英语专业大学生实习报告

在开始实习之前，我多少有些心虚。因为我的许多朋友都有过假期打工的经历。而作为一名英语专业的大二学生，这次的实习却是我的第一次工作经历。我很担心自己会在工作的过程中出现差错。但现在回想这实习的两个星期在工作和生活上出现的困难，其实都不算什么。就像著名主持人鲁豫曾经说过的话，如果一个困难没有将你，你一定会变的比以前更坚强。我相信如果再有一次实习的机会，我一定会比这次做的更好。

在这里我要感谢学校安排了这次实习，也要感谢××公司给我这次机会，虽然只有短短的两个星期时间，但是我所学到的将使我受益一生。因为这次实习的经历让我原本枯燥的暑假变的充实起来。

一、实习过程

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话，人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。

说是文秘，其实我主要负责的就是打打文件，接接电话。多亏以前的练习，我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天，但我还是感觉挺累的，再加上宿舍的简陋条件，生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课，以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易，不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。

但这样下去也不是办法，复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真，细心，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话，一边发传真，当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声，我便又小小地得意一番，虽然很傻，但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。

在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈，她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西，还把我介绍给其它的同事认识，以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

在做打字发传真等枯燥工作的时候，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，在大家焦头烂额，手足无措的时候，我镇定的走出来然后利用在学校学到的知识解决这个棘手的问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的化学产品，金属元素等专有名词我连读都有困难更不用说翻译了。我只有达开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。即使这样还经常是单词的意思查到了却连不成句。仅仅四页纸我翻译了一天半。

第一个话题：读书是改变家庭现状和个人前途的唯一途径。伟大的思想家、教育家孔圣人说过："学而优则仕".这句话至今有它的现实意义。现在学习优秀了，可以上大学，大学毕业可以考公务员，也可以参加全国各类就业考试。你们村子里的不少孩子已经成功地走在了这条路上，他们工作后把父母都接到城市里享福去了。这样的例子举不胜举。这些孩子不但改变了自己的命运，还改变了家庭的现状。我觉得更重要的是他们改变了后代的命运。因此，我曾说过"你们承担着改门换代的重大责任".这样看来，你们没有理由不刻苦，没有理由不奋斗!尤其是高三年级的同学，你们已经辛苦了十几年，已经走在了成功的边缘，只要稍一努力，就能跨进成功的大门。不管日后的路多险，多难，多苦，多累，你们一定要坚持住。你们要时时刻刻提醒自己：时间很紧迫;要时刻告诫自己：一定要考上大学。我曾告诉大家：只要自信并坚持，考入高中的你们一定能考上大学!如果一年考不上，两年考，两年考不上，三年考，要有这个信心，考大学是你们走出大山的唯一出路。不但要读书，而且要认真的去读书。"书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉"这句话是很有道理的。

第二个话题是：发愤图强，以优异的成绩回报父母，回报学校。在学习上不能服输，要有一股拼劲，别人用了十分的力量学在了你的前面，你要拿十二分的力量赶上甚至超越他。我认为，每个学生都是普通的，平常的。有同学之所以不普通，不平常，是因为他付出了比别人更多的劳动。在学习的过程中，一不能怕苦怕累，二不能偷懒。每个人都是具有惰性的，你们一定要克服自身的惰性，用积极的态度、高涨的热情全身心地投入到学习中去。有些习题要三遍、五遍地去练习，一些单词要重复的去背、去写。手练熟了，记清楚了，解题的方法自然就多了。这叫"熟能生巧".有同学会问："时间从哪里来".我告诉过大家："时间是从早起和快跑中挤出来的，谁抓住了时间谁就是大赢家。"我知道，咱们在座的同学没有呆子、傻子，一个个都是聪明伶俐的。你们之所以跟别人有了差距，是因为你们太浮躁了，太不认真了，太怕吃苦了。你们要清楚的认识到：不能靠父母给我们安逸的生活。在座的同学大多数来自农村，父母都是标本式的中国农民，供养你们读书不易。现在你们都长大了，懂事了，一定要理解父母的艰辛和不易。他们将所有的希望都寄托在你们的身上，你们一定要发愤图强，以优异的成绩来回报他们。个别同学有缀学的念头。根据现实来说，这个年龄段的你们闲待在家里，会愁死你们的父母。他们的精神支柱会瞬间崩溃。因此，你们千万要用心尽力的学习，努力的考上大学，让父母切身感受一回儿女考上大学的美气!

请各位家长放心，我们三中人不但有信心，而且有能力完成上级部门交给的任务。三中的学习会用事实来证明他们的勤奋，三中教师会用事实来证明他们的能力。我生在农村，长在农村，亲身经历和目睹了农民的艰难和辛酸，非常理解农民供养一个孩子的不易。因此我深深懂得：家长的期望是厚重的!我们绝不辜负全县人民的重托!作为校长的我有这个信心，其实我们老师的信心比我还大，希望各位家长、各位同学也能充满信心!在后期的工作中，我们会以百倍的信心，昂扬的斗志去拼搏，力争创办人民满意的学校!最后让我们用三中教师的座右铭结束今天的讲话："让学生学会是我们永恒的追求，让家长满意是我们最大的心愿!"

今天是第四天，听了两天课了，心里对上课也有了一定的底子。指导老师给了我一套五年级下册的卷子，说让我认真备课，明天上午一二节上课。终于有机会让我展示一下所学到的东西了，我很开心。我就在他们的办公室里面备课，这套卷子有听力，词语分类，根据问句回答问题，补全对话，仿写例句，看图说话和短文阅读。指导老师说这是两节课的任务，要我好好规划。这是有很大的工程量的，我不知道怎么安排时间，而且我也不知道哪些知识是与课文内容相关的，哪些知识他们已经掌握好了，他们的接受能力是怎么样的。

对于我来说这卷子是很容易的，可是难点就在要怎么讲述给同学们听才能让他们比较容易接受。这时候我发现做老师的不容易了。初中高中老师不容易，一个小学老师更加难。高年级学生还有一个自己的语法语料库，低年级学生不仅知识少，而且接受能力也不强，讲深了等于对牛弹琴，直接将答案讲出来又没什么效果。当老师真的是意见看似简单实质很难的事情。
