Since then I began to get rid from bad habits like dependent on people and have no patience for things. My study turned out to be better and better after that and the second year , I was honor to have a scholarship from Tongji University.

Secondly , my personality has been changed a lot during my college life. When I was a senior high student all I had to do is study but since I came to Tongji University I joined many communities like the English Corner, the climbing club, the Drama Club. My life became very interesting and since these communities are organized by students , we communicated a lot and had fun together , besides I learned how to communicate an cooperate with others. This helps me in my study. When I do team work with my fellow students , I know how to do to be in a team.

Finally and most important , I learned the basic knowledge of computer science , I really love this profession. And I am eager to use it in my graduate study and even my whole career. Thank you .

1.抢椅子

准备用具：椅子

游戏解析：将椅子围城一个圈，全班边唱边绕着椅子走动，当教师喊“Stop”时，每个幼儿尽快找到一个位子坐下来，动作最慢的必须回答教师一个英文问题或是单词，以此类推继续玩下去。

注意事项：在走动的过程中需要求幼儿唱歌或者练习句子、歌谣。

游戏延伸：可以改为要求两个人一起坐一个位子，彼此练习会话。

椅子也可以随意摆放，不过必须规定走动的路线。

2.投篮游戏

准备用具：海洋球，纸箱，闪卡

游戏解析：准备几个投篮的纸箱，贴上闪卡，幼儿根据教师提示将球丢到指定的纸箱内。

3.扫雷

准备用具：闪卡，炸弹卡，礼物卡

游戏解析：将多张礼物卡，炸弹卡按顺序反贴在黑板上。请幼儿回答教师指定的闪卡内容，打对的则有机会上台放一张卡片，翻到礼物卡得礼物，翻到炸弹卡则输。

4.向前冲

准备用具：图表(可自行设计)，磁铁数个，大骰子

游戏解析：画出图表(大部分是24个方格子的表格)，并将每一格编上编号，编号数字1是起始点，各组在该格子放一个磁铁做代表，教师问问题幼儿回答，回答对的组可以到前面来掷骰子，按照所掷出的数字移动磁铁，若幸运停在可爬梯子的格子，看哪一组先到达终点就获胜。

注意事项：也可以在格子上直接写上要问的问题，便于幼儿回答。

格子内可加上不同的颜色，例如红颜色格子要再往前一步等，增加游戏的复杂性。

5.食人鲨

准备用具：磁铁，骰子

游戏解析：将全班分成两组，一组是食人鲨shark,一组是游泳者swimmer，在白板上画图，食人鲨和游泳者距离十步，游泳者距离回家十步，终点是回家，游泳者必须在被鲨鱼抓到前回到家，教师可以问两组任何英文问题，先答对的就可以掷骰子移动磁铁，看是食人鲨先吃到游泳者还是游泳者先回到家。

注意事项：同理可以设计各种追赶线性的图表，如魔鬼不想让圣诞老公公发送礼物等。

6.肢体字母

准备用具：无

游戏解析：将全班分成若干小组，每组轮流派代表到讲台前，教师任意指定一个字母，然后他必须用屁股来写这个字母给该队组员猜，猜对就得分，猜不对则换别组猜，以此类推玩下去。

注意事项：适合中大班幼儿进行，小班幼儿则要求和教师做同样动作让其它幼儿猜即可

除了写字母，还可以画形状来让幼儿猜。

7.套圈圈

准备用具：塑料圈，闪卡

游戏解析：教师将图卡散在地上，请幼儿站在规定的地点，将塑料圈丢到教师念的闪卡上，丢到的幼儿必须正确念出闪卡上的单词就得分。

注意事项：一个一个幼儿轮流进行，不可一起丢圈引起意外

游戏延伸：可用实际的物品代替图片来玩

也可改为将闪卡放在不同的塑料圈里面，幼儿根据教师的提示将球丢到规定的圈内，正确丢中的奖励。

8.炸弹字卡

准备用具：闪卡，炸弹卡

游戏解析：首先将炸弹卡和其他闪卡混在一起，将全班分组，每一组各给十分，然后教师将闪卡一一翻给全班看，要全班一一念出来，若翻到炸弹卡，全班必须假装被炸到立刻坐下或趴下，最慢的那一组扣一分。

注意事项：注意炸弹卡的出示次数，可根绝幼儿情绪做调整

9.打不死的苍蝇

准备用具：苍蝇拍

游戏解析：事先将苍蝇中间剪开一个正方形，之后在黑板上写上不同字母。幼儿根据教师说的字母用苍蝇镂空的部分套字母。

游戏延伸：可将字母改为不同的字母小卡

10.捉迷藏

准备用具：闪卡

游戏解析：请出一名幼儿做鬼闭上眼睛，教师将卡片藏在某位幼儿的椅上，请幼儿坐在上面。之后请该做鬼的幼儿去根据寻找卡片，当他离卡片越近幼儿则越大声念单词越远越小声念。已引导幼儿找到大卡。

一、常规方面：

现在小朋友礼貌习惯较好，早晨能主动向老师“问早”，离园后能主动和老师说“再见”;在卫生习惯方面、服装穿着整洁，都能做到饭前便后洗手，在学习上，兴趣高，还能积极大胆地发言，本学期,我园还开展了各项活动比赛,在比赛中孩子的能力得到了提高，同时,也让幼儿了解到,自己的事情应该自己做.总之，在这一学期中幼儿各方面的常规习惯均获得了较大的提高和改善。

二、思想品德方面

现在的孩子大多数是独生子女，都是家长的“心头肉”，虽说他们有着“优生优育”的优势，但也存在着较多的缺点;如他们任性，独占欲强，不能谦让，不会关心他人，但是通过我的教育，如讲故事，谈话等，使小朋友知道了要尊重长辈，团结小朋友，对人要有礼貌，小朋友之间要互谦互让，互相帮助，并会关心班级体，能主动为班集体做些力所能及的事等等，上学期存在的一些问题，如：小朋友玩玩具时仍然有你争我抢的现象，在这个学期的教育和引导下，基本上不出现这种现象了。

三、健康方面

一、幼儿基本情况分析我班幼儿男生少，女生多。通过大班上学期的培养及教育，本班幼儿在各方面都有了不同程度的提高，特别幼儿在幼儿的语言、美术、音乐等方面有了明显的提高，幼儿的一日生活常规也有了较大的进步。

从身体发展情况看，我班幼儿对体育活动的兴趣较高，走、跑、跳、平衡能力发展迅速，喜欢玩拼插玩具，但合作能力培养不够。我班幼儿聪明、活泼，接受新知识快，但情绪过于浮躁，常规习惯学习习惯要特别加强培养，会用筷子进餐，衣服保洁干净，但动作时间概念要加强。幼儿上课时能遵守纪律，常规培养有待提高，但坐姿还需严格要求，保持正直状态。

从语言发展看，我班幼儿语言发展较好，词汇量积累不够多，语言表达较完整,大部分幼儿能清楚的表达自己的意见，但倾听能力要加强培养。

从科学发展看，对自然现象比较感兴趣，有一定的观察能力。能主动探索周围生活中常见的现象，对事物的特征观察有一定的顺序。

从数学发展看，逻辑思维培养发展一般，有一定的数概念，但数的分解、组成理解要重视培养。幼儿认知范围不全面、 不均衡且不够深入，特别是年龄较小的几个幼儿发展不够全面。

从艺术发展看，舞蹈节奏感比较好，需坚持，绘画要加大提高，作品要突出个性化。本学期还要开展了手工自制玩具和扩展思维想象能力的培养，过程中逐步培养了幼儿感受、欣赏美术作品的兴趣和表现力。

从社会性发展看，大部分幼儿活泼、开朗，主动进行有效的交往、合作、分享，能主动积极的参加班级活动，但公共卫生习惯培养有待进一步的培养。幼儿上课遵守纪律等方面还要严格要求，做事还需持久化。

二、教育方面我班幼儿聪明、活泼，好表现自我，吸收知识快。艺术方面发展较好，基本动作协调，节奏感强，喜欢跳舞和画画。学习习惯有很大的提高，上课时有一定的纪律性，举手比较积极，但坐姿要加强培养。常规习惯由于孩子情绪比较浮躁，因此入厕环节组织性不够，比较自由。本学期，我和刘梅老师执教，张老师负责配教。三位老师配合得十分默契，针对班上工作和问题开展班务会，进行协调，解决。

2、每天坚持2小时的户外活动，积极带领幼儿锻炼身体，开展了跳绳、转呼啦圈、滚铁环、走高跷、游戏等丰富多采的体育活动，增强幼儿的体质，大部分幼儿已经会跳绳了，不少孩子学会了转呼啦圈。

3、保证幼儿充足的睡眠，(12：00----2：20)提醒幼儿穿适量的衣物午睡，为幼儿换睡衣，即时更换汗湿的衣服，为体弱孩子调整床位，汗巾不离手，保育老师为幼儿勤擦汗。

4、提醒幼儿多喝水，每天喝水次数不少于六次，照顾体弱儿童。

5、 每天向幼儿介绍食谱，促进幼儿的食欲，保证每名幼儿吃饱、吃好。幼儿饭、菜、汤分开，保证幼儿的进食量，我班幼儿每餐饭都能按量吃完，没有剩饭的现象。教育幼儿细嚼慢咽，保证孩子30分钟的进餐时间。对于吃得快的孩子，老师不断提醒，要求孩子慢点儿吃，嚼烂了在吞。
