再能里上面我不才也是有过几年的班长工作经历，这些年来来的一些事情上面我也是都在努力，给自己的足够的时间去提升，正式因为有过几年的班长工作经历，我知道作为一名班长要做到哪些，在班上扮演着什么一个角色，这些都是要非常清楚的，我深深地知道作为迎班长的责任之重，但是同时我也觉得我能够胜任这个职位，尽管现在是不能看到我的能力，可是我想我不会让大家失望的，也请同学们辅导员给我这么一个机会。
