“临考做什么”，这个问题因人而异，但大体思路是“抓基础+抓漏洞+抓重点”。这个时候不宜再做偏题、难题、怪题，应注重基础。在此给大家三点建议，可以结合自己情况合理规划这几天的学习：一看以前做过的卷子，重点看错题，找出漏洞，不仅是知识点的漏洞，还有在考试心态、答题技巧等方面的不足，再进行弥补;二看老师强调的重点、难点和热点问题;三做一些典型题目，注意练手。

问题二“很用功地学，但感觉没进步。脑袋里一团浆糊，拿起书来好像什么都会，又好像什么都不会。激情已被消磨殆尽，学习效率下降，记忆力也大不如前。”

对策：复习过程中，出现一段时间学习成绩和复习效率停滞不前，甚至学过的知识也模糊化是正常的，心理学称为高原现象。主要因为初三阶段重复性的、繁重过量的学习造成了生理和心理疲劳。但这并不意味着能力到了极限、成绩到了极点，反而是再提高的重要阶段，及时调整就会有一个飞跃。

首先不要过分担心，再着急也无济于事，反使心态更糟，加重恶性循环。然后做个清楚的学习者。清楚自己该学什么，该怎么学。把所要复习的内容按重要性排列出来，先做一个合理有序的复习计划，再按步完成。做好短期计划和时间规划，是提高效率的有效方法。早省：今天要学什么?晚思：今天学到了什么。每节课课前或者是在家里学习的时候，采取“四定法”：一定向，二定量，三定时，四定法。也就是在反思和监控中学习，给自己一种“我时刻在提高”的感觉，可以增强成就感和自信心，走出高原期。

问题三“我的情绪波动很大，时常烦躁不安，看不下去，越是这样就越心烦自责，就越学不进去了。”

对策：初三阶段的长期高负荷学习，使得身心疲惫，很容易出现心理饱和状态，一个小小的刺激可能会引起大的情绪波动。

让弹起的皮球安定下来的方法就是置之不理，如果拍打它只能使其跳得更高。烦躁的情绪就像弹起的皮球，对待消极的情绪，既来之则安之，对目前状态接受了，心情就平和了。

高速行驶的汽车在遇到障碍物、不平路段、车流拥挤时会减速，我们的学习同样需要“缓行”。在遇到心理饱和状态出现厌学情绪时，不妨先放下手中作业，活动一下，散散步、聊聊天，分散一下紧张情绪，可以减少饱和效应带来的精神压力。

Both of them have a refreshing and scholarly atmosphere. Four years studying there made me an independent, optimistic and strict girl. I appreciate the education my university gave me.

大家好!

本周已是第十一周，根据学校工作安排，七、八年级于周五期中测试，九年级下周进行第二次质量分析，期中考试马上就要来临了，各学科的任课老师的工作量都有所加大，在此向各位老师说声辛苦了，为了更好的督促同学们进行迎考复习，我们在这里进行考前动员会，总结过去，展望未来，为即将到来的期中考试鼓劲加油!

为此，我向全体同学们提出几点建议：

一、明确目标，制订计划

美国耶鲁大学进行了一项调查，研究人员问参与调查的学生这样一个问题：“你们有目标吗?”只有10%的学生确认他们有目标。研究人员又问了第二个问题：“如果你们有目标，那么，你们可不可以把它写下来呢?”结果只有4%的学生清楚地把自己的目标写下来。20年后，耶鲁大学的研究人员在世界各地追访当年参与调查的学生，他们发现，当年白纸黑字写下人生目标的那些学生，无论是事业发展还是生活水平，都远远超过了另外那些没有写下目标的同龄人。这4%的人拥有的财富居然超过那96%的人总和。那些没有明确人生目标的96%的人，一辈子都在直接间接地、自觉不自觉地帮助那4%的人实现人生目标。可见，人生目标的确定，对一个人的一生来说是多么重要啊!

我希望同学们要尽快确立自己的人生目标和期中考试目标，并把它写下来，时时提醒自己，时时鞭策自己。目标有多远，我们就能走多远。同时，制订详细而科学的学习计划;把每天的任务写在小纸片上，一项一项的完成。

二、从现在就开始行动。

目标不是口头说说的动人话语，它需要用行动去证明，需要用行动去实现。从现在就开始行动，不把今天的事情留给明天，因为明天是失败者找借口的日子。面对期中考目标，我们肯定会有压力，但有了压力才会有动力，才会发挥出一个人蕴藏的潜力!我们的行动必须强化如下态度：一是勤奋的态度，勤能补拙是良训，一分耕耘一分收获;二是刻苦的态度;三是进取的态度，一下子成为天才不可能，但每天进步一点点总有可能;四是务实的态度，求真务实是我们学习的法宝，为此我们必须“上好每一课、抓紧每一秒、练准每一题、迈实每一步!”不到最后一刻，决不轻言放弃!

三、要有战胜一切困难的勇气。

在复习过程中，同学们在思想上、生活上、学习上不可避免地会遇到这样那样的困难。困难似弹簧，你弱它就强。困难在弱者目前永远是一座不可逾越的大山，那些因为一次考试失利就垂头丧气的人一定是困难面前的弱者。为了实现我们心中的目标，我们要鼓足勇气，迎难而上，做思想上的强者，做生活上的强者，做学习上的强者。

四、要全身心地投入。

期中考试与我们距离将越来越近，同学们要在心中竖立一块倒计时牌，要有紧迫感和危机感，要一门心思扑到学习上，将全部精力、全部时间用到学习上，不该看的书，一页都不能看，不该交的朋友一个都不能交，不该聊的天，一句都不能聊。

总之，就是从现在开始，戒除一切与学习及考试无关的活动，全身心地投入到学习当中去。希望同学们以对自己一生负责、对家长负责的态度，自觉管好自己的每一天，无悔于自己的每一天。

五、要有好的成绩，就必须拥有好的复习方法及策略，下面对同学们今后的复习提几点意见：

1、要克服急于求成的思想倾向，重视基础、重视课本，做好基本题，练好基本功，拿到基本分。

2、要重视归纳总结，对做错的题目要及时纠正。我建议每个同学都要建立一个错题记录本，一个典型问题总结本，把学习中遇到的一些有价值的知识点记下来，养成反思自我、分析错误、提高自己的好习惯。

3、要努力培养自己思考问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力，要在老师的统一安排下，强化专题训练，提高解题能力。

4、要突出“五练”，这“五练”是练规范、练速度、练重点、练技巧、练能力。

5、要锻炼良好的心理素质。有人说，考试三分靠水平，七分靠心理素质。这句话是有一定的道理的，谁的心理素质好，谁就肯定会发挥出高水平，肯定能取得好成绩。希望同学们要把每一次练习都当作考试，这样到正式考试时就不至于因为紧张、害怕而影响考试发挥。对待考试要做到“不烦恼、不害怕、不着急、不骄傲”，用一颗平常心来对待成绩和名次。
