在本周的初三英语组备课会上，各英语教师结合学生实际，共同制定了英语复习计划。现总结如下：

一，复习方法。

我们准备采用传统的三轮复习法：

第一轮复习课本基础知识，要求学生掌握重点短语和词组，过扎实课本上的句子，文章等;

第二轮进行专项复习，即老师对中考各个题型进行技巧归纳与传授。在此期间，让学生对语法知识也有系统的理解与识记;

第三轮采用模拟与讲评相结合的方式，让学生进行考前预热，做到有的放矢。

具体做法为，在基础知识复习阶段，在学生自主复习的基础上，老师应该对重点短语，句型进行适当扩展，并明确识记和背诵内容与任务。过课本时，结合所用资料《面对面》进行系统串讲，并指导学生做题，归纳。所用资料不需过多，而要使用精当。应把切实提高学生的复习效率作为重点。

二，复习时间安排。

复习从第四周开始，具体时间分配如下：

第四----六周，复习七年级的课本知识;

第七----九周，复习八年级的课本知识;

第十----十二周，复习九年级的课本知识;

第十三----十五周，进行专项复习;

第十六----十八周，进行模拟考试。

注：以上时间安排不是一尘不变的，应根据具体情况灵活变通。

三，课堂活动内容与步骤。

每天课后给学生留一定量的“软”作业，即背诵或同学互考。以致上课学生能够参与进来，而且提高效率。

具体教学步骤如下：

(一)，从检查学生的“软”作业入手。

(1)考单词

“万丈高楼平地起”，不记单词何能学好英语?因而一开课让学生抢拼单词，可迅速让学生进入学习状态，而且可以激发学生的学习兴趣。因为单词提前记过，不会太难，因而降低了起点，学生易于接受。

(2)考短语

让学生用活页纸写短语后互改，可以检测学生的动笔能力并养成及时改错的习惯。

(二)，教师讲解。

复习课中切记面面俱到，而应选择重点。老师在进行了上述考察环节后，基本做到心中有数，对于易错点、易混点和疑难点要进行解释与讲解，直至讲透，让每个学生都掌握为止。

(三)练习巩固。

在老师讲解后最重要的一环是学生进行练习与巩固。即精选练习题让学生去做，老师巡视时进行适当的辅导。

以上是我们讨论的一些好的做法。另外，为避免复习课上得枯燥与无聊，可动脑筋运用灵活的方法，如抢答问题法或编口诀法。力争课上得轻松，使学生学得主动，学得高兴。

对于我们全组教师制定的复习计划，有不妥之处，定会在具体实践过程中加以改正。

为期一个月的实习生活在不知不觉中落下了帷幕。在这段时间里，我学到了很多在大学课堂里学不到的东西，也体验到了很多人生中从未有过的经历。下面我从英语教学，实习班主任两个方面对自己的实习工作做一个简要的总结。

首先，在英语教学方面。实习的前两周我的主要任务是听课和评课，从中学习指导老师的教育精髓。第三周开始，我体验了几节正规的英语教学课。此次是在初一年级实习，一堂课的知识结构是十分紧凑的，只要一个环节出错或者中断，就会影响自己的整个教学流程。因此我在讲课的前一天就开始上网搜集材料，准备课件，为上好第一节课做好准备，刚开始有点紧张，但是慢慢的看到学生们那可爱的充满求知欲的目光，我的紧张就转变为动力了。课后，指导老师王老师帮我分析了一下这一堂课，在肯定成绩的同时也指出了我的缺点所在，比如，知识模块的衔接上还不够自然，学生的积极性还没有充分的调动起来，经过王老师的指点，我在后几天的教学过程中加以了改进，课堂教学的效果比之前有了较大的提高。这也让我明白了，教学成绩的提高不是一天两天的功夫，而是一个长期积累准备的过程。

其次，在实习班主任工作方面。在做班主任的日子中，我主要是检查他们的早操和早读以及值日生打扫卫生的情况。另外，我还召开了一次主题班会，对学生进行情感方面的教育。通过这一次的实习班主任工作，自己初步地领略到了如何去引导教育学生，不仅是在学习上，还包括思想文化品质方面。总结起来说，我把自己从第一节课开始意识到的不足都一一列了出来，包括：声音不够响亮，时间安排有时不够合理，教学重难点不够突出，引导学生进行讨论时表达不够详尽，给予学生独立思考的空间不够大„„我小心翼翼的记录着每一点，虽然看起来很多，但我并不为此失去信心，因为只有找出自己的不足，才能够有针对性的去改进，看到了自己的进步，我的自信自然就增加了。我决定要自我教育，扬长避短，把我的不足一一攻破，在不断进步中逐步完善自己,努力成为一名合格优秀的人民教师。

在改进自己的同时，我还花了些心思在研究学生方面。学生是个好动、思维活跃、好奇心强的年龄阶段，因此，他们的注意力很容易被转移。所以，如何来调动学生的学习兴趣成了首要任务。在课堂上，教师可以借助自己的人格魅力，再结合一些生动形象的表情、姿态、手势，使语言更具表现力，这样就能够让学生感受到学习的乐趣。此外，小学生也是需要重视的群体，他们爱表现，教师应该争取给每个人机会，并适当的进行奖惩，以优生带动后进生，营造一个良好的学习氛围。我想，只要用心关爱每个学生，就一定可以看到他们的进步。

大家好!今天有机会站在这个光荣的讲台上，我感到非常荣幸。有一种树，没有玫瑰那么鲜艳，没有白杨那么威武，没有桂花树那么芬芳。它总是默默无闻地站在路边，为人们遮风挡雨。它是榆树，我就是它。它在我的名字里，在我的心里。我叫谢天宇。谢谢你的感谢。我生来就有天赋。今天我是一个竞选班长的小男孩。

班长，这是神圣的职责。很多人都想当班长，我也不例外。每当我看到其他班的班长，我的心就会竖立起一个高大的形象，他就像一个航海家，指引我们走向正确的航道;也像一个小老师指导学生改正错误;但他最像一个教练，训练我们的学习潜力和其他能力，我很想成为一名优秀的班长。

如果我成为班长，我可以充分发挥我的特长和优势来帮助更多的人。

我的大脑里充满了,的许多有趣的内容，这些内容可以教会有知识困难的学生，给他们一种新的学习方式，让他们觉得学习本身充满了很多乐趣;第二，身体壮如牛，奔跑速度和猎豹一样，可以帮助那些被欺负的同学。当然，我不会用暴力来解决。我会用猎豹敏锐的洞察力和敏捷的思维来维护阶级和平。因为我的心和身体一样强壮。

我很会做事，可以帮老师组织运动或者做其他事情，这样我们老师就不用那么辛苦了。

这些都是我的优点。如果我正式当选班长，我会尽我所能为班级负责，我会像榆树一样为学生遮风挡雨;为老师打工。让老师轻松，让学生开心。我会对我的班级负责，给自己增加压力，让我们的班级辉煌!
