第一个故事：

第一个故事说明什么?它说明，同样的境遇出现不同的结果，心态的力量不容忽视。无论是在学习还是生活中，若能够经常保持一种积极的心态，成功迟早会降临到你身边。任何人，一生的成长道路都不会是一条笔直的康庄大道，当我们在前进的道路上遇到艰难险阻时，只要以一种积极的心态去勇敢面对它，胜利的曙光一定会照亮你前进的道路。

第二个故事对我们有什么启示?现在有些初三、高三学生的心态和这个年轻人吊在半空时的心态是何等相似，他们感觉自己的心悬在半空之中，上不去，下不来，天天如惊弓之鸟。

与其吊在半空深受折磨，不如干脆放手，将自己置于“死地”。因为有时，置于死地，才能“后生”。

之所以有些初三、高三学生会产生考试焦虑，因为他们在考试时总是抱着很大的期望，期望与现实的距离越大，焦虑的症状也就越明显，考试的时候，也就越难发挥出自己的真实水平。如果每次考试，考生都能抱着“必死”的信念，有一种“我不入地狱谁入地狱”的气魄，紧张、焦虑定被吓得魂飞魄散，此时，反而能超常发挥。

中考、高考之前，稳定的情绪、充分的信心、充沛的精力，顽强的意志是同学们取胜的最重要的心理条件，而过分紧张、过分焦虑、丧失信心、马虎大意是考试失败最常见的心理因素。因此，考前的心理准备如同考前知识准备一样，对考试成绩都有重要的影响。因此，同学们考前一定要做好心理调适。具体地讲，就是要做好以下三点：

第一，保持良好情绪

积极的、稳定的情绪可使同学们注意力集中、精力充沛、思维灵活，充分发挥自己的水平;而消极的、不良的情绪使人记忆力分散、思维迟钝、意志消沉，影响考试水平的发挥。

充分的复习是保证良好情绪的重要条件。因此考前要尽量复习好;高考、中考都只有一个多月了。在短短的一个多月里，同学们的复习要注意三件事：①拿出以前的练习本、试卷，把易错处、常错处、常考处再归纳总结一下，以加深要点内容的记忆;②回归课本，把课本内容重新俎嚼一下，无论是中考还是高考，考题都会围绕课本作文章;③把各科重点知识再归纳总结一下，该理解的要深入理解，该记忆要做好强记。

第二、树立考试的信心

考试的信心是建立在自己掌握知识的基础上的。不顾自己的知识水平提出过高的考试目标，往往会使自己的信心受挫。

为了树立考试必胜的信心，确立考试目标要根据自己的知识水平、心理素质水平。确定考试目标时，一定要从自己的实际出发，做出正确的判断。有的同学应考缺乏信心是自己受别人的不符合实际或不正确的议论造成的。

自己认为自己很丑的人，只会越来越丑;担心自己要落榜的考生，往往榜上无名。事情成功与否，与其说决定于人的能力，毋宁说取决于人的思想状况和情绪。当我们确信某种事情一定会实现时，结果往往如愿以偿。相反，那种消极结果的暗示，因其对人的心理压力很大，结果失败的几率往往很高。若想摘取胜利的果实，最重要的是万事之先自己告诫自己：我一定能马到成功。唯有轻松自信，才能引你走上成功之途。

第三，要正确对待考试
