在程序设计学习方面，我认真的学习了Delphi程序设计，尽管也只学到了一些基础知识，而帮助我找到工作也很高兴，现在工作了才知道书本上知识结合实际的重要性，之前学习的MFC程序设计也抛之脑后，不过还是学到了很多面向对象程序设计的知识，对WindowsAPI的学习虽然不是很深入，但是也使我了解了很多系统程序运行方面的基本知识。

在生活方面，大一的时候积极参加了一些社团的活动，也参加了一些社会上的项目，尽管现在想来很简单，但大一的时候刚踏入大学，对很多东西都很好奇。大一期间由于一些原因调换过一次宿舍，现在想来大学四年不止是我一个人成长了，大家都变得成熟了，在毕业前我也住回了原来的宿舍。大二的时候可以带电脑来学校了，随着学校通上宽带，大家电脑带的多了，除了平时用来调试课堂上讲到的程序，更多的拿来上网和游戏，这段时间浪费了一些时间，除了增长自己的游戏水平外，进步不大。

转瞬就到了大三，我们也开始成为学校的老一代人了，逐渐感觉到就业的压力，也开始用了较多的时间学习知识，思考以后自己的职业等问题，这期间担任了班级的生活委员，班级工作也逐渐增多，但是也渐渐习惯了各类工作。在班级工作方面取得了很多进步，获得了很多不错的工作经验。大四上学期开始学习驾驶，期间也经常的早起往驾校跑，驾校的时间过的紧张而愉快，在忙碌的学习中我顺利的取得了驾照，下学期刚开始就每日找工作，一家单位接着一家单位的开始面试，也积累了一些的面试经验，期间的过程值得回忆。

在思想政治方面，在大学里顺利的成为了一名预备党员，期间学习了很多的党的知识，而自己的思想觉悟也比以前得到了很大的进步，端正了入党的动机，坚定了成为一名合格的共产党员的信念。

整个大学期间去图书馆阅读较少，我也不想把图书馆离得远作为理由，可能是由于个人性格所致，不能平下心来阅读，大一时对摄影技术也有所涉猎，也算是懂得了很多摄影方面的知识，而网上传阅的大学必做的几件事也有很多尚未涉及，说不上遗憾，应该只是个人对大学的理解不同。

一、进一步提高对农业产业化经营的认识，增强加快农业产业化经营的紧迫感和责任感1、正确认识农业产业化的内涵。农业产业化是在农户家庭承包经营的基础上对农业生产进行区域化布局、专业化生产、一体化经营、社会化服务、企业化管理，组建市场牵龙头、龙头带基地、基地连农户，种养加、产供销、贸农工一体化的生产经营体系。农业市场化是解决新形势下农业问题的一个新路子，一是解决了分散的农户小生产与大市场之间的矛盾；二是解决了农户经营规模小与实现农业现代化的矛盾；三是解决了农业比较效益低的矛盾；四是解决了农村剩余劳动力转移和就业门路少的矛盾；五是解决了农业产业分割、部门分割严重阻碍了农业进一步发展的矛盾。农业产业化经营的类型主要有三种：一是龙头企业带动型，以农产品加工和流通企业为龙头，通过各种契约、股份合作制等多种利益联结机制带动农户进行专业化生产，将生产、加工、销售有机结合，实现一体化经营，即“公司+农户”；二是中介组织带动型，以专业经济合作组织为中介，通过合作制或股份合作制等联结机制带动农户进行专业化生产，即“合作经济组织+农户”；三是批发市场带动型，即“批发市场+农户”，如东至官港茶菇市场。农业产业化利益联结形式主要有三种：一是合同契约联结，如：我市的粮油加工企业；二是股份合作制形式，农民可以分享加工流通环节的利润，如国润公司；三是合作联结形式，农民组建或加入合作社，以整体的方式从事产业化经营，依据交易额的大小进行利润分红，我市做的较好的有杜村蔬菜产销合作社。2、充分认识发展农业产业化经营的重要意义。第一，发展农业产业化经营是统筹城乡发展的重要手段，有利于缩小工农差别、城乡差别、促进剩余劳动力的转移，加快城乡一体化发展。第二，发展农业产业化经营是推进传统农业向现代农业转变的有效途径，有利于解决农户经营规模狭小与现代农业要求之间的矛盾。只有推进农业产业化经营，才能增强农业经营实体进入市场的能力，加快实现农业区域化、专业化生产，提高农业规模效益。第三，发展农业产业化经营有利于解决小生产与大市场的矛盾，引导农民进入市场，逐步实现农业生产的市场化。第四，发展农业产业化经营有利于提高农业的生产力水平，实现经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型的转变。它有利于优化农村产业结构，建立高效农业体系。第五，发展农业产业化经营有利于解决农业社会效益高与经济效益低之间的矛盾，提高农业比较效益，增加农民收入，是全面建设小康社会的现实途径。对于我省乃至我市来说，发展农业产业化经营更具有现实的意义。郭金龙书记说，无农不稳、无工不富这句话对安徽来说还是符合实际的，安徽落后就落后在农业产业化上。最近在保持共产党员先进性教育活动中，郭金龙书记、王金山省长都提出要以工业的理念抓农业。王金山省长指出，要切实把农业发展的重点转移到优质粮油、畜牧业和推进农业产业化上来。赵树丛副省长指出要把发展农业产业化经营作为发展农村经济、促进农民增收的主线来抓，农业和农村工作主要是推进农业产业化。3、充分认识我市农业产业化面临的严峻形势。目前全省120家省级龙头企业中，我市仅4家，而全省重点龙头企业名录中我市仅3家。虽然我市农业产业化工作开展得比较早，2003年出台了《关于加快推进农业产业化经营的若干意见》，评选出我市25家市级龙头企业，2004年又制定了《池州市农业产业化八大主导产业发展规划》，但我市农业产业化发展仍存在着不少问题：一是规模小，全市没有一家企业经营收入超过5000万元；二是龙头企业带动农户少，龙头企业的作用没有得到充分发挥；三是“龙头企业+基地+农户”的联结机制不紧密。总之，发展农业产业化是促进农业结构战略性调整、提高农业综合效益、增加农民收入、实现农业现代化的有效途径，是新阶段农业、农村工作中的一件带有全局性、方向性的大事，必须坚定不移地大力推进。二、进一步明确思路，抓住重点，瞄准目标，扎实做好农业产业化各项工作1、明确发展思路。依托和发挥优良的生态优势，发展绿色、有机食品，走高附加值的农产品精深加工之路。2、确定工作重点。重点要坚持发展优质粮油、棉花、茶叶、特色水产、畜牧、中药材、茧丝绸、蔬菜等农业产业化八大主导产业。3、工作目标。到2007年，培育10个年营销收入在5000万元以上的龙头企业，5个年营销收入在1亿元以上的龙头企业。各县至少要培育1个1亿元和2个5000万元以上的龙头企业。4、具体工作。一要健全组织。八个主导产业均要成立由牵头部门主要领导任组长，分管领导任副组长的工作领导小组，本月底要将领导小组成员名单报到市农业产业化领导小组办公室，办公室汇总后下发。二要落实责任。一是八大主导产业每个牵头单位要落实1—2个重点龙头企业；二是帮助企业制定发展规划，加强对企业的指导；特别是帮助指导企业搞好基地建设，积极探索“公司+农户”、“公司+合作组织+农户”的模式；三是帮助企业向上争取支持；四是加强与上级业务部门的信息沟通；五是帮助企业解决实际困难。各县区要进一步确定主导产业，落实扶持资金，认定培育一批县级龙头企业，要加强与企业的联系。三要抓好农业招商引资。各县区、各部门要依托优良的生态资源，把招商引资作为重要的工作来抓，一是将现有的龙头企业与外商合作；二是引进一些农产品生产加工领域的大企业到池州发展。四要扶优扶强，形成合力。要重点扶持市级龙头企业和八大主导产业确定的企业。各部门要通过各种渠道向上争取资金支持企业的发展。市本级农业产业化发展资金主要用于市级龙头企业的技改扩规、发展合作经济组织和绿色有机食品认证。要加强与金融部门沟通，推荐好的项目争取支持。五要做好服务。各部门要加强与企业的沟通，对企业在信息、金融、环境、科技、市场开拓等方面提供服务。

基础教育课程改革纲要中提出：大力推进信息技术在教学过程中的普遍应用，促进信息技术与学科课程的整合，逐步实现教学内容的呈现方式、学生的学习方式、教师的教学方式和师生互动方式的变革，充分发挥信息技术的优势，为学生的学习和发展提供丰富多彩的教育环境和有力的学习工具。

目前，大部分学校都已经实现班班有多媒体，而在实际的使用进行教育教学过程中却出现了许多问题，尤其在以实验为基础的初中物理课堂中，当我们将多媒体引人课堂教学后，教师为了减轻自己的劳动或出于好奇，一部分教师用多媒体的一些功能取代了自己对教学的一些组织。还有一些教师为了体现教学手段的现代化，在一堂课中尽可能多地使用各种媒体。有些教师上课时干脆纸上谈兵、不做演示实验，完全用多媒体课件来模拟。这样势必会不利于学生动手能力的培养，更不符合学生的认知规律。过度使用或不当使用多媒体辅助教学，会导致物理课堂教学中出现弄巧成绌的现象，对教学的效果适得其反。

论文题与论文的内容基本相符，结构基本完整，语言也比较通顺，没有大的语法错误。问题是，全文引用的部分太多，自己的分析太少，有些“分析”有抄袭的痕迹。应当说，完成这篇论文所需的材料已经具备，作者可以在此基础上对材料进行分析归纳以得出自己的结论。

二稿评语：

在一稿的基础上有所改进，合并了某些不必要的段落，重拟了论文中某些章节的标题，修改了某些病句，参考文献中的错误也得到了纠正。

我对山区的认识是从贺家坡乡的杨家凹开始的。为了支持我们的活动，县里专门派车接送我们，协助我们的工作。
