九、乙方的责任：

十、违约处理：

崭新的一周，崭新的开始。这是我来第二周，刚来时的新鲜感和好奇劲已经渐渐地离我们远去，预料中的枯燥无味便随之而来。也许是因为这周的生意不够火爆，或者是这周的两次会议都取消了，亦或是这周总共七天我却休了三天假，总感觉这周我的收获不大。

收获不大，不代表没有，总的来说，应该可以从四个方面来进行总结。

第一，我们是一名销售前台实习生，我们的分内工作其实不是销售二字，而是前台二字。对于我们分内的工作，我们几个实习生在上周就已经有了一个大概的了解，但是我们的分工还存在很大的问题。所以在本周，我们把我们手头的工作，根据轻重和急缓做了一个较为明确的分工。经过一周的实践，我们也开始得心应手起来。另外，对于接待客户一事，上周应付起来确实心里没底，因为我一问三不知，生怕自己的一言一行可能惹怒了顾客，但现在我从容淡定了很多，他们一些简单的问题，我可以给出答案。一些我不知道的问题，我会理直气壮，而又委婉的告诉他，我不知道。毕竟我现在只是一名销售前台，我又不是销售顾问，我没有这个义务去回答他的所有问题，他又不是向我买车，我的责任只是在他确定买车时，我给他介绍一个销售顾问过去。当然，对于我回答不上的问题，在销售顾问向顾客解答时，我会尽量在后面听着。毕竟，暂时的无知是可以原谅的，但一直无知却是无法饶恕的。

第二，又学到了一定的汽车专业知识。内训师巍哥除了给我们布置了每周一篇周记外，还给了我们一本漫画版汽车基础知识。作为一名学汽车服务工程的大学生，汽车基础知识理论上对我来说是问题不大，但理想是丰满的，现实是骨感的，真实的我其实是汽车行业的门外汉。看着这本漫画，我就真的把它当漫画一页一页地翻着，甚至还按照巍哥的安排翻了3遍。本周一的上午，巍哥就来检查我们上周的战果了，并给我们讲解这册漫画。我当时就纳闷了，这什么年代啊，连漫画都需要讲解了，巍哥接下来的讲解却令我大开眼界。漫画第一页是按发动机位置和驱动车轮进行的车辆分类，即用漫画简单的表示了ff、fr、rr和mr四种类型的车，但巍哥却给我们讲解了一个多小时。 他按照这个分类方式给我们平时生活中常见的车进行了简单的分类。这让我了解到，目前在我国行驶的轿车中，大众、丰田、本田、日产、别克等品牌基本上都是前置前驱，甚至有的品牌都是前置前驱。奥迪的轿车基本上也都是前置前驱或者是基于前驱平台的四轮驱动，而奔驰除了a级和b级是前驱车，其余都是后驱车，而宝马和凯迪拉克都是后驱车或基于后驱平台的四轮驱动，并由此分类还引申到了奥迪和凯迪拉克的产品定位。另外，我也知道了，四轮驱动又分为全时四驱、适时四驱和分时四驱三种形式。每种驱动类型的特点在哪里，它们有哪些代表车，这些也有了一定的了解。后来介绍底盘的时候，我也开始知道了“平台化”和“模块化”这两个概念……

第三，对于销售流程方面，有了进一步的认知。这个认知不仅是对于流程，更是对于我自身的认知，了解到了自己对于流程的理解还不够，往往只是知其然而不知其所以然。所以有时候在帮销售顾问跑一些流程时，因与以往的情况存在了一点偏差，自己就不知道该怎么办了。因此，在以后跑流程时，我要多问几个为什么，这样才能从容面对各种不同情况的发生。

第四，本周有个汽车新三包法的培训，这让我开始接触到了汽车三包法。通过培训，我对以下知识有了一些了解。何谓汽车三包，即指家用汽车产品修理、更换和退货。哪些车能够享有三包;哪些情况下，消费者可以选择更换或退货;哪些情况下，经营者可以不承担三包法规定的家用汽车产品三包责任;哪些情况下，消费者可以选择免费更换易损耗零部件;哪些情况下，消费者可以凭三包凭证由修理者免费修理;甚至还知道了一个对于部分消费者有利的小小法律空子……

我先主要介绍一下故宫：北京故宫，是世界上规模最大、保存最完好的古代皇宫建筑群，是中国古代建筑最高水平的体现。北京故宫，始建于明朝永乐四年(1406)，建成于永乐十八年(1420)，是明清两朝的皇宫，其时称紫禁城，1920xx年始称故宫。从1420xx年明成祖迁都北京，到1920xx年辛亥革命推翻清政府，将末代皇帝溥仪赶出故宫，结束中国历史上封建王朝的统治，故宫一直是中国统治阶级的政治和文化中心，先后经历了24位皇帝。

“襄阳首届青年人才论坛”的消息，是我通过襄阳“老乡同学好友”的qq群得知的，随即我登录襄阳青年网查看关于这个论坛的政府文件。在此之前，我的论文《“限塑令”实施过程中的问题及对策分析-基于对襄阳市区“限塑令”实施状况的调查研究》被赤峰学院学报采稿。我本人和这篇论文都符合“襄阳首届青年人才论坛”条件，在对论文进行认真的修改完善之后，在取得共青团x襄樊学院团委的支持下，于x5 日报名参加“襄阳首届青年人才论坛”。

论文的题目来源于我大一寒假阅读了《半月谈》上的一篇名为《“限塑令”何以难限小小塑料袋》。大一下学期开学后，x老师给我们上《社会学概论》这门课，x老师积极鼓励我们参加襄樊学院大学生科研项目的申报。作为我的论x老师，x老师给了我莫大的鼓舞和激励，在x老师的指导下，我成立了自己的科研团队。在成功申报了课题之后，x老师在我调查研究的前期工作中给予了很大的指导和帮助，从调查问卷、访谈问卷的制作、调查地点的选取、调查人群的确立和问卷的统计分析，从文献资料的搜索、网络文件的下载、新闻报道的查找，从论文稿件的写作到修改、补充和完善，从论文的投稿发表到项目的结题。没有x老师的教引和指导，没有团队成员周炼、周丹、黄荣的齐协努力，我就不会取得今天的成就。我愿借现在这个机会，向所有关心支持我人表示深深的谢意。

论文写作前的多次实地调研，当中有过苦闷、彷徨和不知所措的无助，正如我的队员周炼所言：“课题调研到群众中似乎变成了可做可不做，而且没多大意义的事情。”但我们团队也体验到了偶有所得的欣喜和欢乐，在那段时期的调研中，我结识了一位老大妈，她推着自行车在定中街大声吆喝，沿街叫卖塑料袋。论文的写作过程很漫长，并且枯燥而艰难，时常会有那种写不下去的“山重水复疑无路”的困惑，但有时在写作过程当中也会体验到那种“柳暗花明又一村”的快感，手指在键盘上犹如灵魂在轻舞飞扬般的跳动。论文写作重要的是前期的各项调研工作、资料的查找和材料的选取，在这过程中要不畏艰险，藐视一切困难。在论文进行中，最为关键的是较强的自我心里调节能力和坚强的意志。论文初稿完成之后，前后断断续续的持续了一段时间，做了很大的修改和补充，尽管文章已经发表并获奖，但这是我第一次开展课题的调查研究和论文的写作，面临相关经验的缺乏和能力上的不足，不尽如人意之处还是很多，但我愿意接受大家的批评和指正。

如何将个人所学专业知识和个人兴趣爱好结合起来，如何将个人的兴趣爱好和社会的需求结合起来，如何将个人发展和社会发展结合起来，如何将个人志向和社会期望结合起来，只有回答了上面提到的这些问题，我们才能去谈学生从事科学研究这件事情，更进一步就是去谈论科学研究如何更好的服务地方经济社会发展。

每个人都有绚丽多姿的一面，每个人都有自己的喜好，每个人都有自己对所学专业的想法，每个人都有对这个社会的看法，每个人都有对自己今后人生道路的规划。我们思想政治教育专业所修的课程都是非常重要的，因为这些东西都已经是从感性认识上升到了理性认识的层面，只不过我们现在现处于感性层面，所以大家对这些理论性很强课程不是很感兴趣，大家学习的过程中热情不是很高，那么要把我们所学的知识应用到实际生活中去，就需要我们要有聪慧的头脑、明锐的眼光和关心国家大事、地方社会经济建设发展的意识。秋天，树上的苹果每天都会往地上掉，为什么唯独牛顿就从中发现了万有引力原理?其实只要大家用心培养自己这方面的能力，并且持之以恒，那么还有什么事情都可以进入你研究探讨的视野。学术功底不扎实和理论水平不高的我们，在科学研究方面一定要有一位认真负责、治学严谨的导师陪同，他们可以启发我们的思路，引导我们走的更远、看得更高。

暑假我参加了x老师“汉水流域宗教文化与社会发展”课题的调研。在十堰我们有幸访谈了原云阳师专院校现武当山协会会长x教授，他说：“法国有一个著名的历史学家波罗戴尔，他说：‘历史要分为几个时段，长时层，中时层，短时层，所谓短时层是指政治斗争、军事斗争这些都是浮层，浮在历史的表面而已，转瞬即逝的一种现象，不值得研究。’浅层的表面现象，这些东西不值得去推敲。中时层的一些东西，如制度、生活生产方式，这些东西值得关注，包括宗教。长时层是指如地理环境，如汉水流域千百年来不变的东西，长时间不改变的东西，看历史不能只是注重表面的一些灰尘，我想我说了之后你们会明白你们应该关注些什么东西，你这个课题可以说是进入了中时层，各个宗教的历史活动轨迹，都是要关注的，很有意思的是，天主教、左教徒教是从武汉那个地方传播过来的，我记得在我教学郧阳中学时，他的对面就是一座天主教堂，不知道他现在还在不在，那时他非常醒目，占地面积也不小，这些历史上的东西，它的影响力穿透力是非常强大的。”希望大家今后大家在做课题的时候要多问几个为什么。不能仅仅只看到问题的表面，更要深入问题的里面，追根究源，寻找支撑你这个课题研究的制度型和理性型层面的东西。当然在起步阶段，我们不能对自己提些高不可攀不切合实际的要求，等我们慢慢的进入了状态，那就可以再给自己加码，提出更高的要求。要实现这个愿望，我们就应该耐得住寂寞和孤独静下心来多读好书，提升自己的综合素质和创新精神。

参加“襄阳首届青年人才论坛”，我是抱着试一试的心态去的，打开襄阳首届青年人才论坛论文终评结果，除了我是一名在读学生之外，其余的获奖选手全都是进入社会多年，工作经验丰富，办事周全，能力突出的社会人士，获得三等奖我感到很意外，同时也感到应该。“意外”的是我的论文能够在300多篇文章中经过权威学者层层选拔x教授的严格审阅，最终脱颖而出获此殊荣;“应该”的是我的团队在这个课题上投入了大量的时间和精力，我的团队为做好这项科研，花费了大量的心血和财力，获得这项殊荣，是对我的团队一个最好的礼物。

我们“90后”不是所谓的“垮掉的一代”，冷漠，自私，缺少理想和信仰，过分自我，不是我们的代言词。相反我们是追求个性，有正确的现代价值观，更加理性、务实，而且更加开放、坦然。一百多年前，思想家、政治家梁启超挥毫写下了大气磅礴的《少年中国说》：少年智则国智，少年富则国富，少年强则国强……今天的我们90后是风声雨声读书声声声入耳，家事国事天下事事关心。

最后，希望我们大家一起乐学、善学、勤学，筑造深厚的学术功底;广交朋友，拓展自己人脉网络;参加社会实践活动和科学研究，提升自己办事能力和科研实力。

北京恒华伟业科技股份有限公司(简称“公司”)与北京博超时代软件有限公司(简称“博超时代”)及其股东就展开资本层面的合作事宜签订了《投资意向书》，详情请见公司于20__年12月18日在中国证监会指定信息披露媒体巨潮资讯网上公告的《关于签署的公告》(公告编号：20__(057)号)。现将交易进展情况公告如下：

一、交易进展情况

公司与博超时代已完成阶段性的尽职调查工作，并就资本层面的合作即公司投资博超时代事宜进行了磋商。但因未能就投资协议达成一致，因此终止投资意向。

二、终止合作的原因

公司与博超时代及其股东就股权投资及未来业务合作等事宜进行了磋商，但鉴于各方若干投资条款未能达成一致，为尊重各方对各自业务未来发展的布局，各方经友好协商同意终止《投资意向书》约定的投资事宜。

三、对公司的影响

因《投资意向书》对各方不具备法律约束力，终止该意向书之前及之后均不会对公司产生任何负债、义务或潜在的义务，也不会对公司的生产经营和利润产生不利影响。
