还开展了丰富多样的艺术活动。激发了幼儿长大后要把家乡、把祖国建设,互动能体验到自己的力量、地位和价值，感受到自己的成长与进步。所以我在开学初，就与幼儿共同收集、整理游戏材料,布置活动区域。在上学期活动开展的基础上，制定、修改相应的游戏规则，游戏内容由幼儿讨论产生。并合理利用了家长资源，幼儿亲自参加收集后，既美化教室的整体环境，又提高了幼儿的主人翁意识，也更爱惜玩具了。

九、家长工作方面

在家长工作方面，能和家长保持密切的联系，及时和家长交换意见，做家长和孩子的贴心人。平时填写好《成长档案》，及时反应幼儿在园学习、生活的情况，定期利用网络进行家园沟通。每周更换“家长园地”的教学内容，还在“家长园地”中开辟了保健小知识，深受家长们的欢迎。平时能注意了解每个家长的特点，提高服务质量，对幼儿家长的态度和蔼，在工作中做到一视同仁。

幼儿大班第一学期教学总结二：

一、幼儿基本情况分析我班幼儿男生少，女生多。通过大班上学期的培养及教育，本班幼儿在各方面都有了不同程度的提高，特别幼儿在幼儿的语言、美术、音乐等方面有了明显的提高，幼儿的一日生活常规也有了较大的进步。

从身体发展情况看，我班幼儿对体育活动的兴趣较高，走、跑、跳、平衡能力发展迅速，喜欢玩拼插玩具，但合作能力培养不够。我班幼儿聪明、活泼，接受新知识快，但情绪过于浮躁，常规习惯学习习惯要特别加强培养，会用筷子进餐，衣服保洁干净，但动作时间概念要加强。幼儿上课时能遵守纪律，常规培养有待提高，但坐姿还需严格要求，保持正直状态。

从语言发展看，我班幼儿语言发展较好，词汇量积累不够多，语言表达较完整,大部分幼儿能清楚的表达自己的意见，但倾听能力要加强培养。

从科学发展看，对自然现象比较感兴趣，有一定的观察能力。能主动探索周围生活中常见的现象，对事物的特征观察有一定的顺序。

从数学发展看，逻辑思维培养发展一般，有一定的数概念，但数的分解、组成理解要重视培养。幼儿认知范围不全面、 不均衡且不够深入，特别是年龄较小的几个幼儿发展不够全面。

从艺术发展看，舞蹈节奏感比较好，需坚持，绘画要加大提高，作品要突出个性化。本学期还要开展了手工自制玩具和扩展思维想象能力的培养，过程中逐步培养了幼儿感受、欣赏美术作品的兴趣和表现力。

从社会性发展看，大部分幼儿活泼、开朗，主动进行有效的交往、合作、分享，能主动积极的参加班级活动，但公共卫生习惯培养有待进一步的培养。幼儿上课遵守纪律等方面还要严格要求，做事还需持久化。

二、教育方面我班幼儿聪明、活泼，好表现自我，吸收知识快。艺术方面发展较好，基本动作协调，节奏感强，喜欢跳舞和画画。学习习惯有很大的提高，上课时有一定的纪律性，举手比较积极，但坐姿要加强培养。常规习惯由于孩子情绪比较浮躁，因此入厕环节组织性不够，比较自由。本学期，我和刘梅老师执教，张老师负责配教。三位老师配合得十分默契，针对班上工作和问题开展班务会，进行协调，解决。

1、从幼儿的兴趣入手，带动家长，小组教学和个别教育相结合，让教师和家长，幼儿和家长、幼儿与同伴之间有更多的交流和对话。鼓励家长参与到幼儿的活动中来，为幼儿活动注入新的力量，开拓幼儿视野。

2、合理地组织幼儿的一日生活，动静交替，多种方式、方法结合，提高幼儿的学习兴趣。开展开放性的活动，家长和幼儿共同进行活动，(与幼儿合影留念)(珠算比赛)，开展活动注重让幼儿动手操作，如科学小实验等活动。

3、加强学习常规和生活常规的培养。在洗手过程中，我们为幼儿编了一个有趣的洗手歌，帮助幼儿掌握洗手的方法。"搓手心，搓手背，两手交叉搓一搓，手腕转三圈，转转大拇指，最后抓痒痒。"这个儿歌，让幼儿将手指、手背，手腕、虎口、指甲壳都洗得干干净净 。孩子饭前便后，玩玩具后，喝水前，都养成了良好的洗手习惯。

4、注重语言的运用，要求幼儿用准确的语言向老师问早，喝水，喝豆浆、入厕、点名、绘画、站队等环节都运用普通话。

5、开展班长竞选活动,激发孩子的兴趣,可培养幼儿语言表达能力,和锻炼幼儿的胆量,让每位幼儿参与进来,使幼儿真正成为主人,孩子们上进心都有明显的提高.

三、保育工作1、我班严格地执行消毒制度和隔离制度，坚持晨间消毒水泡手和锻炼和饭前便后洗手。

2、每天坚持2小时的户外活动，积极带领幼儿锻炼身体，开展了跳绳、转呼啦圈、滚铁环、走高跷、游戏等丰富多采的体育活动，增强幼儿的体质，大部分幼儿已经会跳绳了，不少孩子学会了转呼啦圈。

3、保证幼儿充足的睡眠，(12：00----2：20)提醒幼儿穿适量的衣物午睡，为幼儿换睡衣，即时更换汗湿的衣服，为体弱孩子调整床位，汗巾不离手，保育老师为幼儿勤擦汗。

4、提醒幼儿多喝水，每天喝水次数不少于六次，照顾体弱儿童。

5、 每天向幼儿介绍食谱，促进幼儿的食欲，保证每名幼儿吃饱、吃好。幼儿饭、菜、汤分开，保证幼儿的进食量，我班幼儿每餐饭都能按量吃完，没有剩饭的现象。教育幼儿细嚼慢咽，保证孩子30分钟的进餐时间。对于吃得快的孩子，老师不断提醒，要求孩子慢点儿吃，嚼烂了在吞。

6、每日订定时喂药，降低生病率.

学期工作又结束了,本期我在《纲要》精神的指导下，认真实施了本班的教育教学方案。在实施过程中，我认真落实各项教学活动,较好的完成了本期教学任务，取得了一定的成效。现总结如下：

一、对幼儿进行了操作习惯的培养

1、教孩子认识数学书,掌握正确的翻书方法，学会怎样爱惜书。

2、教孩子怎样运用学具,怎样保管好自己的学具。

特别是在本期的《组合建构篇》活动中,孩子对变化万千的方块学具非常感兴趣,我充分抓住孩子的兴趣,在教学活动中，坚持以“做中学、玩中学、学知识、练思维”的方式，以“手、眼、脑并用，教、学、做合一”的方式，让幼儿进行学具教学操作活动。通过对学具的嵌入、翻转、排列、组合，将所需传授的知识展开，螺旋式深化，运用学具操作活动,引导幼儿把零散的感性知识概括化，促进学习的迁移，形成举一反三的认知能力。并且在活动中我注重增强教学的多样性，提高了孩子的动手操作能力和主动自学的能力。

通过一期的学习,孩子在听故事、玩游戏的快乐环境中学习了量、数、计数、空间与数概念,并进一步提高了自己解决问题的能力,奠定了一生都受用的基础.

三、密切的家园合作

家庭是幼儿活动时间最长的场所,父母是孩子接触时间最久的对象，家长扮演着极其重要的角色,对于孩子的认知与学习，家长不仅不能缺席或忽视,更该担负部分的责任。所以在活动中我非常注重与家长沟通,争取家长的配合。让家长参与孩子的学习,协助幼儿园共同构建孩子 的心智与学习能力的发展。
