反思：

教师演示的环节里，我在课前做了进一步的尝试。用来染色的纸质量要好而且要厚一些，这样不容易烂。其次就是对于选用的颜料有一定的要求，应用水溶性较好的水彩颜料或国画颜料，这样染出来的手绢色彩更均匀亮丽。

教师示范时，我分了三个小环节。对边折成正方形，染边;对角折成三角形，染角;以及边角混染。告诉幼儿可以变换不同的折法，不同的染法，可以染出不同效果的手绢。同时我把这一操作过程编成了口诀，更易于幼儿理解和操作。

在幼儿操作过程中，许多幼儿能掌握这个染纸的方法，而且每个孩子能创造出更新颖更漂亮的图案，这让我很惊奇同时也很高兴。

教师在操作过程中只给了简单的指导，幼儿就可以发挥的空间，印染出新奇漂亮的手绢。而且幼儿在操作过程中注意了卫生的问题，都能干净的完成。

I have the confidence because I have such ability! I am kind-hearted, patient, outgoing and creative. I am a hard working student especially do the thing I am interested in. I will try my best to resolve any problem no matter how difficult it is. I always believe that one will easily lag behind unless he keeps on learning.

In spare time, I like reading books, surfing on the Internet, listening to music like, classic, or light music, because they can make me feel relaxed. Nobody could keep on working efficiently, therefore proper amusement is a must. In addition, I insist on do some physical training such as running, and horizontal bar as well. By doing this, I can always stay healthy.

【活动目标】

1、丰富幼儿拖拉物品的动作经验,增强上肢与腰部的力量。

2、幼儿有愿意与别人合作的想法,并且能与同伴相互合作，增强了幼儿的合作意识与合作能力。

【活动准备】 广告条幅 短横幅2人一条,中横幅2条,长横幅1条。

【活动过程】

一、教师谈话，创设情境：横幅变一变 幼儿做热身运动。

1、小朋友，你们喜欢大海吗?你们想知道大海涨潮的时候波浪是什么样子吗?看老师手上有什么?(红布)好!现在你们两人拿一块红布找个空地轻轻把它打开它,用红布变一变：小波浪、中波浪、大波浪、跳起来的波浪。看一看那组小朋友表演得好。教师观察，指导幼儿。

2、 教师：老师还会变魔术呢，你们想不想学，看看看，变变变，小手变一变，变成跷跷板。看老师的手势变一变。(老师手臂一边高一边低)幼儿练习。

二、活动开始：火车动一动

1 、探索活动：开小火车。

(1)教师：这条横幅还会变成一列小火车，看到横幅中间有一条标志线了吗?两人商量合作：一人做司机，一人做乘客，做乘客的幼儿一定要坐到标志线的后面。试试怎样让火车开得又快又稳?

(2)交换角色再次尝试练习。(教师巡回观察,重点关注幼儿合作情况,指导个别组幼儿游戏。)

(3)游戏：开火车比赛。(分组进行,及时交流游戏玩法,探索解决游戏中遇到问题的方法。)

2 增加难度，激发挑战。

(1)教师：火车小了点,想不想有大一点的火车?(出示中横幅)男孩排一组,女孩排一组。商量一下4个人先做司机,4个人做乘客。

(2)教师：(出示一条长横幅)想16个人一起坐一条长横幅吗?然后交换角色继续玩。

三、放松整理：开卧铺火车

(1)教师：老师和你们一起坐到长横幅上,咱们来开“卧铺火车”。伸出你的手臂，碰一碰你的小脚，往后靠一靠，拍一拍你的左手臂、右手臂，帮你前面的好朋友拍一拍肩，火车向左拐弯、向右拐...

(2)所有幼儿做司机,老师做乘客坐在横幅上回到教室。

活动延伸：回家与家人或者是小伙伴坐开火车的游戏。
