一、说教材

"报纸"是幼儿日常生活中较为常见的。本次体育活动利用旧报纸作为幼儿游戏的对象，通过幼儿自由的尝试，体验各种报纸的玩法，从而培养其创新意识，发展他们的创造性思维，让幼儿在玩中学，学中玩。同时，也让幼儿体会到：只要肯动脑，日常生活中有许多东西，包括一些没用的东西都能成为我们游戏的材料，而且一物多用。

二、说目标

目标二则是本次活动的难点，如何启发幼儿用多种方法尝试用一张旧报纸在胸口而不掉下来，这就需要教师的引导。原本一张旧报纸就设计什么吸引力，但是要来玩纸居然也能玩?怎么玩呢?这时，教师若能恰到好处地进行引导，给幼儿充足的空间，让幼儿发挥想象、创造，给他们充分的自由，让他们自己尝试，亲身体验。从而达到开启他们的创新思维。

目标三是一个关于"跑"的游戏，目的在于巩固"跑"的姿势。三个目标环环紧扣。

三、说过程

开始部分，幼儿手拿卷好的报纸入场，在音乐声中做韵律操。这是整个活动的开始，是让幼儿有个好的心情进行后而活动的基础，相当于准备运动。韵律操共八节，在节奏较强的音乐声中有精神地做操。同时做操的器械是报纸，对幼儿来讲较为新鲜，能引起幼儿学习的兴趣，并与下面的环节相联系。

基本部分启发幼儿边想边尝试不用手帮忙就让报纸巾在胸口而不掉下来。这个部分我共设计了三次让幼儿自由活动，自己体验的机会。目的是要通过反复的尝试体验让幼儿自己感受到"跑步的快与慢是报纸能否贴在胸口的关键".第一次让幼儿尝试，是给幼儿一个充分发挥创造力。想象力的机会。以此调动幼儿的积极性。配上音乐，以喧染气氛。第二次尝试是又一次地发挥了幼儿创新意识。让他们在原有的基础上再次进行创新。也可调动那些缺乏想象的幼儿。最后一次尝试是为幼儿提供一个练习巩固的机会，也是完成目标1、2的关键。最后的游戏是练习幼儿"跑"的姿势、速度。大班下学期的幼儿竞争意识较强，故设计成竞赛的形式进行，从而也是一个高潮，从而达到锻炼的目的。

结束部分教师带领幼儿做各种放松肌体的情绪。也是动静交替，让幼儿从先前紧张的情绪中平静下来，并对活动进行评价，整个过程考虑到幼儿地运动负荷，激缓结合。

四、说教法

整个教学过程始终贯彻启发性教学原则，激发幼儿学习和锻炼的兴趣，活跃幼儿的思维，培养其主动性，创造性，发展其能力。活动中我主要采用游戏法，和重复练习法。整个活动我选择在户外进行，在优美的音乐声中组织幼儿活动，为幼儿营造了一个宽松愉悦的活动氛围，以此来达到该次活动的最终目标。

一份耕耘，一份收获，紧张而又忙碌，愉快而又充实一学期即将结束，在这个学期中，我们虽然有了一点小小的经验和进步，但是仍存在许多不足之处：

1、我班有些孩子表现太自由、自我约束能力差，而有个别幼儿胆量太小，不能大胆与老师交谈。

2、逐步建立生活常规、游戏常规、活动常规，培养幼儿养成良好的行为习惯。在学习习惯上，有的幼儿注意力不易集中;有的幼儿乐意发言，但不爱开动脑筋;有的幼儿爱插嘴，回答问题声音不够响亮，应加强倾听能力的培养。

三、下一步的打算

1、在新的学年中，我们会把精力尽可能的用到教学的创新和改进中去，不仅仅局限于教具的操作学习中，要充分挖掘其中的精髓。

2、大胆创新，多设计一些延伸教具 。

我相信，在这个充满挑战、充满朝气、聚满人气的幼儿园中，只要我不断努力，不断摸索，把工作，做好、做精、做细，那么一定会取得成功的。
