20xx年的7月，云南楚雄大地终于迎来了久旱数年后的“雨季”，而我也将结束为期一年的国家西部计划基层管理专项的服务工作，离开这美丽的罗婺故里——武定县。

从20xx年5月8号收到西部计划的通知到经过初选再到6月4号参加由各部(处)主要负责人组织的联合面试，我通过选拔荣幸的成为复旦大学赴滇、藏、疆、渝、湘五地的21名志愿者中的一员，我被上海团市委分配到云南省武定县禁毒委员会办公室(该办公室设在武定县公安局禁毒大队)，从事禁毒方面的日常工作。我们于7月19号在上海团市委培训，培训之后集体乘坐火车奔赴云南，正式开始了我的云南之行，这也是我目前最远的一次旅行……

一、陌生的地方和陌生的工作

云南地处高原，大山环抱，风景美丽，民族众多，天气怪异，地区差异显著。毛泽东诗词里那句“雨后复斜阳，关山阵阵苍”用在这里恰如其分，无论在哪里，总能看到此起彼伏的群山环抱着你。在这里，一会下雨一会晴朗、一边下雨一边出太阳、这个乡镇下雨那个乡镇晴朗是常见的事。雨少且急，常常是来也匆匆、去也匆匆。不过，云南的天也会耍点个性，显个暴脾气，例如现在似乎突然又进入了“雨季”。这里昼夜温差稍大，我所在武定县倒没太明显，但在更靠近西藏的迪庆体现的很明显，白天穿着背心，晚上可能就得穿上毛衣。对于习惯了中原风光的我来说，高原和大山中的云南对我冲击很大。

我被阴差阳错的分到了和我专业不搭嘎的公安工作，而且是在靠近毒窝“金三角”的云南做禁毒工作，这对我是另一个很大的冲击。这是我平时压根就不敢想象的工作，在我的脑海里，公安工作离我十万八千里，没想到我竟然还有机会直接进入公安部门体验一下。虽然工作很陌生，但在单位领导的关心和同事的帮助下，我很快融入了工作之中，及时调整并适应了这份陌生的工作。

陌生不是困难，而是学习的机会。地域的陌生让我增长了阅历，生平多阅历，方能胸中有丘壑。工作的陌生让我收获了经历，公安可能是我这辈子都不会再步入的行业，因此这一年的公安工作经历对我弥足珍贵。

二、工作内容和感受

我主要做一些日常的办公室工作，稍微涉猎一些案件的工作，对于抓人、查缉这样惊险刺激的工作我很想参与，但出于安全的考虑，部门领导从不派我参加。一年时间，虽然没有做过什么惊天动地的大事，但零零散散的事情做过许多，也许我们每个人大多数时间做的都是这样平平凡凡、零零散散的工作吧，也许我们的事业正是在所有人都做好平平凡凡、零零散散工作的基础上不知不觉进步的吧。

琐碎的工作已经记不完全了，如今总结一下，大致有以下方面：

1、日常宣传工作。我几乎全程参与了禁毒委的各项禁毒宣传工作，也积极参加县公安局以及团县委举办的其他宣传活动。如：中小学校的禁毒讲座、禁毒影视播放，禁毒委组织的国际禁毒日宣传活动，县公安局的警营开放日活动，县各大部门联合组织的法制宣传周活动，综治宣传月活动，团县委和交通部门组织的交通安全宣传活动等。这些宣传活动虽然看似作用不大，但它就像播种子，经过大家的长期坚持、不断开展，我们所普及的知识种子将慢慢的在宣传受众心里发芽、成长、开出文明之花。

2、日常会议协助。在县禁毒委组织召开禁毒工作会议、物流寄递业联席会议、娱乐场所从业人员禁毒培训等会议时，我协助同事做好会场布置、材料准备、签到、拍照、会议记录等工作。

3、因工作需要开展的各种走访。作为政府机关的公安部门，离不了出门走访，做各种调查，这也是群众路线工作对他们提出的职责要求。我参与了他们连续几天、顶着酷暑进行的入户走访及群众路线宣传活动，也参与过日常的吸毒人员走访和吸毒人员排查工作以及全县物流寄递网点的逐一走访和登记工作等等。

4、办公室文案工作。服务单位把最好的办公桌提供给我，并把整个单位唯一一台可以连接外网的电脑配备给我使用，办公室文案工作可能是我工作的最大一块内容，他们提供给我的优越的办公条件也为我的办公提供了条件保障。我协助制作了娱乐场所自我检查用的检查本，协助制作了武定县无毒巩固工作宣传册，协助撰写了报省厅的无毒巩固工作报告，帮助设计了禁毒宣传牌、物流快递网点用的温馨提示牌，还有部分通讯稿的撰写、文档修改、图片处理等，此外还有办公室的日常保洁，传真的接收与发送，电话的接听，文件的整理，有客人拜访时的烧水泡茶等零碎工作。信息时代要求我们的政府工作人员对电脑操作以及日常办公软件十分熟练，部门同事虽然具有基本操作能力，但还有待继续提高，能够在电脑操作及常用办公软件使用上为他们提供一些力所能及的帮助，使他们在计算机技能上有所提升，是一件有意义的事，看到有的老同事在我的影响下开始熟悉键盘，练习指法和打字，我深感欣慰，小有成就感。

5、有限参与日常检查以及涉毒案件。我以志愿者学习的名义，有幸陪同民警们有限参与了他们开展的娱乐场所检查、征兵毒检以及物流快递网点检查。有涉毒案件时，我在领导允许的情况下，有幸能够在一旁了解他们的办案过程，有时我也会和一些吸贩毒人员聊聊天，了解他们的家庭情况和吸贩毒经历。吸毒人员一着不慎沾染毒品之后的悲惨人生经历让我感慨良多，一人吸毒，全家受罪，一朝吸毒，终生戒毒，毒品简直就是恶魔撒旦，毒害了一个又一个本该有所作为的美好生命，毒害了一个又一个本该和谐圆满的家庭，我和吸毒人员的近距离接触是我受到的最有效果的毒品教育，这将成为我在朋友圈中宣传禁毒知识的最好素材。贩毒人员体内藏毒的方法让我在惊讶之余更加感受到毒贩为追求暴利无所不用其极的阴险，我们抓到的毒贩许多都是四川人，他们大多是文盲，很多连自己的名字都不会写，贫穷、无知让他们轻而易举的成为了毒枭的运输工具，对背后毒枭深恶痛绝的同时，我更加体会到经济发展和教育对减少毒品犯罪起到重大的基础作用，经济发展才是硬道理这句话对贫困的滇、川等地区更加适用、更显迫切。

三、同事相处

高原和大山哺育了这一方朴实的人们，我所在部门的同事热情、耐心、与世无争。他们的脾气很好，眼光向下扎实工作，没有什么野心，但一忙起案子来又专注的要命，有案子就没有上下班时间、更没有周六周日，案子忙不完就没有休息。他们的脾性决定了他们是一群好相处的人。

部门领导时常会邀请我到他们家吃饭，常常还有住的不远的其他同事参加，饭前偶尔会泡点茶，他们会向我讲讲泡茶的知识，我也藉此了解到了一点云南的茶文化。

他们在工作经验和社会阅历上比我丰富，这些方面他们是我的老师。我在电脑方面稍微擅长一点，偶尔帮他们解决下网页、文档、表格、图片处理、电脑维护方面的困难，我尽可能的教会他们自己操作而不仅仅是帮助解决掉问题而已。

四、个人学习和生活

虽然公安部门常常没有周末，但我有每天下班之后的大量自由时间，当然还有上班时的工作间隙，我会利用这些时间读读杂书、听听英语、看看专业课的论文、读读禁毒方面的期刊，虽然算是半个工作人士了，但我依然要保持不断学习的习惯。我通读了在团委借阅的《五博士解析曾国藩》并做了摘记，通读了在云南大学购买的一本关于工作效率的书(《每天节省两小时》)，从武定一中购买的关于记忆方法的书读了一大部分，从武定新开的新华书店购买的《大数据时代》基本读完了，还有专门从上海带来的精装版的《曾国藩家书》已经精读了一小部分，从武定新华书店购买的最新出版的《邓小平时代》略读了1/3左右，此外，重读了季羡林编写的《百年美文-读书卷》(之前也并没有读完),比较性的阅读了《道德经》的前几章(因为注释不一，甚至大相径庭，所以把三本关于道德经的书比较着读)，此外，零星读了几本《读者》等文学杂志。有一段时间，我坚持早起，每天拿着一本古诗的小册子诵读，我也会在爬山路上或者吃饭前诵读高中时学过的古文。我利用工作外时间零星的学习了一些金融和财务管理方面的知识，报名参加并通过了三门证券投资方面的考试，这可能对我将来的工作并无太大用处，但金融和财务的基本知识该是未来人才必备的基本知识之一，有必要学习。

一同前来武定县服务的志愿者共有6人，两个西部计划，四个支教老师，本地志愿者里还有一个在团委工作的小余与我们比较熟悉，同样的志愿者身份让我们很容易互相靠近，成为了朋友。我们常常一同打球，一起玩耍，一块吃饭，互相交流工作情况，互帮互助，互相支持。他们可能是我此行收获的最宝贵的财富。

此外，我还参加了昆明国际半程马拉松比赛，在参加半程项目的近1500人中，我跑出了2:06:38第368名的成绩，这对于一个体重不足50公斤的我是一项可喜的突破。

在云南服务期间，我断断续续的基本保持了记日记的习惯，我仿照古人初步设计了个人修养用的检查表并逐渐开始养成每日自检的习惯，我进一步完善了我的人生规划，初步思考并制定了一些人生目标，我想我的这些思考、目标和逐渐养成的习惯会影响我的一生。

定了下周二晚上离开云南的火车票之后，我的心情依然在矛盾中挣扎。也许选择火车而不是飞机可以让我的离别稍慢一些。

1、教学方面：更新教学理念，把握教学方向。

三、关爱学生，勤勉教学。

认真备课，不拘泥于教材，广泛查找资料，积极动手制作课件，教学中力求趣味性、教育性、针对性、实用性，为切实培养学生文明礼仪习惯起到一定积极作用。着眼于学生学习习惯的养成。将培训中学到的理论、经验运用到实践中，如建立互助监督学习小组网络，以促进学生自主学习;作业分层，并通过“自读作业本”来提供学生的预习、质疑、探究、感悟能力;初步掌握在预习、上课、复习阶段所应达到的自主学习要求。

学生基础知识仍较薄弱，从这次期末考试第一块题目“积累与运用”看，失分严重，日后还应重视基础知识的运用。

一年来，我继续体验着教师这一职业的诸多滋味：有工作的艰辛与压力，也有收获的喜悦与欣慰;有求索的痛苦，也有成长的快乐……这些就犹如一串串音符谱写着我的青春之歌。并且还存在着诸多不足，如年纪轻，教学经验尚且不足，还需多方面、多渠道学习、总结经验，尤其对新教材的把握还需提高，对教材的处理艺术还需锤炼。

但我相信虽然努力不一定成功，但放弃就一定会失败，成功给予那些有准备的人。总之，我将以发展规划为基础，在实践中对其进行充实，让自己一步一个脚印，在实践中拼搏，在拼搏中砺炼，在砺炼中成长。

我们每个人，或多或少都有过自卑的心理，觉得自己不行。这时候，我们需要自己给自己一点信心，如果自己都不能相信自己，我们又怎么能期望别人相信自己呢?

为什么别人能做到的事情，我们不能呢?只要我们够努力，别人能做到，我们也可以做得到，甚至可能会做得更好。因为，我们并不比任何人差!

身在职场中，我们或许会遭遇到不公平的指责，会遭受排挤，会受委屈，会经历太多过去没有经历过的事情，这时候，我们更要冷静。

职场自有职场的规矩，新人难免受委屈，受委屈不要紧，就当做是对自己的磨练，在这种磨练中，把自己培养成为坚强的人。

以上是我在我的毕业实习中总结出来的心得体会。参加实习的几个月时间里，我收获得不仅仅是工作经验，还有许多的朋友和更多宝贵的人生财富。

Good morning, my name is Jack. It is really a great honor to have this opportunity for an interview. I would like to answer whatever you may raise, and I hope I can make a good performance today, and eventually enroll in this prestigious university in September.

Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 21 years old. I was born in Heilongjiang province, northeast of China. I am a senior student at Beijing University. My major is packaging engineering. And I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in June. In the past 4 years, I spend most of my time on study. I have passed CET4/6 with an ease. And I have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. Besides, I have attended several packaging exhibition held in Beijing. This is our advantage study here. Moreover, I have taken a tour to some big factory and company. Through these I have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry.

Compared to developed countries such as US, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978, our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkward. But I have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still.

I guess you maybe interested in what is my plan during graduate study life. I would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal. I like my major packaging and I won’t give up. My character, I cannot describe it well, but I know I am optimistic and confident. Sometimes I prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but I am not lonely, I like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything. my favorite pastime is basketball, playing cards or surfing online. Through college life, I learn how to balance between study and entertainment. By the way, I was a actor of our amazing drama club. I had a few glorious memories on stage. That is my pride.
