一、指导思想

根据市教研室20xx年工作思路和学校整体工作安排，加强教学研究、教学评价、教学指导，紧密联系我校教育教学实际情况，深入分析和研究教学汇总出现的新情况、新问题，积极参与教育教学改革。新学期，新起点，新期待，新发展，围绕提高教育质量这个中心，加强教育教学管理，积极开展校本教研，努力加强教导处自身建设，充分发挥教导处对学校教学工作的指导和服务功能，努力提升我校办学水平。

二、主要工作及措施

本学期教导处重点围绕“两个主题”（确立“有效教学”和“学生自主学习”两个主题，真正树立和贯彻“教是为了不教”的教育观念。“有效教学”要从教师的备课和教学方式抓起，学生的自主学习从学习习惯和学习方法抓起。）“突出两个重点”（教师队伍建设与中考备考；教师队伍建设要从教师的师德师能抓起。）“促进二个回归”（回归规范和回归基础：规范教学行为，指开全课程，开足课时，在规定时间内完成教学任务，努力提高教学质量；回归基础要从教学六认真抓起，讲究教学艺术，提高教学实效。）具体内容是：

（二）、以教学质量提高为中心，切实加强教学常规工作，从过程上促进校风教风转变，增强学校办学实力，关注课堂，研究课堂，创建高效课堂。

教学质量是学校的生命线、生存线，而教学质量的提高，关键在课堂。全校教师要确立以人为本的教学思想，以实为要的教学态度，以导为主的教学方法，以活为长的教学风格，要倡导学生自主学习、合作学习、探究学习，变教室为“学室”，还学生学习的“时空”。要倡导当堂学习，当堂练习，当堂消化的洋思模式。中考科目的课堂应预留10～15分钟左右的练习时间；非中考科目的课不能上成自习课，放任自流，地、生、信息技术课要让学生当堂消化所学内容。要提高课堂教学效率，就必须大力研究课堂教学。抓好音、体、美、综合实践、地方课程、校本课程的教学，努力提高学生综合素质，尤其是初三年级更要下大功夫去研究课堂教学，所有教师上好“三种课”：

一：复习课——要力求体现知识与技能

初三年级的复习课应努力做到两个结合：一是知识网络化梳理与相关基础能力培养相结合；二是突出重点知识复习与关键能力、关键技能培养相结合。知识网络化——问题式讲述——重点知识典型例题讲解——相关习题课堂训练或评讲——要点归纳——课堂小结，布置作业，如果在复习课中能真正运用这一模式，课堂效率肯定会提高。

二：习题课——要力求体现思维过程与方法

对习题的评讲不能直接给答案，要尽可能再现解题的思维过程，教给学生方法。特别要强调，要让学生学会题后小结，题后反思。其实，很多学生都在盲目做题，做题不少，想题不多，没有反思，没有积淀，没有升华，做完题也就失掉了，这是中考失败的原因之一。所以我们在评讲完一道题之后都必须有意识地指导学生总结出一些东西，应该引导学生做以下反思：

对试题涉及知识点的反思；对解题方法的反思；对解题规律的反思；对解题失误的反思。养成题后反思的习惯，可以促进学生牢固掌握“双基”，促进知识有效迁移，溶化对问题的理解，又可以提高解题效率和正确率，是一种值得提倡的提升学习能力的好方法。

三：专题课——要力求体现能力与思想

初三年级教学要把握方向，狠抓热点知识，推行板块复习模式，作好题型分类归纳，提练方法与技巧，形成常规解题思想。初一、初二教师要大力研究如何上好新授课，积极寻求提高课堂教学的新途径，各年级开展提优、促中、补差工作，防止两极分化。

规范考试，研究考试，推行有效考试进一步健全考试制度，要继续完善月考、周练制度。通过这一系列严格合理的考试，有效检测学情，反馈教情，从而及时调整教学对策，改进教学措施，达到效果优化。考试中，要严把命题关、监考关、阅卷关、评讲关和质量分析关。教研组要发动每位老师，认真研究中考考试说明，研究中考试题，使平时教学有目的性、使考前复习有计划性。要认真梳理考试说明中所列出的各个知识点，按主次排列给予强化。在研究《淮安市中考考试说明》，分析历年中考题的基础上，分析筛选各个渠道获得的中考信息，充分占有各种资料进行选择，做到“老师跳下海，学生游上岸”，保证每次考试试卷质量。教导处要认真组织好各级各类考试，加强分析指导，让学生在冲刺阶段取得新突破。加强辅导，研究辅导，进行有效辅导辅导课要求准时到位，要以解难答疑、学法点拨、心理辅导为主。晚自习是辅导的黄金时段，要抓住时机，有效进行。本学期应调动全体老师的力量，认真总结，特别是要研究辅导内容，辅导方式，辅导频率间的关系，使之达到效益最大化。针对每个学生的具体情况，落实辅导老师，确保其达到预期目标。教导处将定期对辅导情况进行检查。初一、初二年级一方面要着眼于未来，善于发现苗子，培养优等生，力争在各级各类竞赛中多出成绩，提高获奖档次。另一方面，要加强“纠偏补差”工作，对后进生、偏科生进行提升性、补缺性辅导，不让他们掉队，从整体上提高教学质量。倡导合作，研究合作，开展有效合作；调控作业，研究作业，实行有效作业，我校教学工作的薄弱环节之一，就是没有充分发挥集体力量，教师之间的合作、协调、支持没有达到最佳状态。因此，学生作业存在比例不协调，时间不合理等现象。为此，本学期要大力推行集体备课制，真正落实“四统一”，做到备课统一、作业统一、进度统一、考试统一。教研组长是集体备课的第一责任人，备课组长是集体备课第一执行者，要在我校真正掀起集体备课的热潮。在作业方面，班主任要协调好各科作业量，杜绝消耗战、疲劳战。布置和批改及时规范，做到“四精四必”，要“精选、精练、精批、精评”，做到“有发必收、有收必批、有批必评、有错必纠”。并要切实指导学生建好、用好错题集。

1、研究新课标要总结初中课改经验，针对出现的新情况、新问题，及时研究对策，落实相应措施，抓好课改辐射工作。初一年级要重点研究如何处理好落实课改精神与提高教学质量的关系的问题，要建好学生成长档案袋。

1、注重日常渗透，养成良好学习习惯。良好的习惯使人终身受益，良好的习惯可以起到事半功倍的效果。教学的首要目的是培养其习惯，教师在平时教学中必须有意识地渗透这一目的，要培养学生课前预习、课堂笔记、课后及时作业的习惯，要培养学生独立思考、大胆创新、敢于表达、诚实考试的习惯。

本次主题班会，我们主要围绕着“向你介绍我”这一主题而展开，鉴于作为新生的我们对本班同学互相认识不足，所以以努力实现“向你介绍我，让你认识我”为目的有声有色的开展了此次的班会。作为班级的一大盛会，前期的计划和安排，还有准备工作都是必不可少，班会结束之后的总结更是此次班会的结晶，及时的做好总结有助于以后班会开展的越好，班委如何做的更好。

所以对于此次班会，有哪方面的收获、在哪里存在不足，我们班委经过谈论、整理、汇总，做了以下总结：

1.团队合作，分工细致。由班长带头，通过有组织有计划的按部就班分配好各个班委所需要做的准备工作，特别是班会预定时间开始前的大半天，班委都很有默契配合做好开始前的准备，花费了一大个下午时间来布置班会现场，对于班会开展过程中会遇到的突发状况都做了应急准备，在活动结束后也将现场收拾的井井有条，整个准备工作，对于第一次开班会以晚会形式来进行开展的我们这些班委，最大的收获就是团队协作的经验还有成功的喜悦。

3.合理计划，节俭开销。将班会所需要到的物资、道具提前详细的罗列出来，合理预算，将班费开销做到最大合理化，所以此次班级开销不大，购买的200个气球与计划中使用掉的数量接近，剩余的可以留着下次活动使用，还有一些零散的糖果按照计划中的分配在场同学和奖励给活动上表现出色的宿舍，其他还有购买活动中使用的两瓶矿泉水和一次性杯子，期间不仅仅用于开展活动，还预留了那些口渴的同学进行解渴，所以此次开销和之前的预算差不多，做到合理节省。

5.一路走来，感谢有你。整个班会的开展和继续到结束，很感谢班级里的五位主持人，一路走来，感谢有你。也正因为有你们出色的主持，调动了全场的激情，也发掘了我们班同学隐藏的才艺才能，为我们的班会活动增添了更多的元素，也充实了我们班的才艺团队，谢谢你们hold得住。

不过，整个班会下来还是有欠缺不足之处，归纳如下：

1.值得我们大家思考的问题就是，这次班会主要以宿舍为单位展开，每个宿舍的自我介绍，中间穿插着小游戏，全程下来总共有5个环节，某些环节在时间上分配没有把握好，导致排序较后的同学苦苦等待了一段时间，另外刚开始进入游戏环节的时候，大家会觉得这种游戏还是比较新鲜，但是，接下去游戏重复了就显得略有乏味，特别是最后的几个环节，我们认为应该再有些小小的创新。

刘伯承土地革命介绍

1927年4月被武汉国民政府任命为暂编第15军军长，这是中共党员在国民革命军中被任命的第一个军长职务。7月下旬秘密转赴南昌，与周恩来、贺龙、叶挺、朱德等领导了震惊中外的南昌起义，任中共前敌委员会参谋团参谋长。同年底奉派赴苏联学习军事，先入莫斯科高级步兵学校，后转入伏龙芝军事学院。刚到苏联时，为攻克俄文关，他“视文法如钱串，视生字如铜钱，汲汲然日夜积累之;视疑难如敌阵，惶惶然日夜攻占之，不数月已能阅读俄文书籍矣。”

1930年夏学成回国，先后任中共中央军事委员会参谋长、长江局军委书记兼参谋长、委员，协助周恩来处理军委日常工作，举办短期军事训练班，并负责讲授暴动方略、游击战、运动战等课程。

1932年1月前往中央苏区首府瑞金，任中央军事政治学校校长兼政治委员。10月任中国工农红军总参谋长，协助朱德、周恩来在前方指挥作战，取得第四次反“围剿”作战的胜利。期间，撰写《现在游击队要解答的问题》、《到敌人后方开展游击战争的几个教训》等，并翻译多篇苏军教材和理论文章，促进了红军干部军事素质的提高。

1934年在第五次反“围剿”中，因反对共产国际派来的军事顾问李德在作战指挥上的教条主义和专横作风而被撤销总参谋长职务，降任第5军团参谋长。

长征初期，协助军团长董振堂执行后卫任务，掩护中央机关通过国民党军四道封锁线。1934年底复任红军总参谋长，兼中央纵队司令员。

1935年1月指挥先遣部队突破乌江，智取遵义，甩开了敌军主力，使伤亡大半、疲惫不堪的中央红军获得了一次难得的短期休整。遵义会议上，他坚决拥护毛泽东的主张。会后，协助毛泽东等组织指挥了四渡赤水、二进遵义等战役，使部队跳出了敌军包围圈，直插云南北部，并亲率干部团抢占皎平渡，保障全军渡过天险金沙江。5月兼任红军先遣队司令，同政治委员聂荣臻率部进入大凉山，与彝族首领小叶丹歃血为盟，使全军顺利通过彝族聚居区。继而指挥所部在安顺场强渡大渡河，打开红军北上的通路。红一、红四方面军会合后，坚决执行中共中央关于北上抗日的方针，在逆境中和朱德一起同张国焘的分裂活动进行了斗争，被张国焘撤销总参谋长职务，降为红四方面军红军大学校长。

1936年10月红军三大主力会师后，任前敌总指挥部参谋长、红军总参谋长、援西军司令员等职。

有梭车间技措组成立于1984年，人员组成由车间资深维修人员，技术尖子，操作骨干混编组成。目前有人员13人，主要负责车间设备技术改造，新产品上机措施实施，重大坏车修理，设备维修质量，工艺上机检查，质量控制等工作。是一只思想作风过硬，管理科学民主，业务技术精湛，团队凝聚力强，敢打硬仗，敢打硬仗，能完成各项疑难任务的攻坚型团队。

10月份，公司接到客户三个高难度产品c 40+ 40/2x 40  146 x 72  54 〞；jc 50 +  50/2 x 50   115 x 75  54〞；c40 x 40  133 x72   54 〞；小组人员急企业所急，加班加点，制作双轴架子50台，整修多臂机50台，改车60台。三名改车人员连续40天没有休过一天礼拜，另有6名同志下到运转班协助开车修车，也是一干就是40天。期
